@JioCare @JioCare I'm external surprised that I received a call from jio customer agent from his personal number but when I asked his name he says please tell me the issue. But i just asked his name he refused to tell me and cut the phone call. Is this the way you talk ?

@JioCare This is ridiculous! I’m trying to get this issue resolved from past 6 days & I haven’t received a single call from ur technicians, on the other hand when I placed a request for a new connection, ur technician responded within an hr to set up the new one. How do u explain that?

Kindly visit our village there are hundreds customers who wants to port their sim cards from @airtelindia toward @reliancejio , technical issue from last 2 months we are unable to call anyone, losts of complaints loged but nothing results. Kindly come and port our sim cards

I want to share my experience with Jio Fiber @JioCare @reliancejio . Not only there service is pathetic but they take their clients for granted. My internet is down from 9th July. With promise to resolve in 24 they have taken 4 days with no real progress. Not Recommend anyone.
