    Hello @JioCare Had never used jio and my experience isn’t nice with the first card I’ve bought. I’ve bought jio plus postpaid plan for the internet purpose but jio doesn’t provide me the data as promised in the plan. Better to write what you’re gonna provide. Disappointed!

    @JioCare My bill due date was on 25th March, I made the payment on 24th march but my services were stopped on 26th showing non payment of dues, I spoke to customer executive & I was asked to pay the amount again telling the last payment was unsuccessful and it will be refunded.

    @JioCare Ok so it is better to move to another company. They will give me a free SIM card. It is my mistake that I recharged my number for a full year. I will keep this as it is so I'll always remember this by the difficulties I'm facing in your service.

    @JioCare I have issues with my fiber plan. Rather than fixing the issue your guys seem to believe it is better to disconnect. I dont know how you guys plan on running your business. Will be good to move back to Airtel

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Worst service by the agents. Took money for Jio fiber plan..not responding calls...giving different dates to install..Aaj ayenge..kal aayenge...and finally they came And Said "bhaiya setup box me jgeh nhi h..2-3 din or lagenge".So disappointed
