  @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber issue is still unresolved. Customer care only gives an automated rainfall message and disconnects. I also tried rescheduling, but no engineer slots are available in Hyderabad. Req Id: SR00003DHLCH. Please assign an engineer urgently.

  Today I recharged Jio no. for 799 through a 3rd class **** app @CRED_club & even after entering the correct number it recharged diffrnt no. CRED denied any support & told me to contact @JioCare. Aftr wasting more than 7 mins, Jio also denied recharge reversal. Is @TRAI a joke?
