No action has been taken by Jio, and no one has been able to clearly communicate the status of my refund. Initially, I was informed that the turnaround time (TAT) for the refund would be 30 days, but this TAT has already been completed without any action taken. This has happened repeatedly—each time a new TAT is provided, it is not fulfilled, and the refund is still not credited. There have been no proper updates or resolution despite multiple assurances. This has been a very disappointing experience with Jio and its services.

The issue is still not resolved and there is no proper update on the MyJio app. This is very poor service. Either resolve my issue immediately or disconnect my connection.
