    Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    @JioCare First provide basic Internet service without interruption and then go for value added services. Towers go offline very often, customer service not reachable...

    @JioCare I know how to track SR-I’m not tech challenged. Your SR & resolution is constantly delayed with false promises & msgs. No net for more than 12 days. Both in office and home. At this point, I’m wasting time with you instead of looking for alternate service provider.

    It's april 2026 and I was done with the last complaint on 22 oct 2025 but I couldn't get any update in my area. I'm continuously trying to contact jio customer care and they give me time two to three months @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare There is no solution till now, my new SIM has not been delivered till date, my money is also stuck, I am calling customer care but the phone is not connecting, initially it seemed that assurance was given. Your problem will be solved in 1 day, today is the fifth day.

    @AlvinDeVlix @TrakinTech @reliancejio Jio owns less bandwidth as compared to airtel that's why jio is lacking in terms of data speed and network, jio's band distribution is the worst as well...
