    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    @JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

    @JioCare Please note your engineer has not visited the date which was promised first which is 18th and now the new date is 21 Jan. So I believe you really want your customers to face problems and also delay is resolution. Worst ever service experience. Thank you!

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare Im again facing internet issue. I have raised service engineer visit (SR00001GRUUW) which is scheduled between 5:25-8:25pm. Till now no one called me or visited my place.Could you please prioritize this as I'm working from home.

    Getting messages from #Jiodown saying your plan is expiring... The Internet in our society was down for nearly 2 weeks this month.. when is @reliancejio compensating the loss ? @reliancegroup @JioCare
