@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

@JioCare This is the condition before taking the service after paying,God knows what would be the condition after taking the service. Everytime.i need to call and wait for 10mints then the your advisor picks up and ask the same question and disconnect the call without any resolution.
