    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    @JioCare All residents with approx 50 fiber connections in our society are fed-up,tired and helpless with frequent breakdowns and slow speed,as I told Mr Malhotra,they wish to migrate to Tata play fiber, service is getting bad to worse

    @JioCare This not problem of corner of building or specific part of house. The fact is that you do not provide proper network in the area. Your signal is very week. You do not spend money on improving service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have booked for a connection yesterday, despite having similar issue 2 years back. I don't understand 1) Why is it mandatory to pay before the product/service is installed. 2) Doesn't the sales executive take responsibility for communicating post sale
