  @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

  @JioCare @reliancejio It's very disappointing that it's been 2 years since I started using jio airfiber and still it doesn't work properly. Every day I face the connectivity issue and it is very difficult to connect with the customer care as most of the time the line is busy.

  @reliancejio @JioCare internet speed at my location really sucks. Do something or I will post everyday how slow are you? I will post screen recording everyday. Your customer care will tell now we will sort it out blah blah...but nothing happened in 3 years
