    @JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare @mahinder1344 Signal Indicator light is blue and it bacomes green for a little while of the day(not more than 10sec) and connection indicator light becomes green when I connect the JioFi with my devices.

    @JioCare If Jio isn't capable of providing good internet connection to all then why are you trying to get more customer?You should either improve the service capabilities or you should stop leave some customers .No one will complain at you. You shouldn't think only of you company's profit
