@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I have never seen such a poor Broadband service. Jio is taking more than 15 just to installation. Kindly think twice before going to Jio. They do not have proper technical support team on site to fix the issues.

@JioCare All the day has same issue no peak hours. However Jio service need to improve if there is more users using the network sametime.
