    My @JioCare JioFibre internet isn’t working from a month. Tried calling support multiple times it has been useless. I’m not paying anymore of your bills, do whatever the f you want to do.

    Extremely frustrated with @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN 4 days of constant follow-ups and still no technician visit. Total blackout of service and absolute harassment of the public. Is anyone managing this? @TRAI needs to take note of this poor service standard.

    @JioCare It's really disappointing that jio team dont want to compansete for outage..infact support team give excuses that no service request raise so we cannot help...why cannot you chk mails and outage happens in area?

    @JioCare It's been 17 days since I booked Jio AirFiber, and the installation is still pending. Despite multiple follow ups, there has been no proper update. Very disappointed with the service. Please escalate this issue and provide an immediate resolution....

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio my internet connection is down again. Lasted just 15 days since my last complaint which took 3 days to resolve. SR000037RGBF is the complaint id. As usual for the appointment scheduled btw 1pm - 2pm, no technician turned up, no one has been assigned till now

    The issue remains unresolved despite open escalation tickets and multiple follow-ups. Customers should not have to spend days chasing support after paying in advance for a yearly subscription @JioCare

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio On yet another Sunday, our family movie plan is ruined. Buffering 10-15 times in just 10 minutes of viewing on a paid 100Mbps connection is unacceptable. Despite paying for premium service, the speed is terrible and customer support offers no real help

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio — unable to make or receive calls at my home in Bengaluru. No network, no signal, complete dead zone. Tried raising a complaint on MyJio app — useless. This is unacceptable for a paid service. Resolve this or I'm escalating to @TRAI.
