@JioCare , that too second time fault in span of 5 days, i started loosing trust and this kind of support will make me think move out to other service provider, even then no action and same dialogue of only next day it can be attended.(when i call at morning 9:30 and has to wait for next

@JioCare Do you train your call centre staff ? I called for a complaint today and the lady on the call was speaking rudely in Hindi. My complaint too stands unresolved, i would please appreciate if you could arrange a call back
