    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare is this some joke?? I already know whatever you are telling me! My service is not working since yesterday. There was no slot available to book early time. I booked the available 11-12 am slot. Now it’s been shifted to 1 pm. How much more will you harass me??

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection has been completely down since 8 July, and despite repeated complaints, the technician visit has now been rescheduled for the fourth time. It’s been 5+ days without internet on a paid postpaid connection. #CustomerService
