@JioCare @AkashMAmbani Despite repeated followups my issue is not resolved.Field engineers asking bribe for installation and till now my installation is pending since I didn’t pay them. I am a customer of jio since it launched.

@JioCare worst support for JioFiber users. Waiting since 26 May for tech visit , no engineers available. Filed new connection request & got a call in hours. Engineers magically appeared. Existing customers wait forever, new ones get instant service? Unacceptable.
