    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    Hello @JioCare , In last 1 month, the mobile network of JIO has gone down drastically in my area. Earlier it used 2 be gud, but now there is no network. I have 5-6 JIO connections, if the situation remains same, we have no option but 2 port 2 some other network like @airtelindia

    I don't like this kind of Service, not a single OTT subscription is included in this package, I'm sorry I will not continue Jio Fibre after completion of this package in June, you lost a good Customer. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio

    But I have inviting jiofiber for the last 2 years but it is not coming to my house because there is a Railway Line. The Local @reliancejio team has told me many times that JioFiber will expand to my home but has not done do yet. help me @JioCare so i can get your fiber service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare order ID NO0000L08LFD please let me know the status as the sim is in Port condition so I am not getting OTP as there is no network. Please help immediately i have no option of calling. Please do it in urgent basis 3 Rd day passed after doing the process
