Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

@JioCare @JioCare. Its been more than 36 hours now and still no engineer has turned up for resolution. Nor is there any communication from Jiocare. Customer executive tells me to wait indefinitely as they have no clue what to do. Totally frustrating. I will have to consider moving out
