    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare I just got a direct message from Kashyap he/She message me for ₹22 usage for voice but my complaint against internet usages charge that is of ₹565.97 and dated of amount charged was 16.02.2021. I mentioned everything but I got reply for ₹22 what is going on guys?

    This is not the only complaint against the defaulting telemarketers. There are atleast a dozen which I have already registered. Hope @JioCare acts against the defaulters otherwise I will be forced to make an appeal to the competent authority or Courts as the case maybe.

    @reliancejio network is bad. We are facing this network issue from past 2weeks. Not resolution. Whenever we call customer service, the response is always 15min or 7hours.after that also same issue.

    Shame on @reliancejio i have placed req on 6th march of uninstalltion of my jio fiber no update on that the date of it keeps changing i want my trial period refund amount back asap worst customer service they dont know how to talk to customer it's beyond cheap tactics @JioCare
