Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

@JioCare Then I think you can stop taking new connection in this area. As new customers would not face the same connectivity in the area and will improve our service. When you are accepting there is congestion in the area. @TRAI @rsprasad kindly look into it.

@reliancejio @rajasthanroyals @RanveerOfficial Jio is the worst sim ever.......24×7 bad net and with tons of jio messages to recharge.....I recommend not to use jio sim....airtel and vodafone is better and I don't recommend jio....I think jio is a scam only to earn money,with no intention to give jio users a good experience.

@JioCare This is how you sales person is cheating with customers. I had a connection before and one sale person name came and told me if you cancel the current connection you will get 2500 refund and in new connection you will get one month free.
