    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber complaint 13 August SR00002NEE0A was resolved on 19 August after an unacceptable delay. Unfortunately, service failed again, raised a complaint on 27 August SR00003F780R. It is still pending your technicians are unable to identify the actual fault.

    5G was working at my location earlier, so saying the area is “not covered” doesn’t make sense. Please check the actual tower/network issue and fix it instead of sending a generic reply. If this remains unresolved, I’ll escalate the complaint further. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hi Jio Support, @JioCare @jio_fiber I have been facing frequent Wi-Fi disconnections and major fluctuations in internet speed for the past one week. The connection keeps dropping intermittently, and the speed is also inconsistent even when the devices are close to the router.

    @jiocare no network no internet no calling So I think no need of jio service in India Money taken of 5g but service is of 2g and less #NO_NEED_JIO_TO_THE_NATION

    on 21/08/2026 they installed new jio air fibre 5447356274. From last 3 to 4 days my jio air fibre completely stops working, no one is coming to resolve the issue. Your customer care number always said that there is connectivity issues in your area, our engineers are @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioHotstar @JioCare Just 10 days back I gave a complaint about bad network. Some jockers from reliance came. Fiddled with my router and its OK and left. Till date I am having trouble. What a harassment. Shameless ND spine less fools.
