Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

@reliancejio I've recharge my mobile number via jio app and used 119.8Rs from jiomart wallet but instead u've have deducted full money from bank account. What a shame, pathetic service and loot is being done by Reliance group. @HMOIndia

@JioCare If your customer does not know email or does not use it, then why do you put any emails in their column? Why not use owner's personal email for illiterate customers?

@JioCare It's been an hour but still after recharge voucher is not added to my jio app. Today is the last date to recharge with old plans. Any deployment should not cause this issue in production. Please look into it asap. #jiopricehike #jioplan
