  Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

  @JioCare internet services at my place down for more than 6 hours - engineer visit booked but no one has turned up yet - can't connect the engineer as the contact number is continuously on busy mode. He was supposed to be before 8 pm today @reliancejio Can't expect such lethargic services from JIO after taking a premium plan! expecting an immediate resolution! Right now, the bullshit call center had delayed the status after 8 pm

  @JioCare previously you said you had refunded the amount now you are saying engineer will visit what are you people trying to say? i already told you i don't want your service's anymore as i needed the installation yesterday which didn't happen due to your fruad representative just refund
