  Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

  @JioCare I am trying to reach out for 3 days for my recharge issue but call disconnects as soon as I choose talk to a CC, I once got connected but your agent transferred my call that ended up in 35 minutes hold and I had to disconnect. Can a callback be arranged?

  @reliancejio I took a postpaid plan from RIL jio family pack , the customer representative person gave me one SIM and I didn't get the other SIM. I look forward to you to resolve the issue. Contacted you CC, they could not resolve the matter.

  @JioCare I have already connected to Jio care regarding Amazon prime is not working with 999 plan and they had responded that if the plan get downgraded any time then Amazon prime will stop working as it’s one time offer. Why Jio doing like this?. If it’s included in 999 then.

  @JioCare my jio internet is automatic not working then i enable airplane mode on my phone and then i disable it and then check my Internet it's work but after some time it's automatically not working again so please do something Jio sim number - 9795426615
