Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

@reliancejio @reliancegroup kindly note that there's no internet or network in my area since last 4 days. Customer care support is pathetic. They are not even registering my complaint. Am I paying for suffering. Can u imagine living without internet connection for even 1 hr.

@JioCare It's been 12 days and no technician has visited here yet. Booking STB on 27th Jan and nobody cares. I've been kept calling customer care and still no solution. And now in the last two days no reschedule. Job nice Jio and their team to provide such the worst service ever.
