@JioCare seriously sucks on services .Have given an air fiber req, technician came after long follow ups on 2nd May taken payment on the same day and today is 13th May still installation not been done.Fellow service providers like Airtel , Asianet could have way better .

We got a leased line from @tata_comm 2 months ago, and it hasn’t worked properly for even 24 hours straight. I’ve raised multiple complaints, but all I get are emails saying “it’s working.” The issue clearly needs an on site visit, but nobody cares. @reliancejio works better...
