    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber complaint 13 August SR00002NEE0A was resolved on 19 August after an unacceptable delay. Unfortunately, service failed again, raised a complaint on 27 August SR00003F780R. It is still pending your technicians are unable to identify the actual fault.

    Jio AirFiber installation delayed by over 1 MONTH despite full advance payment! Engineers call but never show up. This continuous delay is severely disrupting my work. Resolve this immediately. Else I need to escalate further. Request No: LRO0001EOBX5 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare My service request got closed without any resolution. What a pathetic support service you guys provide. After almost 20 days and multiple calls you closed request without resolution. I even raised a consumer forum complaint for it.

    @JioCare migrated jio fiber from 399 plan to 888 plan on 29th aug n booked installation dt 30/8 between 5-6 pm. No stb received nor installation done yet. Called customer care 5 times but no resolution yet. Fed up with following up.
