Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

@DoT_India @DoT_India I’m receiving calls daily and I can’t keep sharing these nos with @JioCare every-time (because they don’t do anything and it’s waste of time taking to them) how do I file an official complaint against jio for breach of privacy and failure to provide quality service?

@JioCare if you are unable to solve the problem just inform me and I will be more than happy to shift to @airtelindia. I am paying for the services to you and would be the same to Airtel but I would probably recieve better customer service and faster solutions.@reliancejio

@airtelindia i want my internet back immediately. It's not the first time. You guys are not able to fix an issue from 1 month.After every 2 days my internet stops. I want my connection back immediately otherwise i will change my operator 😡 @reliancejio is an good option @JioCare

@JioCare Thanks for reverting back at least.... But i believe 3 days just to talk to a customer is a long long period... And i am wondering how it is possible that the engineer visited and went back without talking to a person who is facing the issue???....
