    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare having one the worst consumer experience with jio. It was mistake on my part to subscribe your services. Absolute unprofessional and careless approach for customer grievances.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic customer service from jio fiber customer service. Since 1 week I am complaining about my internet issue and booked engineer visit. But no one visited. When I call in customer care they only reschedule visit. Better to avoid jio, useless service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare from today morning there is no internet connection in my jio air fiber, i have gone through run diagnostic setup multiple time hence no resolution provided, also i am unable to raise any service complaint Please reach me out

    @reliancejio @JioCare SRO00035QP1F Many lines got disturbed in our area and one area repair was allotted to multiple services personal. My neighbour's connection was restored last afternoon and my request is being rescheduled. Bad management or repair.

    @JioCare Refund of ₹2,221.46 for my cancelled Jio AirFiber is still pending even after 18 days. Service could not be installed due to no tower coverage, as confirmed by your engineer. Multiple emails to customer carehave not resolved this.Please process the refund immediately.
