    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    JioFiber down for 10+ days in Indore. Multiple SRs ignored. Escalated to Appellate on 6 June via email (SR0000377Y07). No resolution yet. @JioCare please help urgently.

    @reliancejio @JioCare we paid for a set top box but no one is coming to install. Customer care is rude and does not bother to give update. Keep giving new install dates for which we keep schedule on hold and no one turns up. Very unprofessional @MoitOfficial

    @JioCare @reliancejio Iam facing the permanent loss of my mobile number of 20 years because I am currently abroad in the USA.Despite reaching out,I'm told reactivation is only possible if I'm physically in India by July 6. Is there any other solution who are temporarily overseas?

    @JioCare @reliancejio we are constantly being bullied by one JIo JFE , he is not visiting the address and just asking money to do his work. I am really tired of your nonsense complaint system. 6 days of following up still no action taken.
