    @JioCare from a couple of days my jio network is not working properly while it is perfect in other nearby devices. I'm getting irritated from this, coz net is sucking me even it takes 5 to 10 minutes to load a single tacebook page😕 Please I request you to fix it ASAP. Please🙏🏻

    @JioCare have you opening customer care to shuffle calls. My call has been transferred to 3 executives without intimation and then the third one again transferred. I had a limited issue related non GST invoice. I had provided my GSTIN no but the same is not present on invoice

    @reliancejio Dear jio What's problem with u . I DM at least 5times my mobile no and location. But every time you requested for the same thing. Look into the problem that I am facing since 3 months.Resolve it or for details directly call.Your customer care don't give resolution

    @reliancejio ur whole Network is gone since two hours, whenever the power is gone! Arrange a power back up for ur BTS tower 🗼 or else take my inverter but provide the service or else we have to switch to Airtel .

    Worst Customer Service @reliancejio Fiber. Not getting internet since yesterday. Technicians keep on changing the appointment date, Customer service agents have no clue, Can't share the technicians number. Devastated to see how you're running a company. #disappointed @jio

    @reliancejio Complaint No # 299050974127 !! I am getting only messages from JIOCARE that I am not available to schedule device pick up after I send request for surrender. So far no one turned up and only keep getting emails that I am not available when they came for pick up.. !!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Now I am being told by the customer care that I will only get Rs 500 and not the rest of Rs 1000 as that will be deducted for installation purpose. It wasn’t prompted at the time of taking the connection.
