    **** service from Jiofiber Team Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. Customer care people working from home and they don't know anything. Its been more than 60 hours my Wifi is down. Very disappointed @JioCare . Please refund my money i will go with @excitel_rocks

    @JioCare Also, tomorrow will be the forth day of non connectivity,i asked customer care to increase my plan. They are saying its not possible ? Why not possible ?I have paid for 30 days and 4 days already gone without using internet. My work from home is hampering also. Who is responsible

    @airtelindia What’s with such a bad network? Call fails in every 30 seconds! Never had such issues since so many years. Seems like time to switch to @reliancejio

    There is no action from @JioCare and @reliancejio despite regular follow up, Cancelln requested - Aug 11, Service deactivated - Aug 18, Refund Status after 21 days of initiating cancellation- NOT INITIATED #worstCustomerService, now they are closing ticket w/o action as resolved

    @reliancejio @JioCare ... .. actually m facing too much problems during net surfing and during voice callig ....pls sove out my network issue problem ... otherwise we have other options... like we can prot our number in other network..

    Internet is not working in my village @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat . Before jio internet was Ok but now a days we are not able to open some time any website it self. Postel code is 458220 . Village- Arniyamamadeo Please resolve the issue.

    I'm experiencing such a terrible network @JioCare from yesterday the Internet speed is around 0.5 kbps n when i called to ur network support team member Varsha she hanged up call by saying there is some system issue..@DoT_India Pls support

    @reliancejio I have been complaining since last 3 month of your network but no response from your end why No voice call No video call niether internet nothing is working Such a poor service Such a same for Indias largest network service Complained several time but no solution
