My jio fiber connection is running bad for a week but no reply like jio, charging the desired money from customers in India and not providing facilities has become a trend what legal action can be taken against them please advise me

@reliancejio Yr Wifi downpast 24 hrs. 1 person came 2 inspect arnd 6PM yday & said they wld come 2day by 11.30AM. No sign. Now I get mail saying delayed service cos engr ‘did not get access to your premises’. Blatant lie. Cust service says new appt slot wld be given. Poor service

Jio is not taking any action on the complaint I lodged. After complaining to airtel, they reply after 10 days and tell the status that your call forward is active. Telling anything to the customer is not able to resolve a complaint @JioCare @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@reliancejio We are waiting for Jio service in our area since 2019 Little Andaman (Pin 744207). Airtel have already setup 4G network in 2022. I have already registered in Jio Website for Jio Connection/network, but still Jio seems to be far away (pH 9933289478/8310385429)

@JioCare pathetic service from your jiofibre customer care. Not solving my problem, unwilling to connect me to manager, not giving me a ticket number and just repeating the same scripted line. You Promised a free month and then asking for money each month. Unable 2 redeem voucher

@JioCare Engineers never visit, have been following up from 4 convective days with customer care. Their only response was engineer will visit today or tomorrow or at this time, that time. In the last call the CC executive also suggested to try reaching out to consumer court. @JioCare
