    @reliancejio very bad worst experience I request all users pls don't port ur sim to jio..😠😠😠jio have very bad network services very bad I will port back to airtel in 90days it was my biggest mistake yes airtel is expensive but u don't have good service quality and standard

    @JioCare Hello Jio, I am facing network (Data & Voice) issue since long time in our location. When I call to ur CC they are saying team are working problem will be resolve shortly. They are not giving proper solution on this. Is this ur service?

    @reliancejio hi I have recently joined jio but I am not getting the best experience I think I should have not taken this step of porting my sim from Airtel to jio bcs you have very worst network😡😡😡😡 and worst services 😡😡😡yes airtel is expensive but u are worst than them

    @JioCare dear, I have cancelled my jio fiber connection on 21 st july, as per your cancellation process the device should be picked up before 28th july. I raised complain for this on 28 th the complaint resolution time wanted by your team was 12 th august. Still not resolved

    @reliancejio I have recharge one year data pack 2 gb plan but you not give me 2 gb data today i have use 1.43 gb data but send me 2 gb over notification ....i have requested to all jio customer plz port out jio very bad service jio 😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎

    @JioCare If a customer has to followup for more than 10 times and 3 months for his refund its ridiculous,in today's time such service is not expected from such a big telecom operators and specially from big brand like @reliancejio

    @consumerforum_ I made a pre-paid payment to jio in February on the start of my internet service @JioCare.It was a pre-paid service as assured by installation guys.
