    @JioCare I have just recharged my jio fiber connection using My Jio app through UPI. Amount is deducted from my bank account.But it didn't reflect in my jio account or My Jio app.Please help. DM me for more details.

    Hi @JioCare there is no network of yours at Borholla, Jorhat Pin:785631 since yesterday. We are left with no option but to other network if the problem exists continuously for more days. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Horrible exp with JioFibre post trial preiod. Network down frm last 36 hrs. No technician is assigned even after 7 calls to cust care. Nothing can be more worse than this. Serv Req ID: SR000013PZ8F.

    @JioCare Why does Internet face trouble after 7pm every day? Is @JioCare trying to save data? Speedtest before 7pm always shows 2+ mbps speed. Peoblem starts after 6.30pm or 7.00pm

    One has to wait for ages for #JioFiber installation. Payment was collected within few hours but it has been 5 days now and no response yet. @reliancejio @JioCare. Please refund if you can’t install, there are many other service providers in the market.
