@JioCare I'm sorry to say but, this is the worst scenario of jiofiber team where we pay and unable to get invoice copy. I request the team and raising a complaint/suggestion, please email the invoice copies on the same day while making payments to customer's like all other BROADBAND do.

We installed jio fiber sales manager said it is free for two months but we used only one month after that it show recharge then we recharge and again showed recharge when we complaint lot of times then someone came and fix but he changed our password @reliancegroup @JioCare @Jio

I am using Airtel, Vi & Jio also, but now I am thinking to switch back on BSNL. Because they all are just increasing their plans & no one is taking responsibility to provide better network. Sometimes I can't even send WhatsApp messages. @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

@JioCare pathetic service by jio. Using jiofi valid primary pack is available but when daily data finished I recharged with extra Data pack now it's showing as upcoming pack and i am not able to activate the same. Called twice on customers care. No results

@JioCare Dear jio it has been almost a day where my connection went down. SR000018CYPR is the sr number. Engineer who attended said it needs to be fixed by some other team. Thank you , you have successfully wasted my time.
