    @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing slow internet speed of Jio in my area. I have a valid internet plan. I had contacted Jio care and everytime I get only one reply from your side “Due to many users using internet at the same time there is a temporary slow speed in your area”.

    @reliancejio from last 3 days I trying to convert my sim to esim but as per your executive your server is down, you can’t transfer the sim in 3 days. I suggest sell this shitty company to airtel with them it take only 5 mins to transfer my sim to esim. (1/2)

    @JioCare jio fiber is one of the worst service!! SR was raised on Saturday 12/12/2020 but still no one came to rectify the issue !! Chennai Royapuram Jio center people are too worst in response really disappointed SR No: SR000013BXX2.

    @JioCare Your service engineer had cancelled my booking befor installation on 28th November 2020 citing no feasibility in my area and i still have not received my refund If no feasibility then why did he take the booking in first place
