How much more time do you need to fix the issue. Are you really 5G? Plus, your AI customer care just sucks. It does nothing but irritates.

I was assured the line issue would be fixed on 06/07, but today is 09/07 & there’s still no resolution. Unacceptable. Please resolve this urgently.

It's been more than 7-8 hours and I am here without internet. There is no way to connect with anyone. The number available on app connects to ivr and then boom.

It is happening on a daily basis, although I am just send 8-10 messages/day. Sometimes it gets banned in just 1 text. Please help.
