    @jio @JioCare our wifi is not working from last 2 days..your coustomer care is not responding. Now we have to recharge our Phone for our office work. Who is responsible for these extra expenses and in 30 days recharge we are getting 28 days service. Thank you for bad service

    @reliancejio Your services are degrading day by day. I have paid my postpaid bill now thrice since morning. Yet the services are yet not started on my number. No help from your call centre executive either. Are services going to restore or not?@JioCare

    @JioCare My number 8217372317 at Bangalore. I have been facing issues of low signal over several months and has complained many times through My jio app, but no improvement. It has become worse now. Last few days, I am losing the network every now and then. .

    @JioCare Reg my phone 8217372317. There is no improvement in network quality. It has become worse in the last few days, with ZERO Network signal very often . Calls getting dropped. I request you to set right this at the earliest. @reliancejio . Please improve the network signal.
