    Unfortunate Jio does not have a provision for address updation for its post paid service leading to wrong billing addresses in case of shift in residence. Repeated attempts to update address prove futile. Why such shoddy service? @JioCare @TRAI @GoI_MeitY must rectify

    @JioCare Already all the details have been shared with you. Why again now? This is what is happening repeatedly without any resolution for the past one month. I have already complained in the consumer forum. Ready to go beyond this if no resolution is coming.

    @DKMahant @JioCare After a desperate 8 days without internet an engineer visited my house and restored my internet service. one Mr Gopal who visited earlier to address my concern reset my router and didn't have courtesy to apprise me about resetting my password. His number 9717365549. Take action.

    @reliancejio @JioWifi @JioCare my jio wifi is not working . Jio wifi customer care is still working on it since last 5 days and not registering any complaint. Jio wifi centre of city is saying without complaint they won't fix it. And no complaint is being registered.
