  @jiocare I was store for purchase of Jio prepaid sim but your executive denied sale of prepaid card stating sir closing ho gaya. At the same time he was selling postpaid connection to the other customer. I was very DELIGHTED WITH THIS AWFUL SERVICE.

  @JioCare What's wrong with this network. 24/7 it's as usual. Condition is too pathetic. Can't access even a mini portal. Even no point of speaking with customer executive. Need suggestions about porting.

  @JioCare This type of delay in service shows company policy and capacity to serve the customers. Really very disappointing when RELIANCE JIO takes about 72 hours immediately and about 2 months to resolve an issue. Co is just moving with making fool customers. Very bad and poor service

  @reliancejio @JioCare Since Thursday my jio fibre has not been working and customer care people are very unsupportive. In last 72 hours no technician has contacted even after repeated complaints. Totally dissatisfied with jio fibre customer care service.
