    @JioCare @JioCare I never cancelled my connection. I had asked for fixing wiring issue. But the person came and asked me to raise relocation request (for same address). I had paid more than 5000 initially for getting 300Mbps plan. After the relocation my plan was changed to 30Mbps.

    Hey @JioCare, I have been using the jio airfiber for almost 2 months now, the first month was fine but now the speed has dropped significantly I have the 100mb/s plan with ample data left, 1. I tried contacting the local serviceman but he told to schedule a service first.

    @reliancejio / @JioCare It's been 72 hours since I requested for a service. Absolutely no help yet on this. Unfortunately had to register a complaint on @jagograhakjago because there is no way to get in touch with your customer executive
