    @JioCare - My jio wifi connection isn’t working since morning & I struggled to talk to jio executive. I registered a complain through my jio app & an engineer is assigned for 14/04. How can one survive for these days without internet as mobile network is very poor in my resi.

    @JioCare Your customer care service is extremely disappointing. I explained my issue three times, and your executive suddenly disconnected the call without any resolution. This is unacceptable. Please address this urgently.

    @JioCare Facing a recharge issue. Amount for ₹699 JioFiber 1-month plan debited on 12 Apr, but MyJio shows recharge not completed. Payment seems mapped to a wrong & incomplete number that isn’t mine. Need urgent resolution or refund. Proofs available. Kindly Help! #jio

    Raising service request for internet issue has become so difficult for #jiobroadban @JioCare . What's app and chat are so unresponsive and take you into endless loop. My internet is disconnected since morning but I am unable to raise service request @JioCare !!
