@JioCare What's the time frame I could expect for the problem get resolved? I mean already tends to three years now if I consider the trial period too. How long it will take to cover all the major areas? Is it depending on only corporations consent to the operator?

Frustrated with #jiofiber they said we will install it today but after waiting for 5 days I didn't got my connection. I already paid my installation fee. whenever I call him they say he will install it today & now saying you can cancel your connection😡🤬 @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio The jio fiber router doesn't work for atleast 3-4 hours if it is switched off and then switched on or if there's power out. I had the router replaced already but the issue persists. Really disappointed by the service.
