    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice extremely disappointed with your service to start with. Registered for fiber connection last Saturday. No one has bothered to complete the installation. Cust care number has only option to register new connection and no option for follow up.

    @JioCare are you the worst service provider??? I have register a complaint yesterday, the service person schedule it for today at 12-1 pm as per tele discussion, but it's 7:50pm no response from Jio team.

    @JioCare it takes around 4 minutes to reach a customer care executive and after another 5min of waiting the executive cannot raise a ticket in your system due to a technical issue!! STB is not booting, need a resolution asap. @reliancejio

    @JioCare very poor network in Central & North Delhi, raised complaint many times but not resolved at all, bad experience, ported from vi to jio expecting good services from them.but no resolution yet, my work disturbed very much due to the same,

    @JioCare It has been 3 days since Jio Fiber is not working. I have raised Service request SR00001DP7VA, but no one is coming to fix it. Servc8e visit appoontment is just getting rescheduled. Please resolve asap.

    Hi @JioCare, there is no internet connection in my Jio Fibre connection from 3Sep2022 till date after several call and complaints the issue has not resolved yet. I'm highly disappointed for this. Please refund my balance money I'll take another connection.

    @OfficialDMRC can you fix wifi issue in Rajeev Chowk station, wifi speed and connectivity is very poor, ask all vendor to check the service. Dear @airtelindia @reliancejio can you be on board at every station of DMRC for smooth connectivity
