  @JioCare The Jio Fiber technician came, charged 100 rupees, and then fixed the issue before leaving. Between Jio Fiber's terrible service and shoddy engineering maintenance, this is the last month I'm using Jio; I'm switching to Airtel Fiber next.

  @JioCare @JioCare I get 120 Mbps at 4 AM, but during the day/night I get only ~2 Mbps. So the issue is clearly NOT 5G connectivity. It seems your network cannot handle the congestion/traffic. I still hope you can fix this. If not, just say it—I’ll switch. @TRAI

  @JioCare kindly fix your network services. You guys are always ahead in inflating your recharge prices but hardly give attention towards services. On paper you guys always talk about true 5g but in reality your 5g networks are always getting switched to 4g networks.

  @reliancejio India's worst ever Network. No network coverage in our area. Complaining since 4 years but till now no improvement in network. Jio and its employees ignoring the issue since long time. Jio's internet speed is 10KBPS. Jio is one and only 2G Network in INDIA @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw

  @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare 4/8 🔴 Download: 0.7 Mbps 🔴 Upload: 0.0 Mbps 🔴 Packet Loss: 100% 🔴 ISP: Jio YES — 100% PACKET LOSS. This is not a minor connectivity problem. The service is practically unusable.
