    @JioCare there is problem in malegaon rural side. Please check that problem. Sometimes its disconnect the network.

    Only google related websites and some apps like hotstar are working. Why is this happening. It's more than 24 hrs. Since I put a complaint but it's not resolved yet. My work is getting delayed. This is not expected from you @JioGigaFiber_ @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare We are facing big issue of network, when the electricity goes off. We came to know from local store, that the power backup is not available to the tower near our house. Pls do the needful. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @fiber_jio I have registered for jio Fiber and have paid security but my plans are changed now before installation so i want to cancel installation and need refund. I am not able to contact customer support for same. Order no:NO0000HCV89Y. Please help cancel same.
