    @JioCare We are facing big issue of network, when the electricity goes off. We came to know from local store, that the power backup is not available to the tower near our house. Pls do the needful. @reliancejio

    Its been 16 hrs i shared my another bank account details no reply , no open tickets, no call , no refund . I never suffered this much as you people are making mental agony and lot of stress . To refund simple 448/- refund it is taking 3 months till no update @JioCare

    @JioCare Day 4 and still no proper update on installation, cancellation, or refund. Every response is generic, with no clear timeline or resolution. This has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve encountered. @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare Are you actually reading the complaint or just posting the same template response repeatedly? I am not asking how to reschedule a visit. I am asking why a broadband outage reported on 02 June is being attended only on 08 June in a metro city like Indore.
