    @JioCare We are facing big issue of network, when the electricity goes off. We came to know from local store, that the power backup is not available to the tower near our house. Pls do the needful. @reliancejio

    Only google related websites and some apps like hotstar are working. Why is this happening. It's more than 24 hrs. Since I put a complaint but it's not resolved yet. My work is getting delayed. This is not expected from you @JioGigaFiber_ @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare there is problem in malegaon rural side. Please check that problem. Sometimes its disconnect the network.

    @JioCare called 3 times. 2 times disconnected. 3rd time no solution. Poor experience and shoddy customer service. Cust service agent Refused to identify himself. Surprised & disappointed. Difficult to change service provider but will definitely try to switch now.

    @JioCare false assurances again and again it has been more then 10 days now and no Engineer has shown for installation still waiting Pls wake up guys if you cannot do installation just cancel it and refund my money. NO0000M0PBHL My order no.

    @JioCare Already my 6 Months Unlimited plan is Active until 16 December and the Service Person Charan - 7984124823 had activated 2 Months addon plan and 2 plans are active ... Request you to please look into it and do the needful on my jio fiber number +914079609292

    @Amitaofficial Their service have become worst now. Switch to @JioCare, their network quality is really good and speed is also awesome.

    @JioCare Just check my March 22 bill...It is for 30th to 31st March, but full.month advance rental is deducted from my 3 month advance,paid at the time of new connection on 31st March. Is not it cheating with the customer?

    @JioCare Because you don’t care !!!! I have registered complain thrice . Calls keep dropping, shows full network but people keep saying that your number has been out of network!! In full network I am getting missed call alert
