Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

I've kept using both @ACTFibernet and @reliancejio both terrible at their services. Jio got massive speed but weak signal for little far connection. ACT be like after paying the bill you'll have connection issues. May be one day India will have better broadband providers~

@reliancejio @JioCare how to set fixed channel for my wifi on JioFiber router? Noticing all the routers in my neighborhood are on the same channel hence am facing connectivity issues. Am sure if I set the channel the issue will be resolved.

@JioCare I recharged my number with 149 rupees plan on 19 Feb ...Money deducted...But recharge still not done...Not able to talk to Customer care....Vry vry bad service.... Frustrating....
