Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

@somytravel @JioCare I have been trying all day to resolve my Jiofiber issues. No response from any source. Tried Complaints, Jio App, Chat, WhatsApp etc etc Device flashing red and all troubleshooting has got nothing resolved. Horrible service

@JioCare Incidentally I called for new connection and jio sales turned up promptly. This means there is no proportionate service personnel available to rectify issues. Why do you give connections when you do not service properly

@JioCare jio TV! Whenever I open it, an ad is seen surely, but the channel is seen with a probability of 10%. What a good service you are providing! Jio TV , means wastage of time and mood off.
