  @JioCare The technician did not come today. It is now auto scheduled for Sunday. Kindly terminate the connection. There is no justification for taking 4 days to fix an issue

  @JioCare Thank you for the response, but the issue is still not fully resolved. Internet speed is still unstable and users in Hatkanangale are continuing to face connectivity problems intermittently. Requesting proper permanent resolution and continuous monitoring of the network issue.

  Why will you raise the complaints? Simple to resolve the issue, but in @reliencejio backend team itself close the complaints. These people are not allowed to close the connection nor resolve the issue. I'm so frustrated with choosing the Jio Airfiber .@JioCare

  The network in my area keeps fluctuating and the upload speed is extremely slow. Uploading files becomes very difficult — even a 2GB file takes too much time because the speed stays below 1 MB/s most of the time. #jio @JioCare
