  @JioCare I am still facing the issue, highlighted multiple times to the customer support team. Nobody is able to help. There is no Audio in the STB Box, no engineer visit is done. Its better I disconnect the Jio Fiber connection. If your team cannot help

  @JioCare I raised a service request in the morning and was assured that someone would visit. However, when I called customer care again, the IVR now says the issue will be resolved only by 4th August—almost 4 days later. @TRAI @_MukeshAmbani

  @LGIndia Update: LG's technician visited & confirmed same issue- AC's WiFi module isn't compatible with 5GHz frequency of my Jio AirFiber. @JioCare kindly confirm if AirFiber supports 2.4GHz too? @LGIndia kindly manufacture devices compatible with India's largest broadband network.
