  Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

  @JioCare have already done two recharges within two days and in both cases only 4G is working whereas earlier 5G was available on this SIM This clearly indicates an issue from your side I am not using two SIMs simultaneously so this is unacceptable

  @reliancejio I had made a complaint regarding internet issue SR No. SR000034AVX3. The engineer was expected between 10-11 am, but hasn't arrived yet. The appointment was rescheduled without informing me. Is this kind of service u are giving. It has already happened before.WORST SERVICE.
