    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @BharatFactsIN @airtelindia @reliancejio Nah , let’s not go to even Zero internet. The calls are getting disconnected frequently, the call quality itself is worst , signal strength is declining . In top tier cities , I have observed 5G is very scarce. Fix these first for the people who pay atleast .

    @reliancejio jio network is very poor complaint have been done since 2 month, not solved in DAHOD, USARVAN GUJRAT area, very poor response from customer e we are our technical team is working on repetitively answer. I think now Airtel is better

    @JioCare A field technician openly threatened service sabotage because of the OTP, and all I get is an automated reply? I don't need sympathy, I need disciplinary action against the technician and a written assurance that my line won't be tampered with. CPGRAMS Ref: DOTEL/E/2026/0051075.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet in Bangalore dead for 4 days. Every day being told engineer will be there at 7, 10 etc.. but Engineer is no where to be seen. Call to your support is utter useless. If you can’t restore Internet, what’s the point in paying for your service? Help !
