    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @reliancejio in our are (Location: Bahari, Barpeta district, Assam, Pin -781302) after the powercut the network automatically shifts to 4g and we couldn't able to use any data even in 4g. This is how Jio is running and looting us. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have face regular Jiofiber problem & your engineer said please don’t complaint. I have problem since 12:05 pm today & registered a complaint. Irony,Engineer visit re-schedule automatically on tomorrow. Even not to connect with customer care executive.

    @JioCare @jiocare, let me make that clear none of the issues were resolved it's still not resolved, come to my house and check the internet speed, check how much my data usage are from past one month. And let me know then why my wifi is not working even after paying you the money(1/2)

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI This is absolutely unacceptable! My Jio AirFiber issue is still unresolved despite repeated complaints for over a month. Tickets are closed without resolution, with the same generic replies every time. I’m paying for a service I can’t use. Fix it

    @JioCare Please stop sending defualt/system generated messages. Instead please help us to understand the issue and help in the pernment fix. Every week there is an outage. If you want I will provide dates with your outage messages.

    @JioCare Thank you for your response. However, I have been hearing the same assurance for several days, while my issue remains unresolved. My original complaint was raised on 26 July 2026. The engineer visited on 28 July, confirmed that both the IDU and ODU were damaged, replaced only the IDU, and assured me that the ODU would be replaced soon. Instead, my complaint was marked as resolved on 28 July at 10:05 PM without replacing the ODU or restoring my connection. My AirFiber is still not working, and I have been calling customer care every day without any resolution. Please provide a definite timeline for ODU replacement and service restoration instead of generic assurances.

    I got a new Jio SIM but I'm getting 3 to 8 calls every day from Bajaj Finance asking for someone named Umesh. I have told them many times that I'm not Umesh and this is a new number but the calls still haven't stopped. @JioCare : Why are you giving customers used numbers without fixing problems like this? @Bajaj_Finserv : How many times does someone have to say "wrong number" before you remove the number from your records?

    Recharge with jio with @JioHotstar but its not working, compaint 3 times,no reply comjng from jio hotstar, when called jiocare, Mr Deepak answered , i cannot do anything in it, and disconnected the call. Is this service @reliancejio providing? @JioCare #avoidjio #blockjio

    My service id: +91-2613546710 Request id: SR00003CTR3N The interent has stopped working and the hardware/LAN is pending. No technician has visited yet. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Nobody can answer proper of customer care so please help @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I myself stated tht your jio engineer visited within 1 min he vanished. Without chking router or anything. N without even telling me. N till time internet is not coming. our work is suffering, my kids studies is suffering just bcos of Ur pathetic n poor services @jiocare
