Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

@JioCare @reliancejio on 18th feb my recharge failed on MyJio App, still the money is not credited back to SIMPL wallet. 199 has only IVR and no option available to speak with CSA. Worst customer service.

@JioCare #jio internet service is extremely poor in 445401 area. I've to use @airtelindia to tweet. I don't know why I'm paying for such poor service. Do something else I'm porting to other service provider.

For about a week now I have been having a speed issue with the @reliancejio internet service. Against a speed plan of 100 Mbps I very often get less than 10 Mbps speed. I have complained multiple times and have just had the customer service person hang up on me. @TRAI
