    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare your service sucks. It's been a week since we got the connection at home but it's still not activated and none of your engineers are coming home to fix it. Your customer care agents are asking us to wait for 24 hours since a week. Such a horrible service.

    The new Service Request Number SR00001AUFYL probably the earlier Service request was closed because it breached the SLA. @reliancejio

    @anjileeistwal @JioCare Jio repliesemail to care@... They solve the problem also. Write email otherwise you have no evidence how long you are stuck. it takes 48+ hours to reach an engineer who shall visit n fix.the path to on-ground army is very inefficient. Mostly cable cut locally - bad luck.

    Tried Jio wifi for a month and the cancelled it's been 3 months and my deposited money hasn't been reverted back, the Manager's ignore my calls and texts and this sucks. @JioCare @reliancejio #jiowifi
