Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

@reliancejio @JioCare Your JioFiber customer support team is extremely unhelpful. The Jio Fiber connection has been down since July 2nd, with no resolution so far; Jio keeps billing with no service. No resolution, No one picks up calls on the appellate authority number.

@JioCare I am being told the same thing over and over again without any solution. These escalations and tickets are all worthless if they can not be worked upon. I ll get my service from other service providers. #JioFiber can't provide service.
