    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare its been two months now and the network issue has not been solved yet. I trusted Jio network but will have to switch to some other network it seems. I'll be waiting till the current plan gets over. Till then, kindly look into the matter as I'm not able to receive calls.

    @JioCare @reliancejio looks like jio has more customers than they can handle. When calling customer care they are more interested in cancelling your service than resolving your issues

    @JioCare Cannot see any effort from ur side except messages, there is nothing I can do. I thought humiliating u on social media can help but it didn’t effect. Just a request sir plz don’t give me assurance but work on solving my issue
