Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

@JioCare I am asking to extend the service to our area. It's been a more than a year since our neighbouring locality has the fiber but not us despite raising requests time and again. That's quite sloppy. Our area is Kanakpur Part-2, Cachar, Assam. Kindly see to it .

@JioCare @reliancejio my jio no 8112205907 I uninstalled my jio fiber connection a month back but till today device is not picked . Everytime they rescheduled the date . Is this your service. I want to know reason why uninstallation not happening.
