    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare has the worst customer care service. Been days since internet is down, ticket raised, but no update, no engineer alloted or reached out, customer care online and through phone offers no help. @airtelindia I'm interested in half yearly broadband connection..time to switch

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is not the first time for me. I raised 3 to 4 complaints previously and all the time the service team is take minimum 5 working days to fix. My question is, why we are opting Jio fiber even though multiple brand available in the market?

    @JioCare I called customer care. They have raised yet another ticket with number SR00003DX8RF without resolving the last one. Unfortubately, I will have to cancel my port to JIO and also report to Gujarat Appellate and CPGRAMS.

    Worst customer support experience with @reliancejio JioFiber. Facing extremely slow internet for a week. I’ve raised a complaint, but no one comes to resolve it—they simply close the complaint without fixing the issue. This is really frustrating. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Is JioHome a Wi-Fi service or just a “new date every day” service? It’s been days of delays and excuses. Now the engineer says there is an issue activating the device. Fix the issue & activate the connection NOW @JioCare My Order No. NO0001F2G9LI
