    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    The worst n pathetic telecom service i have ever seen in my life @ViCustomerCare. I made mistake to port my number in VI. The current network is worst than 2G. Net suddenly stopped working. I have 4 Vi number and i will be port it soon to @JioCare @TRAI please look for it.

    @MukeshAmbaniOf @reliancejio @JioCare Dear #Jio we r getting very worst network quality. Paying 4 4G but getting worse than 3G. And now u r taking abt #Jio5G. 1st improve existing n/w quality & provide better internet speed. Its better send ur N/W team to my location.

    @JioCare Thanks for your reply. Actually my parents dont use new phones , they are comfortable with Jio Phone which was firat releases in 2017 . I want the handset to be replaced as the current one is broken. I live in the UK, i appreciate if you can help deliver to my home(rohtak 124001)

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima @TRAI please help, no one is bothered to provide service, it's 6 day since I have raised the SR, everyday I put multiple mails, tweets but no solution was provided till date, m sorry to say but I have to switched to airtel now.

    Great Scam Alert: Order a JioFiber connection and paid completely. Then installation person will come and say no port is available and cancel the order and then when you call customer care they’ll say refund will be done in next 10 business day and reorder. #jiofiber @reliancejio
