    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare @JioCare 3 days after the complaint and still no call or visit. Jio service is simply becoming pathetic. I DMed you all the details and go a message as well that someone will come by 6:15 PM but noone ever comes as always.

    @JioCare After closing the issue yesterday they have strictly mentioned that I need to call the service engineers number directly for any issue and I should not raise any complaint. So, clearly a parallel governance is running here for whatsoever reasons. Highlight the issue.

    @JioCare SR00001CC1MI - raised 20th July. Marked the ticket resolved It's been 11 days and issue not resolved. No engineer visited. Take this jio box back and return my security deposit back. Pathetic service, pathetic people
