  @JioCare What the irresponsible system u have to solve the issues,i should raise complaint and wait fews days to get back the connection,u simply reply with automated message no engineer available or no slots available,if u don't have sufficient engineers why r u providing service

  Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio
