    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare No Internet for 2 days and your te is closing ticket without resolving the issue. SERVICE ID : SR0000146M7N. This is the third time its happening, closing without acting on it.. Requesting for disconnection

    @JioCare @reliancejio There is an issue with network. I am very frustrated with the service. After restart the phone, it works fine. It is happening from 1 months. Tried to contact customer care but phone auto disconnected. What a woeful service.

    @JioCare Was happy with Jio service, but at the end the service now is awful. Multiple follow ups and multiple calls to customer care. Multiple appointments given but the engineer does not show up. Customer care employees are least bothered... Awefull
