    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    I just contacted to say @reliancejio network and internet speed sucks now everywhere even in cities and I will port to @airtelindia as soon as the current pack expires. 😤 @JioCare if you can't build infrastructure for too many users then you don't deserve them.😠👎🏻

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber is down since 5 days. Have called multiple times to the call center but they give a stock reply. There is no escalation option to reach out to anyone senior. Pathetic Service. Service ID 2235931168. #jio #jiofiber

    @chavank1995 @reliancejio Hi, Maybe there might be a problem with your Echo Dot 4th gen... or maybe once try resetting it and it should be fine. I also use an Echo Dot and it perfectly connects to my Jio Fiber.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Jio Fiber - 1179630018, showing a blinking red light since last night, complained on customer care but no response, no technical staff came to recitify the problem. Considering this an era of WFH, this is highly problematic. Kindly see asap
