  Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

  Tweeted about how good JioFiber's AI support was a few days back. Then this happened. Got JioFiber installed last week. Should've been simple. Wasn't. Agent comes home, quotes ₹2500/month plan, does KYC, I paid ₹2222 proper invoice, all good. Right as he's leaving: "Sir, ₹279 more, it's actually a 2500 plan." Pulls out his personal QR code. "Invoice will come, pay now" I paid. Invoice came. For ₹2222. No sign of the ₹279 anywhere. Called him. New story: "Sir it's the 3+1 months free offer, that ₹279 is for that, invoice will come after 3 months as a voucher in your Jio app." Filed a complaint that evening. Next day, installation guy shows up, does the work. I call the agent again in front of him, same excuse, no invoice, no voucher, "wait 3 months." Asked him to meet near his office in an hour. He hangs up. Calls back 10 min later: "I'll pay you back now, you pay me when the voucher comes." Complaint kept moving. Next day his manager calls, demanding payment proof for the ₹279. Matter resolved. But it took 5-8 calls in a single day to get it sorted. If it's not on the invoice, it's not real. Always ask for the bill before you pay anything extra. @JioCare

  @JioCare The i have talked 5o the customer care they said that both going to expire in same date So atleast i have taken 1 month loss I want you to refund the amount i have paid and activate the free one which i got fro 3 month recharge for activation Or adjust this free month billing

  @JioCare Plz see the msgs. The schedule also changed without my consent and information. This is highly disappointing and alarming situation for me as well as jio. By this type of pathetic behavior of your staff the Jio is loosing their customers. Mr Mukesh Ambani should look after this type of useless and rude behavior of their staff. The customer's are highly dissatisfied. I am paying jio for the following- 1 postpaid mobile connection 3 prepaid mobile connection 1 air fiber 1 jio fiber And after giving my precious money to mr Mukesh Ambani, I feels that I am fool and paying such a huge amount for my foolishness.
