    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare It’s been 5 days since my broadband stopped working, and every day your team keeps saying “it will be fixed,” but nothing actually happens.This is extremely frustrating and affecting my work and daily activities. Pls. stop giving false assurances & resolve the issue immediately

    @JioCare Today marks the 3rd day of my complaint that was registered via email. We are a business account and there has been almost no support either via the call centre or the on ground team. Our business operations have come to a halt because of this issue. 1/N

    @JioCare Hi Neha, 2 urgent issues: 1. JioHome (91253796177): Double paid (₹4,240). Refund extra ₹2,120 immediately. 2. AirFiber (LR000019LFNR): Shows 'Activated' but NO installation done. Plus, you took extra ₹1,200 for zero work!

    Even after getting costly recharge done I am not getting internet network on @reliancejio This is the 3rd day I am suffering with this problem. Very frustrating @JioCare

    Hey @JioCare first of all your IVR menu and jio app customer support sucks. It keeps going around in circles without any resolution and no option to talk to a human. And secondly, I have recharged with the 399 pack and my hotstar is still not activated.

    Paid ₹1200 for a new Jio AirFiber connection on 21st May. It got cancelled on 22nd May, but I still haven't received my refund. Customer support is not helping at all. Please resolve this and process my refund immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioAirFiber #ConsumerComplaints
