    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @reliancejio #OnJio now when i called the cc they informed that the service cannot be restored now as its been 3 months already and i did not recharge. Really disappointed with the service and my total money got wasted. I really don't undrstnd why jio cant restore the service whenever we want

    Hai @reliancejio @JioCare it’s been 15days I have been trying to relocate my jio fiber I have contacted customer support they just saying the engineer will come at my place and fix the issue but no engineer or technician came to my house here is my registered number: 8142508565.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I cancelled Jiofiber service on 13th April and after that I'm constantly getting call from Jiofiber executives and they guys schedule device pickup every day and then reschedule. It's around 30+ schedule messages that I have got. Still no device pick-up.

    @JioCare Amey sorry to mention but I don't need any assistance from #jio , problem can't be solved by sitting in AC cabin one has to do field work & put effort to resolve the issues.
