  Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Pls do not buy Jio internet Service is pathetic. No one comes to resolve the issue & no proper answer given on phone also. Made to hold the calls for 30 mins & finally they disconnect the line! We have to waste entire day following up with them! Horrible

  @Jiocare I am facing issues with the Jio Fiber connection for last so many days and seems like the Jio team does not care at all. The engineers do not pick the phones and support calls with IVR customer support leads no where. Can Jio team please help? @RelianceJioCare

  @Mr_Chartist @reliancejio Promote local business instead of encouraging duopoly. There will be many local broadband providers in your area with better service. Try to connect with them.

  @JioCare The network issue is still not resolved. I have already shared all the required details via DM multiple times since December 2025, but there has been no improvement. Every month, my recharge goes to waste due to poor network. Please fix this issue instead of sending the same time
