Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

@reliancejio @JioCare My Esim got deleted while transferring to a new phone and could not be reissued due to some issue with E-KYC. I have asked Jio center for paper KYC but no response has been received till today. My number has stopped working since 21.10.2022. Please help.

@JioCare Service Request ID # xxxxxxxxSince 21st OCT 2022 - is OPEN Internet not working the service engineer who visited the site on 22nd Oct said that connection will be restored by evening and then later in the afternoon updated the log with falsified info that he didn't get access ??

@JioCare The work is still going on and connection problem is still getting diagnosed. We need a permanent solution but asking us to revoke and request a new connection will not fix this problem. Please assist what needs to be done
