Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

@JioCare Hey.... We have 3 members in home and all are using jio connection and everybody connection is very slow and planning to port to airtel... so stop stupid solutions and ask your technician to come and visit this place

@JioCare Day 5: No one has come to fix the fiber which has been cut. I’ve paid for the annual plan, 52 weeks. I’m already out of 1 week of paid internet connection. The twitter account is profusely apologetic. The execs assure daily resolution of my issue. What a complete farce!

@JioCare I just shifted to postpaid from prepaid but it's been more than 3 hours still it's not activated, not even a single tower I have. It's totally disconnected. You have mentioned Same number no downtime but it's clearly not happening. Fix it please ASAP.
