    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare Jio I told details of issue to your customer support they says its not in our hand. Indian Issue- 1)We purchase monthly pack. Mostly 4G in city like Pune work poor. No speed even data is there.After Top up it works. How?? 2)The day your service poor return money for that day.

    @JioCare Hai urvi, your process will work with Airtel network only as they had launched 5G network commercially. Same thing was experienced by me @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . But while coming to Jio still it is in beta phase, invitational message is required from you. (1/2)

    @JioMart @JioCare @JioMart Worst service by jiomart,deliver unhygienic food,refuse to support arrogantly by cust service,deny to help straightly.strongly recommend not take any service frm this company. There are several example & most recent is with order # ending with 2358A dt 12/11.

    @JioCare Jio network is not ready to use network like Airtel, your information was wrong. And 5G standalone activation date got extended once again from 18th to 25th. It seems simply your crew was working on that with out any efforts. Initial date- 12/11,then -18/11 and again 25/11 (2/2)
