@JioCare i had applied for jio fibre on 11th aug in siliguri, west bengal. Assurance was given that it will be installed within 12 hours but till now it hasnot been done and no proper response. If you cannot provide service then why do u take bookings. Worst service frm jio.

@JioCare @reliancejio Need jiofiber at my home, but can't get it due to S2 capacity full issue at my location. Area manager telling fake promise of getting it solved in 10 days. But after almost a month, nothing is done. No option than to go to other ISPs. Pathetic service.

@JioCare I am unable to place a relocate request and I want the service to be at the same place I am staying currently. I am devoid of internet now and it is hard for me in these WFH scenarios. No proper response from the customer care as well.

Pls don't buy one plus nord. It doesn't support VOLTe after a few months. Don't get fooled by product description. Feedback from Jio Customer care center. Jio Volte feature is supported by other phones except Nord. @JioCare @OnePlus_IN @oneplus #faultyProduct
