Simran (@Simran94779141) reported@reliancejio Refund not given inspite of repeated requests. 4 days per month service not provided X 12 months service issues faced = 48 days of lack of service provided. 999 postpaid plus connection + 18% GST = 1179 per month. Refund calculation: 1179/30 X 48 = 1,886.

Hardly matter of 20 minutes and scheduled appointment is 14 Aug. I will get connection from other service provider by tomorrow. Please close the connection and initiate the refund.

They deducted 1000 Rs. Because your service engineers delayed in picking up the device that's not my fault so why will i bare charges?
