    Hi @reliancejio We are observing internet slowness in my location. Yesterday we reached customer executives for the same reason finally issue got fixed after 2 hours. Today again I have tried to reach customer executives over mobile. Again we are facing the same issue.

    when no one was using jio fiber in my location.If "set top box# installation is impossible to be done I request @JioCare plz disconnect my #JioFiber connection,give me back my rs. which I deposited in September 2019. I am fed up now becoz last guy who talked me in very bad manner

    @reliancejio Shall we've to port our sim cards to @airtelindia OR you people are enhancing the network quality in our area. Around 250 customers are ready to port their sims due to your erratic networks.
