    @JioCare I want cancel the request and get my refund soon I called the agent and he says that it will take 20 days for refund why is it @JioCare ? And since then the agent is not taking my calls and also not initiating the cancel request There is no way to contact a Jio human customer

    @JioCare It’s been 4 days and you people from Jio are still just giving excuses and lectures. If you can’t handle the service properly, then shut down your business and tell people to switch to Airtel instead. You people don’t respect customers at all. @airtelindia u r better ?

    @JioCare No reply received yet from nodal/appellate team even after detailed escalation mail. Internet still down since 6 days and complaints are being closed/rescheduled without technician visit. This is complete harassment now.

    Hello Team, I am currently in Saudi Arabia and trying to activate my eSIM. First, I recharged with 898 plan, but it started showing “Call Barring” issue. After that, I recharged again with 199 plan, but the same problem is still @airtel @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare You yourselves tested and confirmed the speed was only around 20 Mbps. Now suddenly saying “sufficient bandwidth available”without fixing the actual issue makes no sense. The problem still exists. Please provide a real resolution instead of closing requests with template replies.
