    @JioCare I recharged one number with 666rs/- on 7th September 2022. But it's still not reflected. I emailed customer care and raised a complaint but did not get any reply. Plz, tell me what to do now. I am a student and can't afford to lose this much money.

    @JioCare The location is just 100 mts away from the metro station, still you guys can't provide service to prime location.

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @JioCare Your people who give connection do not even bother to help with the issue faced by the customer. Earlier they say, we will get an extra month usage of internet but once connection is taken they deny and do not help at all.

    @JioCare Booked Gio Fiber connection on 27th September ( connection NO0000NIF872 voice number +917553550776) and got assurance of installation in 2 hours. Today is 6th day and still Jio people telling same story of 2 hours. Kindly help.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Do not steal customers money and harass them. Recharged my JioFiber with 999 plan which includes amazon prime membership but not able to activate it and customer care executive says i have to pay extra for the membership. Pathetic. #shameful

    @JioCare What a non-responsive services you have, even after registering for porting to Jio, no one contacted for the same since 2 days. Seems like Jio services are also bad and not interested in getting new subscribers.
