    @JioCare Do you have any control over field staff. Again they came wasted 1 hour, created noise and went back. And your system sends a reschedule message. ARE YOU CRAZY - INSTALLING A SET TOP BOX IS SO DIFFICULT GOD HELP YOU

    @JioCare I have taken a Jio Fibre Connection of value Rs 2499/- which should give me 500 Mbps. I am getting only 250/300 Mbps. Why? I talked to Customer Care and Technical Representative came but the problem remains unresolved. My Service Request No is SR00001ADLKR Please resolve

    @JioCare The range of the JioFiber router is terrible. Signal isn't reaching the other room which is 12-13 steps away. Please do something about it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst service it’s almost 1 my refund of Rs 2500 is not credited whenever I contact your customer care they always say with 14 working days refund will process already complete one month also your customer agent told me ‘ham to nai karege refund

    @naveenaAlur My brother was their customer for past 7 years and the network issue was creating a lot of problem while working from home. So he shifted to @JioCare He didn't face any network issue after that. Try porting to @reliancejio
