    Recently, I migrated my jio fiber number from pre-to-post and it has been more than 3-4 days they didn't came to my premises, daily they keep it rescheduling. The AM at the Jio Dehradun, UK don't has respect towards the customer he talks rudely. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare 96 hours have gone no engineer come to solve my jio fiber issue . Whats your company doing when you can not serve your customer service properly then shutdown your company. Please help my business is shutdown from 96 hours.

    @JioCare Are you out of your mind or what? I’m getting this reply from the past two months! This is simply harassing the customer. You tell me when the refund of installation charges were initiated & in how many days it will get credited back. Shall i send a legal notice? @reliancejio

    @JioCare @jiocareindia @jiocare10 I repeat my issues: - I took a connection paying 5k approx around June 5 and I was told that I won't be charged till Sep 5 for the 1499 plan - My bill cycle starts from 11 June. I have a got a bill for Aug 11 for Rs. 942. This is just second month. 4/n

    @reliancejio Maine Jio fiber bhi lagwaya hai aur Tiranga bhi. Tiranga shaan se lehra raha hai jio fiber 1 week se down hai kyoki Maine apke technician ko paise offer nahi kiya. Fed up of calling customer care number. As I have also informed your customer care representative about the same.

    Since one month my @JioCare net is running at 3/kbps speed, i have also talked to @reliancejio customer care many times in this context but till now my problem has not been solved by jio. Tired of this poor service of Jio, I am now going to port my card to another company.
