Roll 2Cam (@Curious_987) reported@JioCare JioFiber was down. Jio app wouldn’t load on Wi-Fi. Switched to mobile data to raise a ticket. Jio ran diagnostics on mobile data, declared Fiber “resolved,” and gave me thumbs up/down. Peak tech support: checking the umbrella to see if the roof is leaking.

Ambalika Guha (@iamAmbl) reported@JioCare I already registered a grievance on 2026-04-24 regarding the prolonged outage and shared all available screenshots/emails. Most responses were only automated outage messages. Saying there was “no delay” is incorrect.
