@reliancejio @JioCare Did a wrong recharge today by mistake, the amount difference was jus 2 rs, Yet Jio cant help to get a refund of the recharge nor help you to change your plan. 2021 and still you cant fix this silly mistake.

@JioCare What has happened to internet speed. It's not even equal to GPRS and we are thinking of 5G. Do something. Internet Connectivity Problem in our area, While calling CC they say so many user use internet net at same time .

@JioCare @Gopisahab Actually, I also hate the message before the call is connected. Sometimes it's urgent and the recording keeps on playing. We know the recharge is due. You don't have to remind. If we forget it's on us, not you. Just because of one late recharge you won't lose the customer.

@JioCare There is network issue means , call disconnected while talking ,voice break, other people unable to connect every time jio network says switch off not reachable, we checked our all user phone to service center ,we are really fraid up with this network kindly do urgent
