As per Jio offer If discontinue request raised within first month then whole 2500 (1.5 deposit and 1k installation) will be refunded. I could see that Jio has initiated 1.5k only. Request you transfer the remaining 1k as well.Service ID 300873584435 @JioCare @TRAI @PMOIndia

@reliancejio @JioCare I requested to disconnect my jio fiber on 9th Oct 2021, but till now device not yet picked up from my place. I am continuously following on this issue but everytime, your team giving me new date for pick up. Worst customer care i have ever seen 😡😡😡
