    @DoT_India Please help! NRI customer's number got suspended and @JioCare insists physical presence the only possible way for activation stating DoT guidelines. It's my wife's first and only India number that's linked to literally everything including Aadhaar, Banks, Investment.

    @JioCare @JioCare Thank you for confirming that the delay is due to an incorrect installation address. Since the error is not attributable to the customer, kindly provide a time-bound resolution instead of generic updates. Please confirm the exact installation date.

    I have never seen a company as dishonest and bad as Jio...they only fool the customers. When Gemini Pro and Hotstar services are denied after recharging Rs 349, why are offers visible on the app interface? @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago

    The Jio network is good in most parts of Shahabad, Hardoi, but there is a major issue in my specific locality. The internet speed is very slow, and services shut down completely during power outages because the neighboring tower does not have generator backup. @JioCare

    Hey @JioCare, I've been facing poor network performance for over a month now. A complaint was raised, a team visited, completed their checks and assured me the issue would be resolved. Yet here we are: • Download speed: 6.39 Mbps • Upload speed: 0.18 Mbps No meaningful improvement. No follow-up. No resolution. How long does a customer have to wait for a network issue to be fixed? Looking forward to an actual solution this time. @reliancejio
