I have not recieved any update on this and my security deposit has not been refunded. Why?

Birpal Singh Bhati (@BirpalBhati) reported@JioCare Whenever I lodge a complaint, I am told it is a temporary issue and the team is working on it. However, I want to clarify that the JioAirFiber field engineer has connected my line from a different location, which is causing the problem.
