  @JioCare @reliancejio it's been 6days of rigorous follow ups,reminders & calls to customer support to get the JIO INTERNET installation done at place despite paying in advance 8days back.People are loosing their jobs only because JIO can not provide the internet services on time.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI I have checked and replied back. The issue is of unstable network. Link keeps getting disconnected making the network unusable. On the router it shows green light yet ever few minutes the link gets disconnected. Issue stands unresolved as of now.

  1/2 @JioCare @reliancejio How long should a customer wait for refund for a service that Jio itself couldn't provide? Paid ₹1200 for new Fiber connection (Order ID: ON-NO00019BRSNO) in Oct'25. Technician visited and declared the location non-serviceable, installation was not done

  @CommonBS786OM With almost zero competition in the market, @JioCare services have degraded to lowest these days. My 5G internet is pathetic and Jio Air Fibre is down since 4 days but these arrogant people don't care to fix. Common people is getting robbed by the industrialists for basic needs.
