    @JioCare 17th day! Issue still not resolved. Technician came changed the router…but to no avail. Don’t respond by telling us to be patient. We are genuinely struggling for last 17 days. Not even a single call 4m the authority asking about the issue or if it has been fixed. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Not a single person has managed to care enough to resolve the issue. No one willing to take accountability. Only finger pointing service center <>customer Care. @reliancejio you shouldn't make your customer run around in circles.

    @JioCare I had raised a complaint on 1st September 2021 for cancellation of my Jio fiber connection. It has been almost 20 days non of the technician has turned up for collection of device. From last 4-5 days, everyday device collection appointment gets rescheduled to next day.

    @reliancejio @TRAI I have raised complaint on non working of my jio broadband with id-SR000016PMGW on 18.09.2021. I have been assured that within 24 hours it will be resolved. I am still waiting for the Jio Technician to repair the connection. Worst service provided by Jio.
