Pathatic. if you complain they tell we are upgrading our network. And that too after 2 years 5 months of constant complaints. They even have not identified a site for the same.

We had approached jio care 1800 896 9999 on Sunday at 14.52 hrs. and being assured team is working on it, issue will be resolved within 2hrs. But sorry to say problem not resolved.
