There must be some provision to reverse such wrongly recharge of different mobile number. Now and further will recharge any service providers number with only basic plans to keep mobile number active.

Pathatic. if you complain they tell we are upgrading our network. And that too after 2 years 5 months of constant complaints. They even have not identified a site for the same.

I'm receiving calls from your call centres assuring me that the engineer is on his way but no one has bothered to turn up. The time slots are being reassigned on their own and still not being honoured.
