    @JioCare @sarsij Your people aren't serving seamlessly, that's why we are complaining and now due to that problem now i already broadband connection from I-on broadband. Now and further will recharge any service providers number with only basic plans to keep mobile number active.

    @Idea @idea_cares @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio idea care you people will have to always regret for you 3rd class services. now we will port out all mobile nos from idea to somewhere else and if that operator also dont give good service then we have other options.

    @Idea @airtelindia @reliancejio Sorry idea care, I did the port out process and dont want to wait and dont want any resolution from you, as per your knowledge you people will only ask to restart mobile, select auto ntwrk mode, delete cookies except this cant provide anything.

    @reliancejio @JioCare sir we had port our number from Voda to Jio for better services but facing huge problem of connectivity please help . Indiranagar Nashik Near state bank . Probably tower problem

    @reliancejio @JioCare Sir i am thoroughly unhappy with customer care service of yours today. They left the live chat without solving issues, Calling facilities were also not connecting for almost a day, I was having 3 problems, none of it was resolved #irresponsible #jiocare

    @vibione @reliancejio Never give your money to Reliance. It's my love for Mumbai that I support MI in IPL. Otherwise I am the last person to spend my money on Reliance and Patanjali products.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence care person havn't shared any necessary info. she just asked to stay with this network for more time and said airtel is improving network, we will get better service. @Idea @reliancejio

    @subhambar98 @JioCare @reliancejio They say net is paid and calls are free. Net never works and calls are not going. Pathatic. if you complain they tell we are upgrading our network. And that too after 2 years 5 months of constant complaints. They even have not identified a site for the same.

    @JioCare i have already share that details with jio care person along with a request letter signed by near about 60 peoples. if any 1 ntwrk provider gives good service he will get no. of new MNP connections. @Airtel_Presence @Idea

    Day 11: Finally Jio Fiber is working. This time I went throguh the jugaad route and contacted a local telecom operator. The person called a local Jio technician who fixed it on the same day. Interestingly, I got multiple calls from the Jio Customer care later. @JioCare #india

    Not only me everyone is facing same problem so we want a public reply; Dear @JioCare @TRAI, Why hide the ₹39 pack that gives 9GB/3days and push ₹19 for 1GB/1day? Found ₹39 only in recharge history after losing money on ₹19. Transparency isn't a feature. It's a right.
