    @JioCare @reliancejio It's humble request to all Reliance jio team. Kindly make my jio internet speed faster ,I am not getting speed of even 50 kbps.. what the hell is this? Why do I pay you hundreds for a month, to get this **** internet speed? Please resolve asap

    @JioCare @reliancejio #poornetwork Why jio is not taking steps to increase network in less time.I am afraid to say that in our uni. all hostel students approx 5000 user is going to change jio network because we are unable to use our all 1.5 GB of data daily.And Poor network time

    @JioCare hi jio on ground floor and 1st floor of my house i get only 4g lte signals to catch 5g siganls i need to move 2nd floor then only mobile catch 5g signals please solve this issue i cant use 5g in gound and 1st floor of my home

    @JioCare the nearer tower i usually connected from my home,get frequency power cut due even in slow rain,so i get disconnected r From it,and mobile gets signals from very far away mobile towers,so during this time perioud i get worst speed and issue in call too,do needfull please

    @JioCare @JioCare, the reason mentioned is incorrect. The engineer who visited revealed that the main issue is a lack of coordination. There is one extra idle connection in the junction box. Whenever a complaint is raised, the technician disconnects another customer’s connection.

    @saaaanjjjuuu That’s exactly what’s happening with me as well. I’m getting lower internet speeds, while Jio is working much better on my brother’s phone. I doubt this started after they launched their Priority Post-paid service. I’m planning to switch to @reliancejio now.

    @JioCare w/o any prior info or notice. This is not my fault, it is sheer negligence on Jio's part. I cannot keep travelling back and forth. Please arrange immediate digital/outstation KYC or escalate this to a principal circle manager for resolution. This has been pending for too long
