    @JioCare @JioCare The problem is NOT the green light. I know what a green light means. Since June 6, 2026,that's 12+ days, I've been facing continuous network issues. No engineer visit. No proactive call. No real resolution.

    @JioCare @JioCare Service has been unstable since 16 June 2026. Due to repeated outages, my work-from-home has been affected and I could not use the paid service. Kindly provide compensation/bill adjustment along with a permanent fix.

    My mom dad are so fed up with @JioCare @reliancejio that they are willing to remove permanently WIFI. From past 3 days we have booked Service request still no response and also call service center for it no resolution was done. Pls do needful

    @JioCare Information is not useful. Problem is not resolved, I can give only feedback. There is no option for refund.
