  @JioCare today jio airfiber was installed and from very 1st day jio ne apna kamal dikha diya. 30 mbps ke speed me 1 mbps ki speed and sari channel 10 seconds chalti he fir 1 minute rukti he. I think i made worst decision by taking jio airfiber. Totally money waste.

  @reliancejio @reliancejio It has been 4 months and my refund of ₹2,221.46 is still pending. Complaint SR0000385JNH was raised on 11 June with a promised resolution within 72 hours. Payment reference LR00001DDVB1. Why is my money still not refunded? Please resolve this ASAP

  @TRAI @reliancejio @airtelindia Please send your network team to Bakhrabad urf Khatai, Bijnor-UP 246734 and physically test the network. Signal may work near the village outskirts, but it barely reaches homes, streets or neighbourhoods. Inside rooms, the SIM practically becomes useless

  Jio fiber wasn't working i complained waited for 3 hours 2 guys came and said they fixed the net, it worked for 5 minutes now same as before. You complain again they keep showing the rubbish diagnostic which never solves anything. @reliancejio

  Is the I am only one who is facing jio 5g network issue ? As when i switch my network to 4G it work well but in 5g it sucks @JioCare
