    @JioCare hi,this is vinod purohit.I have come to my native place in rajasthan(jalore).Here there is no JIO netwrk,hardly get 1 bar.There was no netwrk problem before lockdown but now people are all switching over to either airtel or vodafone.Can i pls get some contact number

    @JioCare You are still not answering my question. What clause or what rule permits you to disconnect a CUSTOMER'S CONNECTION/NUMBER WITHOUT WARNING OR INFORMING THEM, answer that question for me, I have asked it four times now. Why was I not warned? A simple question asked, please answer.

    @JioCare Only fake promises made by your staff. It doesn't take 10 days to install a set top box. Absolutely shocking customer service. Wouldn't recommend jio to anyone
