    @JioCare found out that jio Wifi service doesn't have engineers and technicians because of poor payment policy no one wishes to stay where as we consumer are being forced to pay for no service they have no reply only pacify with stupid talks we are suffering

    Almost 1 month has passed. I've shared all details multiple times, but there's still no installation or resolution. If this is the level of service before activation, I don't want the connection anymore. Plz cancel my order and refund the amt. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection has been down for the last 10 days. Multiple service visits have been scheduled, but no technician has visited yet. Even Today too. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. What's Happening with Jio? Service Request: SR00002LL350

    @JioCare Why you are not giving any option on your JioFiber connection of On/off WiFi option.. we are facing issue everytime that network is connected but No internet. That a major problem which is faced by every user. @reliancejio

    Hlo Jio Support, I purchased a JioPrime 2 around d end of Sept last year. Recently, d battery hs strted draining vry quickly, evn with normal usage. Could u pls let me knw hw long the battery wrranty is valid nd whether I can get it checked or replaced undr warranty? @JioCare
