    @ExideIndustrial while doing warrant registration for battery, no OTP ie received on @reliancejio even after multiple attempts spread over 2 weeks but OTP was rxd immediately on #Vodafone number. Pl chk and fix the OTP issue for #Jio numbers.

    @reliancejio If anyone responsible here, solve my issue, complete fake promise by jio. it says unlimited data but provides 150 gb limit how fake marketing this.people should aware.

    I’m a senior citizen. Since yesterday evening Internet not working. Lodged complaint yesterday evening around 4pm, technician was to visit between 6-7 pm yesterday but no. Again 12 to 1pm today, no, again 3 pm today and no. Jio very poor service. @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber My JioFiber connection has not been working since 3 May. Complaint ID: SR000034ZEAJ. A complaint was raised on 3rd May, but no engineer has visited yet.

    @JioCare @reliancejio you guys keep raising service requests with no use..for single refund 10+ service request are raised and none of them provide any resolution.. I just asked for escalation metrix but that is also not shared yet..@JioCare is not at all helpful.

    @airtelindia WiFi is down since yesterday.. there is no redressal mechanism and the customer care number is even worse.. Supertech ecovillage 3 Greate noida west.. I should switch to @JioCare i feel
