    @JioCare @JioCare My JioFiber has been down since 21 April, and despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, the issue is still unresolved. Your own system showed an expected resolution by 23 April 09:45 AM, which has already been missed. This is a clear service failure and negligence.

    @JioCare As a customer, it’s frustrating to see this issue raised multiple times and yet not a single ticket has been opened to investigate the root cause. It feels like the problem is just being brushed aside instead of taken seriously. If customer care truly matters, then raise it.

    It has been more than a month the @jio_fiber issue of network drop continues to be an issue for all the user in Noida. Multiple service request gets auto closed with no resolution and customer confirmation. Jio will spam 24x7 if u request for disconnection @JioCare @reliancejio

    @jiocare @reliancejio It’s been 5 days since my Jio AirFiber order and installation is still not done. I no longer want to wait. Please cancel my order and initiate full refund immediately. Also register a complaint and give me the service request number
