    @JioCare I haven't received any solution for the previously mentioned issue. I ended up calling the customer service again which led to another disappointing call with no solution but yet another fake promise made to me by your company. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare No you don't understand the inconvenience, today is now the 6th day without broadband and that too during working days. With everycall and SR, resolution SLA resets to a new 24hours period

    @Abhishe36652079 Their service have become worst now. Switch to @JioCare, their network quality is really good and speed is also awesome.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I'm having an issue with your network for past 1week. Despite the fact that the signal range is shown full, both data and calls are not functioning. Mobile data is extremely slow that the messages are not even sent after 20 minutes.

    @JioCare How many times do u want me to repeat the same thing again and again. Call me now or whenever ur free from giving miss calls. So pathetic service people are providing. Have no guts to call? Asking u to call from morning but u guys have no guts.

    @JioCare You guys don’t have any BTS song as caller tune in Jio. I requested your team about this for more than year. No reply came still. I am tired of your poor service .I am going to switch to @airtelindia because of this.

    @JioCare Dear Concern, i am frequently getting msgs that my jio data has been utilised 50% & immediately after that 100% utilisation msg comes and my data network stops.i am getting these msgs even if i do not use my mobile.

    @authoronkar I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.
