    @JioCare became a paid service However now that users have become completely habituated to it Jio has turned its network into such a fiasco that people are unable to access even 3G speeds, let alone 4G Could you please take the trouble to explain what the solution to this issue might be?

    @JioCare @reliancejio my FTTH went from green to red in front of my eyes. The jio engineer who visited us said there is a break in wire on the terrace(which is locked). As it's a Sunday the wire isn't available(felt like old BSNL). Who can help me with internet restoration?

    @JioCare You have the worst type of people in customer service, when I try to talk with your senior they declined my call without hearing my issue and it is totally unacceptable.

    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio i installed jio home 14 days ago and from last 4 days it is not working. I complain many times and every time I get reply that will start in 4hrs but still not. I appeal to all public never to use jio air fibre. worst service by jio. No response.

You will receive an update for this request by 2026-05-12T08:41:43. To track the status of your service requests at your convenience.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. Complaint registered on May 6 (SR000035B69F) for Voice Calling issue. Without resolution, it was marked 'Resolved'. Reopened on May 9, but now put 'ON HOLD' without any site visit. Resolve it ASAP!
