    Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

    @JioCare I have been trying to get a connection in my area for two years. Jio fiber connection is available next to my home. Unfortunately, the building near me has some disputes with Jio fiber and Jio local managers are not able to resolve the issue for the past two years. HELP

    @JioCare i asked in august to disconnect my connection n refund my deposit of Rs. 2,500. no reply yet. a month ago i kept sending request to change plan to bronze so i can renew but no reply yet. now i m tired of ur pathetic customer service n would like to disconnect n get my SD refund.

    @JioCare Hi team, i am fed up with your internet service. I came to my hometown gaya because of covid i thought I can work here easley but i was wrong. Today I recharged with 251 and not able to open a single page. Pathetic service i have ever experienced with JIO.

    @JioCare my service request number is SR00001349ML , my jio fibre is still not working , now its over 24 hrs . Since i tweeted you. Your customer support is pathetic !! Gonna change the network , if this hindrance persists .

    @JioCare @reliancejio My service request number is SR0000133Y03. Internet speed issue in my location since 4 years. But your team says that at same time many users uses the internet. But this is not true and if it’s true then what are you doing? Why you don’t take it seriously?
