    Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

    When I questioned this, @JioCare told me: "If you didn't get an SMS, the App Success message doesn't count. You should have re-checked." Since when is the customer responsible for double-checking if your "Success" screens actually mean success? (6/n)

    The ****** service is still down. @JioCare send someone to take away this **** box. Repeated failures, no resolution, and tickets being put “on hold” without my consent. This is beyond frustrating. Worst experience with @reliancejio. Want to switch now, how is @airtelindia?

    @JioCare I’ve experienced poor service and unstable internet for the past month, and it has only just improved. As a valued customer, could you please extend my data? I don’t want to recharge yet—I’d like a few days to confirm the speed and stability are consistent.

    @JioCare Any updates? Customer care agent told me that I have to switch to other service provider as jio can't provide 2.4 Ghz band.

    Today on 26/4/26 assured to come by 9.30am neither the engineer pick the call nor anybody come till now. Neither any jio customer care number available for talk. What kind of service it is @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani during payment it was 2 fast bt during installation Im taking pain.

    Jio internet down for 36+ hrs in Likabali Alikash, Dhemaji (Assam 787059). No response despite repeated complaints at Reliance Jio office. Nearby Likabali & Silapathar have network, but not here. Likely tower power backup issue. Urgent fix needed. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    @reliancejio @reliancejio @TRAI Jio service has become poor nowadays. On Sunday or other time a power cut happens in my area ,the Jio network suddenly disappeared. We pay full money in advance but not get service. No customer support no improvement in network issues.
