  Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

  @JioCare @reliancejio why do u think customer should go back & forth call you for issues reoccurring time & again, complaint not registered, you want us to troubleshoot & fix issues by self. You have become a fraud company, who hardly cares about service

  Dear @reliancejio @JioCare Unlimited 5G speed and data is just a marketing gimmick if your network can’t even play a normal Instagram reel properly. I’m in Mumbai — one of the biggest cities in India — and still I had to use a VI hotspot just to post this on X. We are paying full charges for “unlimited 5G” but getting buffering, unstable speed, and poor connectivity. What exactly are customers paying for?
