    Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

    Recently, I have been facing a lot of problems with regards to my broadband connection. I was using siti broadband but due to their poor service I was thinking about changing to Jio Fiber. But guess what @reliancejio doesn't offer any broadband connection in my locality.

    @reliancejio @JioCare For the 1st request the technician said that the router has to be changed as that has a problem but he didn't come to change. He said that he has raised a ticket and i don't need to raise another one! But i raised another one.

    @reliancejio @GSMAm4d @ril_foundation Reliance Jio is thief with no customer care... My 2 plans are activated by agents and now saying can't deactivate and you have to pay double... Nobody resolving thr issue...It's like Ambani getting deaf for user queries and issues... Not sure where to go?

    @reliancejio @JioCare - jio is unable to provide me the GST bill for the recharge done. I am not getting proper help from JIO worst service provider/ pathetic customer care support/ Not able to resolve issue. Poor/worst JIO

    @JioCare @reliancejio Help Please!! Paid Rs3000 for increasing the credit limit, haven't received my money after disconnection. Over 5times they have rescheduled to pick the device. No one came or called! What can I do if your Jio employee is not coming? I don't understand😐

    Joi internet sucks @JioCare Vi (Vodafone idea internet is best), but their company just took stupid loans..so their quality was reduced. Maybe jio team needs to hire developers or infrastructure managers from vi..
