  Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

  @JioCare Initially, you told me that the installation would be completed by 7 PM on May 19th; however, I have now received a new message stating that it will happen tomorrow. Jio Fiber is deceiving customers even before they have actually subscribed to the service connection.

  @JioCare Hello Team, Thanks for response, this is FYI that there are multiple ISP was affected due to the incident, every ISP has fixed the issue except Jio, I can the other technicians working to fix the issue, except Jio, Thanks

  @JioCare Every call ends with “issue escalated” and “callback in 1 hour,” but it’s been 1 week and still no engineer visit for complete fiber outage. Please arrange immediate field support instead of repeated scripted responses. SR000035SG9Z

  @reliancejio air fiber not working its been going on and off 12 times in a single day. Multiple complaints raised still no resolution provided. Installed it on 16 of may. This is the worst experience ever. Connection no - 1205261543

  Noida Sector 87 — no network, no calls, no internet since morning. @JioCare keeps claiming to be India’s No.1 network, while customer care has been repeating the same “it’ll be fixed next week” excuse for 6 months. Just complaints, zero action. Seriously shameful.😑 #jio #ambani
