Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

@reliancejio Team, Internet speed it crap and when I reach out to your customer service (firstly it is not easy) they tend to say service will getter better which I am hearing from almost 2 years now (since I moved to JIO), request someone to look into it and advise. Look forward

Jio network is too poor in Tezpur University campus. Airtel have decent internet speed as well as network but in jio it hardly open YouTube or even whatsapp. Please try to provide good quality network @reliancejio

@JioCare @mpparimal For the past more than 1 month there is Jio network issue in my area.. complaint raised many times but but the only resolution is "Sir, it will get resolved in few weeks." But when???

@JioCare completely helpless now not even consumer forum doing help again raised ticket and not even helped from your side since 12 march it's 8th day today can you please only escalate my refund for rest days so i can switch my all Sims to Airtel or Voda whatever i want
