    Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

    @JioCare Hi Shirisha, it’s been 2 more days since your assurance of an Engineer Visit, but there is still no update on installation or refund. I no longer wish to proceed with the connection. Please cancel it and process my full refund immediately. I’ve already waited since 17 August.

    Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio Missed my scheduled visit yesterday with zero updates. Today, the technician promised to return in 15 mins and ghosted me. Support doesn't care, and I've been without internet for 2 days. Resolve this immediately!

    @JioCare Jio fiber is not working .No light is blinking in router,Internet works ,but set top box is not working .The video in any application like YouTube Jio hot star gets stuck but the video goes on playing and your customer executive is clue less over the call.

    Repeated JioFiber issues have become extremely frustrating. The same problem keeps recurring despite multiple complaints and service requests. Why is there no permanent resolution? @JioCare @jio_fiber @TRAI

    Jio's network in our area, Palojori, is very poor; the service is terrible. If the network situation doesn't improve today, I will port the SIM cards of my entire family from Jio to Airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio
