@reliancejio @JioCare jio fibre not working since two days. Frequent outages. Service request raised everytime I get a different time for engineer to visit and nobody turns up. Horrible service and pathetic response. Stop this harrassment.

@JioCare FYI - The technician who was supposed to look into was Eashwar who decided to let the issue be as is without informing customer. For them new customer connection is greater incentive than managing ongoing issue
