@JioCare before the end of my 28 day "Monthly" cycle, my @reliancejio number gets reduced connectivity, forced messages and sudden bouts of disconnected service for 2-5 hours. Wonderful way to communicate, really appreciate this.

@ViCustomerCare after 15 years with Voda & several network issues & complaints. Finally porting to @reliancejio Worst of all your agent is asking me why I am porting out, cant speak a word in my preferred language. Shows how little focus u have towards value customers like me.
