@JioCare 11/11/2022 I have complained to you and you still haven't resolved the complaint, don't feel ashamed at all. As soon as the recharge is over, the SIM is closed at 12 o'clock, but it is not possible to resolve the complaint within the same time.

@JigarPota @JioCare Don't go for Jio if you want to suffer & see fraudulent behavior from Jio. I have reported complaint almost 1 month now & no one bothered to send technical engineer at home to check why broadband connection is not working. Just cheating customer by their drafted statements.

@JioCare Can you please let me know what's the turn around time for it? How long would it take? I also belong to the service industry and this shouldn't take more than 24 hours and that too when it's put on priority? Why, I am still being asked to hold on?

Hey, @JioCare, @reliancejio I'm facing a lot of issues with my network. I don't know why but I'm losing the connection every time. And, to gain that again I have to turn on my Airplane Mode tiple times. Please check the issue. It's getting worse.

@JioCare KA - 560016 and I have already placed a port request & I got a call in 12 hrs @airtelindia ur end is coming since you started disrespecting customer and loosing your vision towards your mission statement. It's doesn't bother even if Jio is not the best in LTE in all locations.
