@reliancejio I am not able to connect customer care, I did no portability from Airtel to jio, the sim is not yet active, on the other hand, you sent a message on the secondary not that it is activated. neither able to log in my bank account nor even can access gmail.

@JioCare We had requested for a surrender of connection and it’s been 3 weeks and no one has turned up to collect the modem. Meanwhile the service request number SR000017KJHP was closed even without any action being taken. We have now been asked to make a new request.
