    @JioCare Writing an email from website got me an email that in turn asks me to either use Jio App or Jiocare whatsapp which again are just maze in themselves. For numbers that are totally not working you need a straightforward way to resolve customer issues.

    @JioCare I'm facing weak internet issue from last 2days and so called your cx support. FYI- they are dumb and pathetic what ever I ask they are replying the same IVR message. Final result- issue not resolved.

    @JioCare My brother's number that he had been using for years is suddenly not working. He visited Jio Store nearby where they could not recognise the number as a valid Jio number.

    @JioCare Getting a poor coverage of jio network, please improve it as it has become so bad that some not even one bar is visible. Whereas airtel at the same location gives full range with super fast internet. Location as mentioned.

    @JioCare Your networks are going worst. I have recharged 6 days back with a plan of 555 and m not able to watch my you tube lectures because of buffering. At least provide the service what we have paid for. I have complaint 2-3 times already but no proper resolution I got. Disheartening
