    @reliancejio is there any issue with esim ? i had contacted one of your jio stores in rajkot, Gujarat, but he told me that there were some issues during the conversion ! so please visit after some days, so may I know after how many days should I contact ?

    @JioCare I still haven't received any SMS for collection of router. While subscribing customer you take payment within half hour. No delays there. And when customer asks for refund due to wrost sevices provided you delay the refund. I will wait till EOD else lodge a consumer complaint
