@JioCare I am getting tons of random calls saying that i have called them. They are getting a call from jio fiber landline number. When they call back on that number that call gets redirected to me. None of your customer care service is helping to fix my issue.

@reliancejio i would like to advise Jio people, try to approch the customer care in any of the option provided (chat, whatsapp, boice help, call)as a normal user, its almost impossible to connect them if you are a normal user of mobile or broadband. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I have applied/paid Rs. 2500 for Jiofiber on 19.01.2022. Today is 23.01.2022 and I'm yet to recieve my connection. Contacting customer is not helpful. The engineer is not responding properly. Kindly resolve this issue.

Due to poor internet connection student also faces so many difficulties during online classes. So try to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise it will be our compulsion to move to another network provider. #jio @JioCare @JioChat
