Hey @JioCare relocating the finer connection is such a pain. 1. Your customer support call keeps dropping when it switches to support exec from the IVR. Tried 4 times, same result. 2. The step by step has anew location form by pin code. Which populates wrong city. HELP!!!

It seems @JioCare doesn't work without escalation. Got back to Delhi only to know the wifi has stopped working. Have been following up with customer care since morning but to no avail. What's the point of sharing false timelines to aggravate exasperation among customers? 🙄🙄🤦🤦
