    @JioCare Please assign this issue to some good technical guy. As i raised the issue on customer care. But the technician who came do not even know the basics of fibre installation. I have proofs to show you the same.

    @JioCare I don't see a green light in my setup box. Please fix this first. Same thing happened with me last month when I did recharge but was unable to use it for 3 days due to router issue. Pls do the needful asap.

    @reliancejio I applied for jiofiber connection for my home and for some reason your service engineer couldn't complete connection since 4 days and your sales engineer is speaking rudely over phone and telling to cancel the connection.he received phone also after 4 days.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioNews shameful.when u need money an agent will come to home in 30 minutes and since then u have delayed installation saying there's no ports available for so many days, no reply on email or calls.cancel this order as i don't wan to be related to such greedy org

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Team, I tuk Jio Fiber in the month of Nov n hv been told by ur EX Kapil that I'm getting 3+1 months of service. Nw I got 2 knw tat I hv only 3 months of services, N I'm keep trying to reach him on his no bt he didn't even pick up call. Can u luk in2 tis.

    Kindly do not fall for this crap or unlimited data, it doesn't display the limit when the plan is purchased. 250mb of data per day means what. Jio has become a genius to pull money out of pockets. @JioCare @reliancejio
