    What is this, Jio? My internet is running so poorly—it feels like 3G. Even after purchasing the ₹999 plan, the internet quality is terrible; it keeps automatically switching from 5G to 4G. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @TRAI I'm going to file a case in consumer court I've all the evidence and I'm going to win this case and also I'm going to ensure that no one in my entire area panchayat does buy any jio airfiber because everyone is facing same type of problem

    Dear @JioCare, I am paying for a Jio 5G Unlimited plan, but the network performance in Hyderabad, especially in B.N. Reddy Nagar and several other areas, is disappointing. Signal strength is often weak, data speeds are inconsistent, and internet connectivity frequently drops.

    @JioCare If Jio cannot resolve a network issue even after a week, then stop sending these meaningless template replies. Either provide a clear timeline for restoration or disconnect the service and take your equipment back. Customers deserve solutions, not endless excuses.

    @JioCare ARRANGE Supervisor CALLBACK You understand nothing. Why need to raise new SR, what hppnd to earlier SR agnst which I was made to wait 2 mnths. Now you reply No refund applicable. Don't you study the case properly. its clearly customer harassment. @jagograhakjago Please HELP!!
