    @JioCare Hello @JioCare Please note that this HOLD is NOT PER MY REQUEST. the technician visited the place and noticed there was an issue in the wire line connection outside and promised to call back after checking with customer care. but never came back/switched off the mobile.

    @JioCare If service was not feasible then why are you asking me to initiate a request for new connection. You will take amount and will cancel the new request saying service is not feasible. And 12 months before Jio fibre was working at my home. Are you fooling me for your inefficiency.

    What sorta network do you offer @reliancejio @JioCare wherever I go I can’t get any network, the speed is equal to 2G, maybe more worse than that!!!

    @JioCare received confirmation message & a call from technician. he asked for OTP without visiting my place for closure of call. told him to visit first & address the fault, but he was only interested in OTP. similar incident faced in past too. poor on ground implementation.
