Till date no action, and airtel is continuing billing. Their agent asking to buy new connection. 017212123532_dsl. Why not shift to Jio?

It's been 3 days since ticket has been raised there are multiple reschedules (6-8 times), same answer from their helpline.. they provided nodal officer number for escalation, which is dead. Ugh!
