It's been 2 days but there is no action that has been taken from @reliancejio @JioCare on my complaint. But when it comes to selling a new connection they will keep on calling you in every 30 mins.. 🙏🙏

@Anilballal1 @JioCare Worst customer experience ever. When we try to connect to customer care, call got automatically disconnects. There is no reply for the issue even on the WhatsApp chat. This is how you treat your valuable customers.

@JioCare slow network from past six months even when it stucks i am unable to send a single message whether it's whatsapp Instagram Facebook or any other platform and also registered complaints to jio customer care 5-6 times but still no response from jio team.

Fr relocation u dnt hv engineer frm past 6 days bt as soon as I raisd a requst fr a new connection the engineer came to my place in 30 min! Ur helpline is clueless & no higher authorities available on call! Ranjan & Samyra on support WASTING cx TIME & MONEY @JioCare @reliancejio
