While I was explained about the plan, neither engineers nor the Customer Care Executives explained me about such policies. I made 10 calls to the customer care, but not once they informed me about the same. @JioCare #badservice

@JioCare Ok the point is not about feasibility. I know they will call me once they have laid down the fiber . But point is WHEN ? is there an accountability at local head level via a vis timeline ?
