    @JioCare Sir, I have waited enough. Engineers keep coming and going. Trying to fix problem. But it's your backend that is not helping. Everytime I am told to wait. Today is 10th day of my patience. Now either fix the problem today or I want to go for disconnection

    Have learnt one thing from jio is that one should never recharge one time and get attracted to their offers.There is no customer service from their end.Have been facing internet issue since 15 days (speed is 6mbps-20 mbps) @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare If my issue is not resolved within 1 hour i am going for legal complaints against you all for taking my money and denying for services, for. Mental harassment you, your customer care and engineer is putting.

    @JioCare No mam you are not understanding the mental condition. Your team asked for 14 working day time but it's been more than that and the solution is still not served Yesterday only i called jio customer care and asked for a call back from higher authorities but no response from your
