Its been 4days since the complaint 1-10174877660 was raised. The issue hasnt been fixed and we are left without any internet. @TikonaTIL Let us know if it cannot be fixed by Tuesday morning, I will initiate the process of installing @reliancejio

@reliancejio It's almost 2 months without the Jio Fiber Internet in Rajajinagar Bengaluru area ... will you guys ever fix it or should I choose a different network Jio is such a Bad Fiber Internet They haven't cared about the customer it's became WORST 😡 .5G will be another disaster

@WeekendInvestng @JioCare Airtel - fiber was down when I was sleeping, automatic alert triggered, ticket generated, service engineer assigned. When I woke up got to know that fiber is down and by 9 AM the person was at door. Didn't even I raised the query. Loved this alert system by airtel.
