    @JioCare I contacted google they said @JioCare will solve it, what is this ?? I don’t know who will solve it ?? Asked google they say Jio will solve , Asking Jio they says Google will fix it. I kind of circus is it ?? Now it hurts my self esteem

    Your Service is degrading day by day, I have ordered a jio SIM through your My Jio app, it's been 5 Days, Yet the SIM is not delivered and my money is also stuck. It is very disturbing experience for me. I want the SIM to be delivered ASAP! @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India

    @JioCare Also we called his Boss Irfan, he told him also I will not fix it do whatever you want to. Now I am on verge of abusing Jio, whats my fault in all this. Can you simply close my account and refund my money. I cannot take this kind of stress.

    If this problem can be resolved permanently, I would be happy to continue with JioFiber. Otherwise, I may have to switch to another provider despite having an active subscription. Please look into this matter urgently and provide a permanent solution. @JioCare #JioFiber

    @JioCare @JioCare I request that my complaint be immediately escalated to your Nodal Officer/Appellate Authority. I have already provided every detail requested by your team multiple times, including my ORN, Service IDs, registered mobile numbers, executive details, and supporting info.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst service ever Have been complaining about my internet speed for days By was given fake surety of improvement Once the customer care said have arranged a engineer visit but on the next call it was said nothing was scheduled

    @airtelindia @JioCare @TRAI During these calls, I was falsely informed that my UPC (Unique Porting Code) had been blocked by Airtel and that I needed to send an SMS in the format "CANCEL and number " to 1900 to unblock it. This is misleading, as sending that SMS would cancel my porting request.
