    @JioCare Problem is tht I have wifi available in my home and my workoffice so idnt want personal internet ,I want talktime recharge no internet which airtel is giving ,u r forcing me to take 2gb or 1 gb plan with talktime which I don't want So I want to port to Airtel

    @JioCare Network issue in my locality On main road signal is fine, but inside my street (gali) network becomes very poor or no signal. Calls are not connecting and SMS also not working indoors This seems like a coverage issue in my lane Please check and improve network coverage

    @JioCare I know it's the process. What if I don't like the delay that is now introduced today, I want to cancel and get refund immediately, the service engineer visited today and said it would take 3-4 days more. Order No: NO0001CYF1VA take this complaint serious

    @JioCare This is unacceptable and misleading. Payment has been made, but no service has been delivered. Repeated delays without resolution show poor customer support. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with a complaint and demand a full refund. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio will i get any solution? Because after spending 349 for 28 days it is my right to get a better service but you guys using the money on implementation of chat bot on customer helpline which is nothing but a dumbest decision.
