    @JioCare I am getting messages to recharge my Jio Fiber account even after recharging it last night. I am not able to use internet as it says that my plan is expired. It wanted me to check in 2 hours last night and again when we called this afternoon. The service is not yet up.

    @JioCare i am registerd user of jio fiber with number 7977678006 . I am writing this bec my Internet is not working from last one hour in my home and jio customer care person saying engineer will come after 48 hours. Why should I wait so much i want my problem to resolve now

    @JioCare Hello since morning I have raised a complaint an engineer was supposed to visit at 5pm today.But till now no one has called nor any engineer number has been SHARED.Terrible !!!

    @reliancejio The reference number for this complaint is SR00001DQQPV.I did not receive further updates and I continue to face slow or no internet and its more than 2 months I have reported this issue. Please refund my annul rechanged. so That i can port to someone else

    Huge number of mobile towers are now installing in our city.I don't know which network company is doing this great work. this is a good initiative taken by the network company.I kindly request to install a tower in our locality to reduce network issue @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare Still no progress here NO0000N3UK6V If this is the state for a current customer switched from prepaid to postpaid, i don't think we are getting any support if we have to close the connection. I we will update our community association to get rid of JioFiber.
