    @JioCare Service request id SR00003B5359 has not been yet attended. The optical fibre has been broken and a no of consumers are facing disruption in internet service. Pl attend the same urgently.

    @JioCare, what’s happening with your network? Across the country, users are facing slow speeds, high latency, packet loss, and unstable connections. Online gaming has become almost unplayable due to constant lag spikes. Please acknowledge the issue and fix it as soon as possible

    @reliancejio Extremely disappointed with the service for order NO0001EJGTUU. The assigned member is completely unresponsive, ignoring my calls and messages, and refusing to take ownership. This is gross negligence. @JioCare, please resolve this immediately.

    @reliancejio @JioCare really pathetic service quality and levels not only your customer support helpline even your appellate helpline is pathetic. Fooling and mistreating and lying to customer. O my objective is the disconnect calls. Utterly helpless and frustrating feeling

    Dear @JioCare, It's been more than 6 months that the JioFiber/Jio AirFiber network quality in my area has been extremely poor. Your app continuously shows "Network outage in your area", yet the issue remains unresolved.

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed. I paid ₹1,200 for JioAirFiber, and today the plan amount was also collected, but there's still no installation or proper update. Customer care keeps asking me to visit the store instead of resolving the issue.

    @JioCare, did a ₹999 JioFiber recharge (₹1178.82 with GST) because the screen promised Amazon Prime Lite. Now it’s not showing up on my MyJio app. Did you secretly change the plan? If yes, why is it still advertised on the recharge page? Kindly fix this.#JioFiber
