On the other, the quality of service keeps getting worse. I switched from @airtelindia hoping for a better experience, but I'm honestly fed up. Just a few days ago, I faced the exact same issue and it took 48 hours to fix. It hasn't even been a month, and I am facing the same breakdown yet again.
