    @JioCare I already Recharged but still that plan is not activated and due to that reason I can't makes call. Even I tried to reach customer support but i can't make call. #JioCareBot is also not working no replay from bot end so far and i ended up here. Can You Assist Wht to do next??????

    @JioCare As u know during lockdown study plus office work are getting executed from home which is completely based on internet access which is not possible thru mobile network so Jio team should take care this into consideration on priority.
