@reliancejio @exploreIMC You need to increase capacity in my area first. Multiple complaints but during peak hours, the ping win be very high. Pages load slow, games can't be played, no videos. (Don't ask me to restart phone, insert sim in slot 1, move to good coverage area etc etc which won't work)

@JioCare My jio connection no 120-3603599 is not working properly nor the customer care is providing any satisfactory response. Kindly arrange a technician visit ASAP. Customer care executives are so dumb that they cant provide a complaint number, all they did was wasted my time
