    @JioCare I think you guys take the cake when it comes to pathetic customer service . My fiber connection and landline are dead for over two weeks . Service requests are not tended to and I am not getting any option to cancel my connection !

    Dear @JioCare, We're loyal Jio customers for years, but for 2 months there has been no network inside our factory. Our 78 employees face the same issue, and many are switching to other operators due to no resolution. Pls arrange a site visit and fix this urgently. #Jio #JioCare

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup Air Fibre connection 91-3335852953 - is one way street isme aane ka rasta hai bahar jaane ka nahin - for last 20 days trying to cancel still a failure - they cancelled my home account twice - quite a way to deal with unruly customers who want to leave

    Your in-app chatbot is an absolute joke, it just tells me to buy more of your services for some reason instead of giving any valuable answer. Your engineers just say "sorry can't do anything call customer care" and hangs up. I've basically lost the ability to contact @JioCare
