@reliancejio I went to my jio store for sim replacement today in manikonda opposite to andhra Bank, pin 500089 they said sim cards are not available and takes more than 2 days to get sim cards for replacement. Could you please address this issue as i need it urgently

Jio has been out for more than 24 hours now. When are they gonna fix this? It's really frustrating, I mean this happens often in my area. Jio is usually good here. But when it's down it doesn't get fixed immediately and now jio has been down for days.What is this ?? @JioCare
