@reliancejio 2G is better than jio 4G experiencing worst network coverage. Please make sure you have better 4G coverage before launching 5G. Every time I complain I will get same answer. Takes 120 days to install new tower. That 120 days still not happening from 1 year.

Also one more problem is when i said to customer care to raise a server ce request and get it done on priority basis they said very surely like this "SIR AAJ WAIT KARLO AAPKA ORDER AAJ 💯 INSTALL HOGA."after almost 16 days they didn't changed their reply. @JioCare

@Agarwal_pulkit1 @JioMart_Support @reliancejio When you will raise complaint, they will create a ticket for you. Then they won't take follow ups or inform you about the resolution. They will close the ticket mentioning customer is not responding. I have doubts Jio Mart services. Please have resolution on ticket 6426684187
