  @JioCare getting Bill overdue on jio wifi while I had autopay enabled and also see payment in both jio and payment app. Help resolve the discrepancy. Happy to share payment receipts

  @JioCare This is very pathetic behaviour on your jio fiber service I've made a request to relocate on 28th may but till date no one has visited or contacted me.4-5 times you have changed appointment time from your side. my complaint was closed without even resolving my problem.

  @reliancejio @JioCare why always between 12:30 to 5 the internet speed is slowed down. And no one is ready to answer to queries?Additionally till now relcation amount is not credited even after submitting the router 5 months back
