    @JioCare My JIO Fiber number is 3331658470. I raised a complaint on 29th May about my router which was not working after the bill payment vide reference number SR0000370UYL. But till date I don't get any resolution. Call me at 7278382563 and resolve the issue immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Since 24 hrs jio fiber service is affected in my area and after each passing hour timeline for resolution get extend by further a hour. As you never extend our plan validity when we failed to recharge similarly will you pay us for service disruption ??

    @bsnl_care please stop fooling. This is not the first time. Always suffering with BSNL. No any App works on bsnl sim, so what's the use of it? Now it's better to move to @reliancejio @airtelindia or some other mobile network who gives better service at cheaper rates

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio. Applied for Home reallocation—old connection cut on time, but no installation! Scheduled for 28/05, nobody showed up. Emailed for 31/05, zero response. My work is completely stalled. Fix this ASAP

    @JioCare Hey, I have already raised the service request 5-6 without any resolution, everytime it is cancelled by the technicians. If there is no solution than refund my amount and let me move to Airtel.

    For **** sake @reliancejio @JioCare ! How the hell do I cancel your connection? All your bots say call the number, but that’s an IVR and has no option (spent 15 mins listening to every menu, sub menu). 😡😡😡
