    @JioCare It’s always the same story. Whenever there is a issue with Jio it takes you guys days to resolve it. First it is extremely difficult to contact your customer care And then there is no way to follow up or get a resolution. I repent taking a jio connection!

    @JioCare Very annoying information, through jio app, text message and before call as well, never like it and have complained several times about; but unfortunately not resolved; because you don't have solution.

    @JioFibre the wifi has not been fixed and the work has been hampered, recharge is still going on. Need compensation and fix the wifi ASAP @JioCare

    @JioCare Then my issue should have been resolved..when that is not happening, how could I believe in your service.. info from local team vs customer service is different and there is no coordination at all. Definitely no coordination between sales and service...
