Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. @JioCare From last few days I am getting very slow jio4G net speed I have complained about many times still no appropriate answer is given.. also now I doubt about jio that they are intentionally slowing their 4g network speed so people will shift in 5G network in future..

I watched an ad on Instagram about JIO 5G and bought a new JIO Sim card. I have a 5G phone and still JIO is nowhere near to provide the advertised speed. I am in Mumbai btw. Help! @reliancejio @JioCare

@optimistapoorv @JioCare @airtelindia Are you serious 130 Mbps 😲?! Airtel is no doubt fast, but I feel their coverage is bad, like the other day my uncle couldn't get airtel service in Goa while Jio had range in remote villages as well !!

@JioCare Sent you a DM with all details. Let’s hope this brings a resolution. 6 months payment was taken in advance and connection was cancelled since the network was very bad. Sincerely hoping that money is refunded.

@ankitv @reliancejio I am having the same problem in Kolkata since last 5 days. Already performed the following: * Reset network settings * Factory reset (format) * Upgrade to Android 13 * SIM replacement Now, the Jio technician is saying that it is an issue of handset.

@reliancejio @pib_comm literally harassed by Jio company. Have paid for international roaming and was using comfortably the network in Uganda.the Indian number is linked to bank accounts and credit cards. Now all of a sudden it has stopped

@JioCare Its almost 4-5 years, I am waiting gor too long, your every representative said we will contact you once our service is available in your area. there are bsnl and other providers bad services are in my area, but we are still waiting for jiofiber. please start service in our area
