@reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani SR00001C02UQ with the mentioned complaint number. i have raised many times that my fiber goes off suddenly and some times suddenly discounted with every device. still no one is changing router. they come plug in- off the wire and say it is ok

@reliancejio JIO is a company who never care about their customer only big advertisement cant resolve the issue of customer on time hence think twice before choosing JIO FIBER

@reliancejio Disheartened to see @jiocare not keeping up to their promise of complaint resolution within 24 hours. My SR no. SR00001C20JF was registered on 7/7 but nothing has been done to restore my Fiber internet. Can you help here?

@JioCare Non of the jio Sim's are working in JP Nagar 8th phase nayak Layout 560078 from last 1 week. Not able to make or receive call, Internet is also not working. Everyone's jio Sim facing same issue. Please look at this. Been complaining from last 1 but still no repose. #jio
