    @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber the services have been so bad recently itvhas become a nightmare to do WFH. LOCATION - KARIMGANJ, ASSAM - 788710 Local eng. are of no help, the jio chat support does not provide any solution. Speed provided per plan is miles away with no connection

    @JioCare Your engineer has scheduled from yesterday. Hope my installation would be done by EOD. Or else process my refund. Also ask ur executives to inform customer that u ll provide services in first come first serve basis.

    Hi! I understand that how disappointing it must be. I would like to inform you that sms service is not available in recharge of Rs.49/79 and 19. To enjoy the sms service along with calls and data, you may recharge with any of our unlimited packs. #airtelParasite. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Stop giving same reply again and again. Can't even fix a small problem. I don't think you even care about this. Worst customer service ever. Give me my money back you looters. In this WFH situation internet is a must and here you guys juat taking money and providing zero support.

    @JioCare My complaint is still not resolved. Ticket got assigned to a team from different city. Dont know why unnecessary delay is happening. Again got disappointed. Day is about to over. Looks like Jio fiber going to take my job

    @JioCare I did not receive any call? Its still not working.. Can you give me service request number or ticket raised? I know u don't have so you should stop doing hawabazi like your engineers. I will switch back to airtel once my plan will expire. They give unmatched quality.
