@JioCare Sorry to say but it is not working any more . Neither your network services or customer services . I can assume that current stability of @reliancejio will be a factor that they don't care about customers now a days but take a advise from me - Alexander too died in desert !

@JioCare @reliancejio i am facing slow internet issue i called customer care and they told me that due to high no. Of user i am facing slowness. In village area at 1AM night they are saying high no. Of user. If not able to resolve then accept that you don't have capable engineer
