  @JioCare i placed an order for jiohome on 7th aug, with order id NO0001F288LU, the person assigned is not taking calls,no response from your team,no way to escalate this or get a resolution, paid amonut in full but no assistance or resolution yet,pathetic service by you

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This isn’t the first time! My TV supports only 2.4GHz, but your router sends 5GHz. I also have Airtel postpaid. Please fix this permanently, or I’ll switch to @JioCare .

  @UIDAI Am really appalled by the attitude of @reliancejio for their pedestrian service & for having ppl to make new customer & giving least preference for existing users as they are trapped. Will port away from them alongwith my family & will never opt for Jio. Utterly poor service.

  I first complained to @reliancejio on X on July 25, but the issue still remains unresolved even after a site visit. I’ve already recharged for 3 months, yet the service is still poor. I’m extremely frustrated. Please stop giving assurances and provide a permanent solution. #Jio

  There is a Reliance Jio tower on one side of the hill near our village, but Jio network coverage is unavailable on the other side, where around 80% of the villagers live. This causes serious connectivity problems, especially for people who live in the city and face difficulties when they return to the village. We request Reliance Jio to please resolve this coverage issue. Otherwise, many villagers are porting their SIMs to other networks.... @reliancejio @JioCare
