    @jiocare Do you believe you are providing uninterrupted service? I get more unavailability in the last 40 days. No technical person attending the fault. I believe I am getting to the point of moving away from jiofiber.

    I sent these messages to @JioCare support. I am getting messages as “we are looking into the issue we will get back in few days”. It is already 5 weeks. And still i am not getting a proper response from Jio support. @reliancejio @jio
