    @JioCare I’ve already waited several days. If my service is unavailable, will Jio adjust the postpaid bill for those days? You charge even when the service isn’t used because of postpaid. If this continues, I want to cancel my JioAirFiber and switch to Airtel. Please resolve.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please initiate the refund process for the bill I paid recently. It is very frustrating. No response, no reply. We kept on highiting the issue. Why there is no reply from your team? @JioCare is far better in handling issues and providing solution

    If without Ethernet Cable one doesn't receive strong inputs of signal in TV @reliancejio @JioCare on what basis , you say 30 connections can work ?
