FYI, I recently ported to Airtel and I think I might have made a grave mistake by porting to @airtelindia. @reliancejio provides better service in this regard. @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare I have been complaining about the internet speed problem since 2020, still no improvement, the only excuse you give is 'increasing user', and it's a ’temporary problem'. This time if you don't take any action, there'll no option except switch.

Beyond pathetic network by @reliancejio Been complaining about it since the last one-one and a half year but still none of my complaints of bad network are addressed. My so called 4G works even slower than 2G. @reliancegroup it’s high time you provide decent speed internet!

@JioCare pathetic service from Jio fiber internet not working since almost 12 hours. On call you say we are sending technician, request no SR000191FNR and then no one lands up, keeps rescheduling the complain on own and then they close it without resolution. #Jiofiber #Jiodown
