    @JioCare Team I lost hope and faith on ur customer service... Again the appointment for uninstallation is scheduled to 01-07-2021.... I will be available in that location only till tomorrow evening.... If till that time u couldn't send any person to collect I will not return the device

    There is issue which I have been escalating since many years now! Issue started with Idea (now VI), fought with them for a year, issue did not get resolved, switched to Airtel, network issue remains open after many years! Shall I just turn to @reliancejio then? Not the solution!

    Worst Thing a customer can hear on IVR about slow internet speed is. Aapke area me bahut log ek sath internet use kar rahe hai isse aapko slow speed ki samasya aa rahi hai. Toh iss logic se Crowdfunding se paise lia karo ek customer se nhi. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Team you support team continues to provide pathetic service. There is no cordination between social media team, customer care and netwrok team. The case is closed again without resolution.

    @JioCare Can you raise a service request, my JIO fibre cable is broken by the some maintenance done by your team. I tried mailing you, tried raising ticket on chat. It's not easy to raise a service request!
