    FYI, I recently ported to Airtel and I think I might have made a grave mistake by porting to @airtelindia. @reliancejio provides better service in this regard. @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare #Unhappywithjio I am not  satisfied with the resolution provided by Jio Customer care. My concern is I accidentally recharged incorrect amount. I wanted to recharge for 30 Mbps, accidentally recharged for 300 Mbps plan.

    @JioCare I just want to know that u charge such a big amount for the recharge plans but the service provided by u is too poor. I had complained several times but I get a simple answer that:" we are working on the issue and will try to resolve it soon."

    @JioCare Sir, I registered a jiofiber relocation request through the myjio app, but that was rejected, saying that the documents attached were not correct. I used the pdf of my driving license generated using digilocker. Please help me as soon as possible. Order id-> CO000OTU67T

    @JioCare #Jiofiber is the worst service provider I have experienced till now . Despite multiple complaints they never respond and has the worst possible after care service. Don't ever fall for their plans with ott subscription .

    @JioCare No update from You, though the internet is up. As there has been intermittent issue it may again go down. No trust in Jiofibre. Shall shift to Airtel once the plan period is over.

    @JioCare I have already mentioned the image that the router's TV is not running though now there will be 3rd point of another problem. Setup box Sometimes buffering via lan cable 999 150mbs plans for active on our router 1 monthly to monthly archives report for the won't update this.
