    FYI, I recently ported to Airtel and I think I might have made a grave mistake by porting to @airtelindia. @reliancejio provides better service in this regard. @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare there is no network from last 10 days in my area. And has complained jio customer care for the same few days back but still no one has been same issue people are taking 2 months 3 months plan for this type of services.

    @JioCare Already applied about 10 times on this link or on jio app but still after 1 year unable to get a simple call ki we are available in your area..atleast if your services is not available in customer area then disable that advertisement or screen of jio fiber ..

    @JioCare This really not acceptable from one on top telecom companies. I contacted the jio fibre customer care today as even after recharge my jio fibre was not working they told me that an engineer will come and solve the problem today around7:00-8:00pm but no one came

    @JioCare fiber internet is down in my area for almost 36hrs now. Not getting proper update on what caused this issue. Support is saying this issue will be resolved within 2 hrs since yesterday. At least set a correct expectation by giving a correct timeline.

    What's is happening to your network @reliancejio @JioCare ???? Your advertisement shows you are the no1 4G network in India....but you are continuously degrading you level in 4G connection ...... Is this not a fake promise by you?????

    So @reliancejio and @JioCare 's intelligence knows no bounds. They are trying to get in touch on a number that has been deactivated (as per their records) while simultaneously ignoring the multiple DMs and mails about the problem in which I am asking for a resolution. #jiosucks

    Utterly disappointed and disgusted by the customer care team of Jio. Inspite of multiple 198 calls and visits to Jio stores, none could explain my unnecessarily billed Jio Postpaid number. Discarding the number. @JioCare
