    FYI, I recently ported to Airtel and I think I might have made a grave mistake by porting to @airtelindia. @reliancejio provides better service in this regard. @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare Day 31 of waiting for #JioAirFiber since payment. No connection yet. Calls, emails, tweets — only automated replies. No timeline, no real support, only “please wait patiently.” Unacceptable service after taking full payment. @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare @reliancejio Raised a complaint on 12th of May, 2026 regarding Zero Internet Connectivity over WiFi. More than 48 hours has elapsed but still it has not been serviced. Irony is that Jio disconnects your internet service immediately if you forget to recharge (1/2)

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio My internet is not working from last 12 hours and I have raised the Inc before 12 hrs but no one engineer call me and not trying to resolve my issue. Is this your service or move to Airtel.

    @JioCare Since 4 days my jio fiber line is down and everyday I am getting a message that engineer will be sent and when then another message that request has been put on hold due to technical reasons.If you are not inclined to fix the issue please inform and I will move to Airtel

    @JioCare @JioCare The appointment time has passed and still no engineer came to install. Looking at your service and response I should not install jio fiber and cancel the appointment !!

    @JioCare Still waiting for refund it's been 5 months this pathetic such a unprofessional. You guys are just looting customer's money by making customer for payment and not providing the service.

    @JioCare @JioCare Stop sending copy-paste replies. The issue continued for days, I made multiple follow-ups, and faced work loss & inconvenience. Denying the delay without proper review is unfair. Please escalate this to a senior team/Appellate Authority.

    @JioCare As the VPN connectivity issue remains unresolved. Kindly collect the device once my current plan expires ( i think i purchased on 4th April). This is a formal request, and I won’t be liable for any bills after the plan expiry
