    FYI, I recently ported to Airtel and I think I might have made a grave mistake by porting to @airtelindia. @reliancejio provides better service in this regard. @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare my JioFiber is not working since 07/07/2026, so I have raised a service request on 08/07/2026 vide no. SR0003AMDRB. But now you people have scheduled appointment for 13/07/2026. Previously when there was a problem with internet you people would assign an engineer....

    @reliancejio @JioCare Extremely disappointing customer service till date issue is still unresolved, never seen a pathetic support from a internet provider, tried getting support from X team, Jio appellate team no use, I’m terminating the service.

    @JioCare @JioCare You made me feel like a fool. My JioAirFiber was already slow, and instead of fixing it, your engineer added another connection to my AirFiber antenna. Why? The issue is still unresolved. Please fix it instead of closing complaints. #JioAirFiber #JioFiber #Shame

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the service. My relocation request is pending, and neither the new JioFiber nor AirFiber connections have been set up. I currently have zero service, despite making multiple payments and calling your support team repeatedly. If service wasn't possible

    Hi @JioCare, I’m raising a serious complaint regarding your engineer, Pankaj Vishwakarma, who attended to an issue at my elderly family member’s home in Diamond Garden, Chembur. He marked the unresolved issue as “resolved,” while our paid internet service has now been disrupted for four days. His dismissive response was: “He’ll see when he can do it.” This conduct is unacceptable. Please restore the service by tomorrow and investigate the matter urgently. Otherwise, I will escalate it to the Consumer Grievance Cell. I can share his contact details via DM.

    @JioCare Very pathetic service @JioCare. One technician visited and left without doing any work. Another technician called and started abusing me just because I asked how many times I need to reschedule to get my issue resolved. Customer care keeps disconnecting my calls. Refund my amount
