    @JioCare Our Jio service engineer is scheduled to visit your premises on 21-03-2021 : 15:30:00 for INSTALLATION of your JioFiber connection along with Set top box. Your Order number is NO0000GTUDNS. You will receive an OTP from Jio after INSTALLATION, please share OTP with our service

    @JioCare Problem is not number or pincode specific, in entire Kolkata and suburban areas your connectivity is very very poor. Focus to fix the issue on mass scale. Asking every single person their number and pincode will not solve the problem @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Encountered with a third-class customer care team who is arrogant and unsupportive. Instead of resolving the issue executive simply said "I am the top authority of Jio and you have an issue in your phone" Executive- Deepak Singh Designation- Supervisor
