    FYI, I recently ported to Airtel and I think I might have made a grave mistake by porting to @airtelindia. @reliancejio provides better service in this regard. @Airtel_Presence

    Jio fiber is providing very disappointing service. As I disconnected the service and wants to return the router but customer care service are not responding properly.They are sending mails and scheduling the time for it but no one came. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    Having a super weird experience with @reliancejio #true5G. Been a postpaid+ customer for >5y and still waiting to experience 5G on my iPhone 14+ when everybody around me already has had it for more than a month. And @JioCare is just a bot. Time to port to @airtelindia I guess.

    @JioCare worst network since days.. You don't go on deteriorating the previous services(4g) as you introduce new ones(5g)!!!! Turning out to be the worst network services!!! I think now it's time to switch to some other networks !!😤🤧

    After upgrading to @Android 12, my @Lenovo_in tab M10 3rd gen has stopped detecting @JioCare sim card. Can anyone help, only solution on Lenovo site is to erase to factory setting. Can we uninstall the updates to Android???

    @JioCare Still facing the issue. The number is most of the time not reachable. Can't receive the OTP. Problem facing in Banking. Unable to pay my credit card bill. Kindly, look into the matter.

    @JioCare I get a call on my other number from Jio that the recharge is over, please recharge quickly. But the network does not come properly, no one calls for that. Why this hippocrisy #jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio 5G works well on 5G compatible smart phones. However when you share your 5G internet via hotspot and you connect it to a computer or a laptop the DNS becomes unresponsive and it doesn't work on the system. However, on the phone it works well.
