    FYI, I recently ported to Airtel and I think I might have made a grave mistake by porting to @airtelindia. @reliancejio provides better service in this regard. @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare Sorry to say the service of Jio Fiber in Bangalore is worst than any other service provider. From today morning there is no connection and they don't even bother to check it where is the fault. And you are saying tomorrow an engineer will come, SHAMEFUL

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber has been down since Feb 18 (SR00002JGZYU). Zero engineer visits. Zero resolution. Box still shows "Connectivity issues detected" in the app. Yet a full bill of ₹759 arrives for the cycle 26 Mar–25 Apr. You cannot charge for services never rendered. This is a formal billing dispute. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights

    @nch1915 @ConsumerCourtIN JioCare is providing generic responses and refusing to fix the missing 6-month/Annual plans for JioFiber ID: 5870357475. My NCH Grievance No: 9207333 remains unresolved. Please intervene and help escalate this issue!
