    FYI, I recently ported to Airtel and I think I might have made a grave mistake by porting to @airtelindia. @reliancejio provides better service in this regard. @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare I am having Internet connection issue from 3 days, i have raised SR on Saturday but still issue is not resolved. I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

    @JioCare I got the call from someone from jio that my father's jio recharge is not done but I did yesterday my service restored, message received, mail received, payment deducted,every thing done after recharge but he was literally threatening & shouting at me that i m lying.

    @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio For last few days call disconnects in 10-20 seconds while talking. This problem is in Indore/Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh) Please look into it.

    @JioCare Not receiving any notifications for true 5G on my jio number . Multiple trying done . How the bad experience with jio . When I was in Airtel it instantly provided me 5G service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare very very sorry to inform even after my lots of effort I could not able to Cancel and terminate my JIO Fiver connection +91-3263555163....even executive has done, i called support executive till date Connection is Terminated I am going out of town.need help
