    FYI, I recently ported to Airtel and I think I might have made a grave mistake by porting to @airtelindia. @reliancejio provides better service in this regard. @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 10 days with no internet. SR00002MX9M0 (27 Jul) was closed without resolution, and SR00003D6SY5 (4 Aug) is still pending. No engineer has visited despite repeated rescheduling. Resolve this today, or I'll disconnect the service. #PoorService

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI (7/8)A month of daily failures, technicians who won't stay on a call, support desks that don't sync with the ground team, and a system built around closing tickets rather than solving problems. Nobody here is actually accountable for the outcome.

    @JioCare @reliancejio After that. The number activation failed. I called him, he blocked my number and since then nothing has happened. Help me with what to do? I have a raised a complaint on jio customer care and all they did was give a complaint number and no refund
