    FYI, I recently ported to Airtel and I think I might have made a grave mistake by porting to @airtelindia. @reliancejio provides better service in this regard. @Airtel_Presence

    @RajendraPolkar @JioCare They just provide assurance, but no action. I have been struggling from day one of taking the service. About two months now, still no luck.

    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio i installed jio home 14 days ago and from last 4 days it is not working. I complain many times and every time I get reply that will start in 4hrs but still not. I appeal to all public never to use jio air fibre. worst service by jio. No response.

    @JioCare @reliancejio what a poor service,, since morning 6am Jio fiber service has been interrupted disturbed in my Area locality, still no complaint has been processed or registered.. What a poor service help from Jio is this

    @JioCare Refund for Order NO0001CTDHG2 is still not received despite cancellation confirmation and repeated follow-ups. No proper response or resolution till date, only generic updates. Please process the refund of ₹4443.46 immediately.

    @JioCare Sir, your few hours are not completed yet. It is now 3rd day start without wifi. Please question your brilliant team for not solving the issue. If you cant solve, please refund my payment
