    FYI, I recently ported to Airtel and I think I might have made a grave mistake by porting to @airtelindia. @reliancejio provides better service in this regard. @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare After 3 days of payment(9th Aug'26), the engineer done the e-KYC, installation is still pending since 6days, depending on the recovery of an antenna from another customer. Please confirm, is providing old antenna to a new customer (1/2)

    @jiocare, @reliancejio Escalation - Complain with regard to #jiofiber 01203684926. 3 days, 8 emails, 5 customer care voice calls and Zero resolution on refund. No internet connectivity. 100% failure and 100% deficiency of service. Refund my advance payment if no internet.

    @JioCare Please assign the network team to physically visit my area and resolve the issue. You had already promised 10 days, but since December 2025, “few days” have still not ended. How can I trust that my problem will actually be fixed this time? Please don’t close the ticket.

    @JioCare You’re saying there are “many users,” but this is a small village. The network works fine as soon as I move onto the main road. The problem is only near my home and in my lane, where the signal is so poor that even talking on a call is difficult. Please don’t give generic excuse.

    If @reliancejio and @airtelindia cannot provide customers with reliable network service, they should fix the infrastructure instead of charging people for poor service. Consumers deserve better connectivity and value for their money.

    @JioCare The message received from Jio says internet service will be restored by 4.43 PM on 16th Aug 26. It's, 5.32PM now. When will I get internet??

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare 6/8 Stop closing complaints without fixing the problem. Stop sending meaningless copy-paste responses. A complaint being marked “Resolved” does NOT mean the issue has been resolved. Customers deserve an actual technical investigation not a status update to close the ticket
