@reliancejio @JioCare 2 plan active on 8802822433 simultanuously. Even after clearing bill,not allowing to change from post to pre, bill paid is not reflecting. JIO STORE executive not able to help on it. Customer care puts on 4+ hours hold on teansferring to senior. Helpless

I had booked jio fiber 15-20 days back and paid the amount vide order id NO0000K0RND5. Service engineer has not installed till date. And the persons who visited does not know how to install. This is worst kind of service. Plz refund the amount @reliancejio

@JioCare its 4 months passed so many tweets but pathetic service of jio. My security refund complaint still not resolved . Just one msg we are looking into . 1000. Rs is not a big amount. But problem is if customer has paid the outstanding bills,why there is delayin refund.
