    @JioCare what is nonsense is going on, I hv lodged a complaint of jio fiber at my house before 3 days , no one called for the resolution Today visit was scheduled but your engineer was on leave , resolve the issue on urgent basis I hv other connection of airtel n service is ok

    @JioCare Please discontinue the connection. I’ve already contacted Airtel for a new line if Jio can’t fix this today. I won’t follow up further. Choosing Jio has been my biggest mistake—poor service and support, especially after days without internet while WFH.

    @JioCare You deactivated my connection, but no one has called me or provided any resolution yet. I requested only reinstallation after shifting, not a new connection or unnecessary charges. This delay and poor customer service are unacceptable. Resolve this immediately. @TRAI

    @JioCare my jiofibre complaint was rescheduled to 1 oclock without any reason initially the engineer was supposed come around 10 AM

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm an Indian postdoc researcher stuck abroad in Israel, completely stranded because my phone broke & I lost my eSIM access. No OTPs, no banking, total standstill. Jio Stores in India are refusing to help my family members who went on my behalf. Please help!

    @JioCare Ye sabse chutiyapa network h. I had booked airfare on Friday last week . These idiots have not installed it till now. Moreover jio app help portal is resending me to jio app again. Kya bakchod log h be. Sasaram jio me

    @JioCare I have recharged 500 for 28 days pack with 14 ott platform facilities but now I am not availed these ott app I have spoken 3 times customer care advisor but not getting solution yet
