    @JioCare SR000018QYFZ and SR000018QYHX May I know the status of these two service requests?? Why are these numbers of mine not deactivated yet?? I placed the deactivation request in February. This is May. I'm still able to see the numbers on 'My Jio'.

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR00001AY4GV.. This request is open since last 48 hours.. Horrible customer service experience, have made around 10 calls to the customer care but they don't have any feedback.. Look into the matter ASAP

    @JioCare dear jio care,I beg to say that my jio no.7307347456 network is not working.I unable to use it.When I am talking on phone call there is no network why this cutting voice.I am using internet this is also not working. so I request you to fix my jio number network problem.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My area pincode is 752101, in this area there is no network of jio. Struggling for internet and call. Having post paid connection no use for me , please do take necessary action or else I have to change my network brand. Many are struggling. Thanks.

    @airtelindia , it's been 2 days have raised complaint regarding wifi issue but no one is attended till today. Would you guys mind to give service to the money u charge?????? Have network issue with @reliancejio in our area otherwise have gone for it

    @JioCare Stop using your customer care line, well I discontinue wifi as preferring airtel which has instant service provider.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Third Class service of Jio internet & calling, several times I have lodged a complaint, but no action has been taken by stubborn customer care team of jio network. Recently I hv ported my no into jio, but it's was blunder mistake but, it will rectify soon.
