@reliancejio Sorry to say, but Jio Fiber customer care and on field support is horrible in Chennai. No proper response on a request for shifting connection from ground floor to first floor in the same house.

@JioCare Sad to see that your customer support is no longer as it used to be. At the start, I used to get resolution for my queries in an hour. Now, not a reply even after hours.
