    Total operational paralysis at @JioCare. Despite daily calls & endless promises to "update upper management," not single technician dispatched 4 device pickup/relocation bfr 25. Service was completely undelivered. Process my full pro-rata REFUND immediately! @reliancejio @TRAI

    Final hrs bfr Aug 25. @JioCare has failed to arrange either the device pickup or the relocation, while repeatedly promising "management escalation." Since U can’t deliver the paid service within the agreed availability, initiate my full pro-rata REFUND today. @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio Also the worst of all, it seems you guys have included my number in such a list that I have no option to speak to a customer executive through IVR and the call gets auto disconnected. So its almost like you guys have blocked my number for human interaction through IVR.
