    @JioCare I don’t understand what you are trying to resolve and why this is taking so long. If someone has raised a complaint so many times, it should have been resolved by now. Seeing the same responses for almost two weeks makes me doubt how and when this will actually be sorted.

    @JioCare Can you just fix your damn service already? My JioFiber has been down since yesterday. I even booked a service visit, and no one has shown up. When I call customer care, it says there’s an outage in the area—but somehow I’m the only one dealing with this. Is there any actual fix for this issue?

    People out there in Blore who are trying to get @ACTFibernet think twice. I had good experience till 28/Apr but since then there is no internet and they are still trying to resolve the issue. Did you ever hear from @JioCare or @airtelindia outage of 5 days? #ACTOutageInBlr

    @JioCare Despite SIM activation, my number 9027949297 is still unable to use WhatsApp and receive banking OTPs. This is critical. Kindly check for any backend restrictions and resolve immediately. Urgent support needed.
