    @JioCare What customer support number that you have to contact to human customer support? The computer saying same outage information and automatically quite the call. That is irritating lot. Useless customer handling.

    @JioCare Done. But, can you look into changing the terms? One minute of delay in recharging leads to disconnection of internet. But one day of service shutdown does not change anything. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @airtelindia shouldn’t company reimburse money if they fall to provide network? Keeping numbers just to get otp while calling and internet are entirely dependent on wifi ? Why not just give a long time validity plans when companies can’t give you services they take money for.

    @JioCare never every take jio fibre ,i had issue with wi fi in jio router,raised complain after multiple attempt,engineer was assigned for today morning 11am, ny 11 i gets sms that problem is resolved remotely, though issue is same. they are fooling the customers @jio

    @JioCare Plz see the msgs. The schedule also changed without my consent and information. This is highly disappointing and alarming situation for me as well as jio. By this type of pathetic behavior of your staff the Jio is loosing their customers. Mr Mukesh Ambani should look after this type of useless and rude behavior of their staff. The customer's are highly dissatisfied. I am paying jio for the following- 1 postpaid mobile connection 3 prepaid mobile connection 1 air fiber 1 jio fiber And after giving my precious money to mr Mukesh Ambani, I feels that I am fool and paying such a huge amount for my foolishness.     @JioCare All standard SOPs mentioned in your app have been followed. I have been trying this from yesterday every 6 hours. Still issue is unresolved. Send a representative ASAP Or I will switch to some other provider.
