@JioCare @reliancejio Internet is down for past 55 hours. Request ID - SR000016Z1WQ is open. Multiple calls made to Customer Care but they r saying it's in progress and will resolve in next 24 hrs. It's more than 2.5 days. Need an urgent resolution.

Jio LTE has been out of service for 8 straight days for the entire block of Asansol, WB. Started on 30.09.21 and till today 08.10.21. This is an direct invitation to port our sims to Airtel. Please look into the matter. @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia

Expectedly absolute **** service by @JioCare @reliancejio regarding the internet. They take your money and don't give you service. Well, what else should one expect anyway. (:
