@JioCare The issue is your team doesn't want to extend the service. They had setup the service in a particular area two years back and are content with only those customers. They just vaguely say they would extend the service. But no they remain idle in their office serving the existing 1

@reliancejio Hello Jio, your Fiber connection is so slow that even the speed test doesn’t work! On sending the complaint, instead of getting it checked, your people are just lecturing! It’s height of shamelessness! After taking money, you start showing your true colours!

@JioCare its more than 36hrs,jio fibre internet is not workg in suburb area of mumbai.Several rounds of calls on jio care is only a false promise. No engineer is assigned till now.Rubbish service.i urge everyone reading this,go for local internet option. SR0000141YCZ

@reliancejio I got very cheap class of customer service. Some one called me to inform me something after that I supposed to ask about jio fiber but he dropped my call in bad manner. When I called back to oppose this bad manner he abused me and told to do complain I don't care
