@JioCare Its been 7 months I submitted devices at jio office and nobody wants to be responsible to provide refund in the bank details provided as cancelled cheque. Till now sent around 30 emails to jio care & appellate. Customer care cuts call. Is this a Fraud? CO#: CO0000CFYVYV

@JioCare There is no voice clarity even of the network shows full coverage. Internet access is not possible while travelling by car or train it just keeps on buffering. Regular call drops.

@JioCare Total 3 service requests has been raised till date with no solution. SR000018W24M, SR0000190CCX and SR000017ICL6. More than 2 months passed with no refund.
