    @reliancejio This is a serious issue and no one from Jio is helping me- can someone look into this - I never had JioFi and I’m being charged since March 2017 and never used it and realised 580 rs are getting deducted since last 2 yrs. Nobody is helping and don’t expect this Jio

    Worst service and Jio really is at no place in terms of service. They all promise to provide services on time but they never mean it. My number is still without network. Neither there store at Khandala nor @reliancejio is interested to resolve my issue . @TRAI @DoT_India

    @JioCare No one visited my premises and the request was closed at 1:11pm today saying that it is resolved. is it a joke? So many days and no one visited to get the fiber connection fixed and closed the service request without resolution.

    @JioCare Pathetic service in West Delhi. Mailed number of times for resolving the issue. Spoken on call centre, spoken to our RM. We have multiple numbers for our entire office staff. Customers fail to reach out to us.
