    @JioCare @reliancejio another charger. If JioFi device is not getting charged with a different charger, please visit your nearest Jio center with the JioFi. If JioFi device is getting charged, check if the power light is on and try using the services. If JioFi device is getting charged & the issue

    @JioCare Worst field force JioFiber have. My connection is not working since the morning of January 4, but they are only scheduling-rescheduling the engineers visit. Nothing done in reality. Very disgusting.
