@JioCare i just called your customer care 198 and executive asked me to disconnect the call and when i asked the reason he said he will call back. I asked again will u call immediately and he said yes we will call you immediately. I have not received call its been 10 mins.

We are able to successfully launch missions to the Moon, but 2.5 years later “network congestion in your area” even at 2pm on Monday when everyone’s at work, is not only a lie, but an embarrassment @JioCare @reliancejio #Chandrayaan2

@JioCare @PremtoshSingh He is praising Jio for good connectivity but Jio is responding without reading the content as if Jio believe that they can't provide good services. Well I really appreciate Jio that its network is providing service in need where other are failing.

@JioCare you network in Pune has worsen more than ever. Prime location like D mart, Bharati hospitals, office in shivaji nagar has voice problem. Fringe area always had that issue but now in city makes it worse. My worst decision to switch to Jio. Waiting for 90 days to over.

@JioCare it looks like jio hav disabled pendrives with Router and STB but still customer care keeps saying connect to usb port n pendrives can be used frm here n there n etc
