@JioCare Hi @JioCare the jio network in EON IT park in kharadi Pune is very poor. The internet is very slow.... Please work on it and solve the issue. In the same area, the Vodafone network is very fast.

@JioCare using Jio phone with no 7057145505 , iam your prime member, not able to make call without call drop, data service is also very poor. I am not able to use even 500 mb out of 1.5 GB daily data, I was earlier using idea phone that time I was not facing such type of problem

@JioCare @reliancejio recharge not getting validated in the system. What’s the use of having a upi payment gateway when customer has to wait for 24 hrs. Be it network,internet connectivity or recharge worst ever ****** up services. So sorry to give another chance. @DoT_India

The solution given by your customer care executive is change the sim I changed it but it doesn't change the speed issue . I request you to please give ambanis children Jio sim experience then only you can understand our problem @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India

@VodafoneIN @Idea @airtelindia @JioCare Complaint was lodged on 16th July till date none have tried reaching to resolve the Network issue. Soon Vodafone stores r going to be VADAPAV stores. Pathetic service and sucking Network.. Port out request was raised still least concerned.

@VodafoneIN my pack expiring on 13thAug. My repeated complaints of poor network got me sweet replies from ur side, no action to improve data service. Better I go back to my old family @JioCare , it is better than u.

@reliancejio We get just LTE+ from #Jio, but in our area Airtel provides 5G, BSNL provides 4G. The indoor signal of both Airtel & BSNL are so good, but #Jio indoor signal is so poor. So if you don't resolve this, we may have to port out to Airtel or BSNL. Will you really help.

@reliancejio We have #Jio tower in our area, just 200 mts away. But the indoor signal is so poor. We reported this many times, but the local n/w team doesn't bother to resolve it. Bcoz of such ppl only, u lose cust. Why should we continue with #Jio & waste our money on #Jio.
