@reliancejio facing very low network in Nirmal township, sasane nagar, Hadapsar, Pune area. Many times tried to calling @JioCare. They awaited me more than 45 min on IVR bt didn't connected to executive. I felt it's worst service by #reliencejio.

@JioCare You do nothing even after giving contact details. So please don’t fool people. Your network is poor within area as you see in screenshot. Go and check there. And don’t wanted to do that, then no worries. If within 10-15 days if don’t see any improvements I’ll portout to another.

@JioCare It means I am constrained to pay bill of my jiofibre for disconnected/ unused period. Mahatma Gandhi ji had said customer is like God. I think Mukesh Ambani did not keep eyes on operational fraud. May I think M.Ambani will take a farthing in heaven.shame-2
