@JioCare @reliancejio my WiFi no is 8788518890. WiFi is "connected, no internet". Contacted customer care twice but no solution coming forth. Either take action & set it right quickly else we will change the service provider. Ofcourse that does not matter to you , we know.

@JioCare @NirbhayBheda Na na, don't go on #Jio sweet words, they won't even reply you when ur calls are.not being connected and data speed is zero. In Dhanori, Pune jio is worst. All jio employeees are making fool to people as well as #MukeshAmbani

@JioCare As I told you my basic 1.5 data is neither shown in system, in my plans nor is it available after purchasing cricket pack. I understand the methods & manners of Jio customer care, one day a gentleman promises to resolve issue, next day all legible rights of Cust denied.@AurKyaa

Infact they r unable to give rough idea about the time which is require to fix the issue. I asked them multiple tym but as usually no response as such. This is totally unprofessional & unethical

Imagine how much interest these guys would earn if they delay payment of the refund to the customers. But raise a new conn request and these guys will be at your(2/3)
