@JioCare have you suddenly stopped Auto pay from Credit cards ? My existing Smart pay is not paid this month due to non receipt of bill to bank? Such uninformed abrupt changes cause serious issues to customers and May face disconnection from your side.Not happy with such actions.

@JioCare I want today to get installation otherwise I will raise this issue to higher level. Don't make customers fool by taking money. I will wait till scheduled time. After that if I see this day as normal your reason days then i will raise this issue to higher level. Hope you will get.
