@reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

there is a limit for patience, if you can't solve the problem then please don't give false assurance , your executives ask again and again the same questions but they don't try to solve my issue. Now it's really time to switch to another network.@reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia

@JioCare I am facing internet issue in my jio sim since long. In multiple occasions some apps like Uber etc not working and in some cases completely no internet kindly help here.

@JioCare Already sent. Check. And it's happening with all other operators. Also internet speed is reduced drastically. Now I have over 200 gb of data in my postpaid account. And I'm not able to use it due to poor speed . Had to rely on @airtelindia for internet connectivity.
