    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    @JioCare disconnect existing fiber for new one. old router fee of 4500 will be refunded i paid 4950 for 6 + 1 month. looks like a scam. all details of old and new connection shared in a separate message to @JioCare couple of days ago but still waiting for resolution of my issue.

    Sir,for the last 6 days in Sai Bihar Colony,Distt-Rampur Upwest.neither there is any talk of your jio network nor internet is working.What does the company take money for when customers.I don't even have to provide service.Hopefully there will be a solution.@JioCare @reliancejio

    If you really want your life to be more messed than it already is, try services of #JioFiber and then see the magic. The award for the worst internet service should undoubtedly go to #JioFiber. #Hopeless @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Sunitaji your 198 is so WORST,no 1,even learned person can't register complain. Have some officer with whom 1 can talk. I have decided to deviate from JIO if services are not available, improve. Can you refund several calls not completed or cancelled?
