    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    @JioCare @JioHotstar Paid my bill. Subscription shows ACTIVE in MyJio, but JioHotstar says I have no subscription and asks me to pay again. Jio blames Hotstar. Hotstar blames Jio. Multiple complaints, zero solution. Pathetic customer service.

    @JioCare Dear Prakash I know very well how to see the service ticket status. The reason why I posted here is because from last 2 June my issue is not resolved and your technician keep pushing me to take jio AIRFIBER. Instead of fixing fiber connection u guys selling AIRFIBER

    @JioCare Your Jio Fiber service is down for the last 4 days odd and just sending messages to reinstate the service in next 12 hours...is this a new way of earning money by fleecing Customers every month with service failures for a few days..Sickening to Trust Jio.

    Shame on you @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia even after upgrading to postpaid such worst connection after complainjng you solve it by yourself and report solved no response nothing porting to @JioCare is better i think so and why the hell you arecharging if you cant provide basic

    Dear @JioCare, Since this afternoon, the Jio internet service has been extremely slow in Bhimpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Only 2 signal bars are showing out of 5 bars, resulting in poor net connectivity, frequent interruptions. Affected Jio No's 9437525041, 9861229449, 9337197434

    @reliancejio Despite raising complaints multiple times, no action has been taken. We are only receiving assurances while the network issue continues. Please resolve this urgently. @JioCare

    I recently initiated a port-out request from @reliancejio @JioCare due to persistent network unavailability in the Delhi circle. Shortly after, I received a call from @JioCare Customer Care, which disconnected within a few minutes due to poor connectivity. #jio123recharge
