    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    @reliancejio @JioCare NO0001FAPKJY(Payment done, status installed, but in reality the device is not installed ) After registering my complaint,Mr Kr was assigned (9263702401) to resolve the issue. However, this individual has completely failed to meet their commitments.

    @JioCare as next language . And you don’t have technology to transfer calls , agent says they cannot transfer to English speaking agent . This is forcing me to go to another service provider . Very bad customer service . Closing the connection today .

    @JioCare Airfiber no Connectivity. raised a SR at 10am morning today for no internet , till now no slot has been given for technician visit . Called 6 times to customer care and they are clueless who has been assigned or if they are assigned or not 1 /

    5G was working at my location earlier, so saying the area is “not covered” doesn’t make sense. Please check the actual tower/network issue and fix it instead of sending a generic reply. If this remains unresolved, I’ll escalate the complaint further. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio .. Internet still down.i might well take new internet connection. That will be faster. You can't take ages to restore connection. Your team is not doing anything. In sure they are enjoying they holiday in Sunday

    @reliancejio @JioCare It has now been 4 days, and the technical engineer has still not visited to resolve the issue. This delay is causing significant inconvenience. Please arrange technician to visit and resolve the issue at the earliest.
