  (6/6) This is a month of unresolved outages, a technician who tested a working line and called it fixed, a ghost "resolution" SMS, and now an IVR that won't even connect me to a person. @JioCare @reliancejio this is unacceptable for a paid service.

  @imYadav31 Tbh I was consistent with my @airtelindia for more thn 10year but 2 mnth ago despite of raising 100 of complaint nosolution provided store had excuse that my sim port is damaged that's why am unable 2 use but as soon I switch to @reliancejio I got my resolution & quality net.
