    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    @JioCare How much more patience am I expected to have? It’s been 8 hrs 41 mins without internet, even after taking the Freedom Plan. Extremely frustrating! This is my 1st month—will I face the same issue every month? Please restore service urgently and provide a clear resolution @JioCare

    Jio’s mobile network has been seriously disappointing lately. The network keeps dropping and the internet is barely working. And what’s the point of “Unlimited 5G” if the 5G itself isn’t reliable? 😐 @reliancejio please fix this issue ASAP. #Jio #Jio5G #JioNetwork @JioCare

    @JioCare Honestly, I’m extremely frustrated with @reliancejio at this point. What was promised as a 48-hour SIM delivery has turned into weeks of follow-ups, multiple service requests, unanswered calls and still no clear delivery date. All this trouble just to get a SIM. @JioCare

    I have four Jio SIMs. The recharge for one of them just expired, and in the last four days, I have received four to five calls from Jio customer care regarding this. I live in Palghar. They keep calling me repeatedly to recharge. One of the representatives even spoke to me in a very rude manner, demanding that I recharge. Do I have to face this much pressure? Are people going to pressure me into recharging, otherwise my SIM will be disconnected? I want to convey this message to Jio India and the concerned authorities at Jio—please forward my complaint to Jio. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I ordered a Jio SIM through the MyJio app on 12 Aug 2026. It has now been over 2 weeks, but my SIM has still not been delivered. Order No: NO00015J0KI1. Need help with this. @RelianceJioCare @JioCare

    @JioCare pathetic service offered by your support team struggle with internet connectivity and support since morning and no resolution provided have raised SR00003F41J9 engineer was supposed to visit by 6:00 pm but no one visited till now
