  @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @JM_Scindia Recharged suspended AirFiber no. 8849571997 with ₹800 (₹500+₹300) on 2 Jun 2026. Service not restored and customer care says connection cannot be reactivated and not refund you amount. Please refund ₹800 immediately.

  Paid for JioFiber Max, but installation couldn't be done due to weak signal in my area. Your representative promised a refund within 3 days. It's been over a week, and now I'm being asked to wait another 15–20 days. Kindlyprocess my refund ASAP. @JioCare

  @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My complaint pending for 15 days. Despite daily assurances from local manager Bablu Yadav and engineer Ajit Kumar Singh, no resolution been provided. Escalate to Consumer Court if not immediately. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights
