    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    @JioCare my connection +91-6762316864 JioFiber is now disconnected since half an hour. Your service team is saying it will take 4 hours to resolve the issue. Sunday evening spoiled. No one should bye the bundled pack (internet plus stb). Local cable connection se tv to chalta

    @JioCare This type of poor service not expecting from Jio👎. First of all the service engineer behaviour was too rude & wrong information provided, misguide for new connection. After submit cancellation request now after 10 day's not resolved the issue after follow-up regularly👎👎👎👎

    @JioCare @ril_foundation Ambani family your Jio app is worst in the quick delivery option it show that it will be delivered by 11:45 am but till know it is not delivered now it also don’t allow me to cancel the order if you cannot maintain your app remove it JM6A001ADD0120DC8AC8

    @JioCare It’s funny how you can terminate my internet and TV services in a heartbeat, yet when it comes to a simple JioFiber transfer, you have nothing but a list of excuses. Stop stalling and get this moved now.

    @JioCare Still my issue was not resolved. This is the big question mark on world class company’s service @JioCare @reliancejio It’s more than 50 days passed but my lean amount not credited in my account. I send all debit/credit amount statement screenshots but not any response comes.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Hi its been 4days now, nobody has visited to fix the internet issues. I have SR and time slot was also was given (08 may 6 -7 pm), Unfortunately nobody visited? Why? Check Thank you
