    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    What kind of absolute SCAM are you running, @reliancejio @JioCare ?! 🤬 My JioAirFiber service request (SR00003DD7YZ) was arbitrarily CANCELLED and falsely marked as "RESOLVED" , yet my router is STILL glowing dead red with zero connection! Are you watching this blatant fraud against common people, @TRAI ? The customer support is a joke and your ground-level workers are even worse. I am absolutely DONE with this scammer company!

    @Ajaykumaarji @JioCare I have complained jio for similar issue but no results till now. I got 2 - 3 mbps dl speed & myjio app says everything is fine. I have to send mail now & waiting for there reply . If nothing happens will port to vi

    @JioCare What you have sent on DM is standard template reply rather than ETA.When the issue will resolved, when would I get the refund. Nothing is mentioned about refund process. This is yet again a delay tactic to cover up the inability of execution.

    I am unable to cancel my JioFiber Postpaid connection either through your IVR or chat assistance. No option in the MyJio app. My plan expires on Aug 16, and I am leaving the city. Stop forcing unwanted renewals! Please arrange router pickup immediately. @reliancejio @JioCare
