I certainly expect a team to look into this and talk to the concerned team closely to fix the issue at the earliest. Aren't you all capable of keeping a sufficient backup to run the tower. The actual schedule was at 10 AM which was accepted and then put on hold by ur team. U gave me the new time and no one will be available now at home. Pathetic
