    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The jio fibre cable is cut and there is no way to report the breakdown. No way to contact customer care. The app doesn't offer solution. The automated number gives some stupid instructions.

    @JioFibre @JioCare Jio team, I requested to shift my connection to different floor in same building and it was due on 30th Jul. Since then it has been postponed for 3 times till now and there is no support or clarity from customer service team also except for false commitments.

    @JioCare Internet is not working at my place since yesterday morning, raised request in MyJio app but the visiting time is showing 2 nd Aug, 3 days just to check the issue is such a long period. I'm trying to connect to the numbers which all I have, no one even attending calls.

    @reliancejio @JioCare we have 2 numbers in our house from Jio as sim none of them are getting network. Both of them showing no service. What kind of pathetic service is this. middle of Banglr urban city no network by Jio network provider @DoT_India these guys are looking for 5g
