  @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

  @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 2 weeks. Despite repeated complaints and customer care calls, Jio 5G at Casa Rio Palava is still unusable. How long will this continue? Stop generic replies, provide the SR number and commit to a resolution date.

  Such a miserable service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence they tell me they’ll give me callback in 4 hours but never call, this is 3rd time in a week btw, my tickets are automatically closed, no acknowledgment of callback,I think I’ll switch to @JioCare

  @JioCare No JIO technician visited so far. Very poor JIO Service. I will suggest to all my colleagues or known ones not to take any JIO wifi/fibre/airfiber connection as the post-connection service of Jio is very poor & also not customer friendly. My JIO number is 1135896882.

  @mukeshambani566 @JioCare @reliancejio sir it is informed that i live in r. K puram but 4 days has been passed my jio fiber is not working when i try to call customer care it always says problem in your area and will be resoled soon. Kindly provide solution or refund money

  @JioCare In 5G network era, Soon escalation means few hours to 2-3 days... not 8-10 days ....
