@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI got a wrong recharge done which only consists of annual data package..no voice calls..for Rs.1208.Tried requesting customer care to help & cancel/de-activate it as the handset for which the recharge is done is also very basic.. cannot even use the data

Jio crossed it's limit of idiotic Internet service , I think JIO should won " world's slowest Internet speed provider " title, I think jio is selling 2g Internet on the name of 4g, dog's tail can never be straight like Internet speed issue of Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio #jiosucks

@MukeshAmbanima @Nitaambani56 @JioCare My recharge was unsuccessful on 23 of jan of amount 599 . Amount debited but refund not recived yet according to your protocol you take 10 days for this but 1month passed No response from your customer care end.Complaint not ragistered yet
