@JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@jiohelp in my life I seen the worst service from @reliancejio i already complain many time regarding network but I think they don't care about customer. They never provide any kind of solution, in my area everyday we are facing internet issue even we can not make a call.

@JioCare JioFiber service were impacted in pincode 411033 for 7-8 days however my monthly plan got disabled on planned end date. I could not use your services for ~ 8 days,. You should extend the plan end date for my JioFibre. I called JioCustomer care but call got disconnected!
