    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    @JioCare the net speed drops to 0kbps even when showing full network at save location where the speed was excellent few min ago..

    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    If service providers can hike all prepaid charges why can’t they increase the number of days in a month to 30 from 28 ? @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @reliancejio @JioCare I regret porting my sim to @reliancejio .. Facing network problem since very long time and I get no positive response for the customer cares nor my problem gets resolved.. And they call them No.1..

    @JioCare Please check, why they are refusing, and why such a delay in the response from jio team on proper channel, in twitter youre replying fast, and why local people are keep refusing for the connection? They are not responding to the phones? Is this kind of service you are providing ?

    @JioCare Neelam, Aysha, Palak - Any updates on the resolution? Would like to understand the outage reason in as much detail as possible. Because, internet availability is critical for business operations. And 4 days of outage with little to no follow-up is detrimental. @JioCare

    @reliancejio this is now becoming absurd. I was assured over DM messages that jio will take care of it. I am not able to use Internet cannot watch TV cannot do any of my work at home. Customer care told me it can be done if not let me know that it cant bedone

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service,fiber is down since morning & customer care has nothing to reply, they told me that it may get resolved by tomorrow, don't you know the other service providers services like @airtelindia

    Hey @reliancejio , it would be better if I didn't have to hear that my validity is ending in 3 ******* DAYS, when i am calling the doctor FOR A ******* MEDICAL EMERGENCY. I am sure that other jio users are also very annoyed with this. Reminder should be given only one day prior

    @reliancejio I hve applied for Jio fiber on 10 June but everydy I have to contact customer care/Jio Fiber as my jio fiber not installed till now. I have done so many mails bt nt satisfactory reply. My order no is NO0000LV20SD & complain no SR00001BNMV9.Evry time resheduling time
