    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @JioCare recharge in Jio app was not credited after showing successful. Bank confirmed that the amount is credited to your payment gateway. Your support is pathetic!! They're disconnecting my call without helping. Money is not refunded to me yet. Stop cheating your customers!!

    @JioCare Why you people not improving jio signal range in my location.. details of location are same as per earlier complaints.. regularly after 2-3 months we are facing signal, call and internet issues... Not able to get permanent solution.... You are loosing trust and quality..
