    @reliancejio @JioCare I regret porting my sim to @reliancejio .. Facing network problem since very long time and I get no positive response for the customer cares nor my problem gets resolved.. And they call them No.1..

    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    Hi,@reliancejio @JioCare I subscribed to the JioHome OTT plan which includes ETV Win, but most of the content inside the app is showing as locked/blocked even after activation. I already contacted customer care and was told the issue would be resolved, but there’s still no fix.

    @JioCare Thanks for the update, but it’s been 3+ days with no technician visit. If there are no available slots, Jio should recruit more Home Care Engineers instead of making customers wait indefinitely. STB issue (SR00002L9G3C) is still unresolved. Service down since 21 May.

    @JioCare , please note that in my area Village: Chandpura , Sarmathura , dholpur , Rajasthan .. PIN code:328026 there are very poor network although 1 km far we have tower. Me and my all society planing to port sim in different network. Pls look into this.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio The internet in my house works but not the landline. I have raised the request to get it resolved like 25 days ago. Still there is no proper resolution. Inam tired of calling Call center and end up with no resolution or fix. Pathetic Response

    @JioCare Hi Priyanka, I have already tried all of these options. And yet not one person has gotten back to this. There is another jio connection in our apartment with the same issue and even theirs has not been resolved. No engineer has condescended to visit either place.
