    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    @JioCare I was your using your fibre till 1 yr but yesterday i have cancelled your connection , i have waited for more than a month for problem resolution ,but no one visited us , even most of the service engineer and tech supporting team is busy in putting fake visit and procrastination.

    @JioCare Apologies are not helping, while installing services you are prompt to take deposit and install device and while discontinuation such a big blocker, better you folks can say, deposit is non refundable and device with customer can be thrown in e-waste. Looks like a widespread pain

    @JioCare I tweeted 15 days ago about the network problem but no problem was solved and I knew it wouldn't be.If the network is not working, tell us, then we will disable the SIM. Only false promises do not work.

    @JioCare Hi jio Team. You can understand now why I said your service headache and service.Internet down from 23 day and still jio team unable resolve issue. I am leaving in Pune area and not in remote location. You should analyse why you are not able to resolve it. #jiofibre #jio

    @JioCare this is the quality of your service, see when I raised complaint, 4 days ago., and my plan expired yesterday.. i have not recharged because I want to port to another service.. you service is disgusting.. before replying you should see when first complaint was made.
