Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare I have booked a jio fiber connection on Aug 12th which had cancelled but I haven't received my refund yet. When I call to the customer care, every time they have saying wait for 21 days. Registered Number: 7011393221 Order Number NO0000IBOJOB.
