    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @JioCare I recharged my Jio number via Paytm but the recharge failed. Money was deducted from my account, yet even after a full month, neither the recharge is credited nor the refund is processed. No resolution despite repeated follow-ups. Please resolve this.

    @reliancejio Thirdclass customer care team is yet to fix billing issue. Bill is now overdue by a day and still thirdclass @JioCare has not fixed it. And dont comment promo offer here with your bots. Its a billing issue after downgrading plan. #thirdclassjio

    @JioCare I have a jio wifi connection at home from the last 4-5 months which worked properly in the beginning then the issue of connection lost for 1 minute occurred every 20-30 minutes and now I am facing connection lost for 10-20 minutes in every 20-30 minutes. Do the needful
