Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare the net speed drops to 0kbps even when showing full network at save location where the speed was excellent few min ago..

    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @JioCare i recently bought #jiophone to my mom. The phone is full of issues & she is not receiving any calls whenever I or anyone try to call her. She is not receiving any call when the phone is inactive. Please assist what can be done? Phone is under warranty. Worst experience!

    @JioCare worst experience from Jio Service. I was outstation for 1 month. And Jio inactivated my JIO fibre connection without my consent. My JIO no is-8250834399. Shame on you Jio. My two voucher also lost.

    @JioCare should be called jiouncare. Till now there is nothing done about their network issues. Finally shifting to @airtel today.
