Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@JioCare I sent the details via DM, they say the complaint has been registered but still no one has reached out to me on call or no solution provided. Its been over 5 days I am trying to reach out to a customer agent. Is that so hard!

@reliancejio @JioCare @rsprasad I am unable to use my 4g net on jio since past 6 months. Other members around me use their net without any problem. Customer care always told me its temproary problem. But I am unable to even send or receive WhatsApp msgs.

@JioCare Hello Jio Care I have your sim and why outside of India it shows no service?I have other sim from Airtel and it has network and at least i am able to receive sms and otp from my bank etc to have my finances working, i was thinking all sims work everywhere including yours
