Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@JioCare care is that a joke, I have requested connection reallocate for jio fiber connection last week. But daily it got scheduled and unscheduled. no one is connecting for the same to resolve. For new connection you can start the service in ab hour what about old customer.#ASAP

@JioCare 9am commitment missed as well...so it's 4 in 4 missed. Clearly shows the sad story of mismanaged ops run by incapable lots who are totally insensitive and noncommittal towards people. Extremely poor service and disregard for responsibility and ownership.
