@reliancejio it's sad that your net is not working properly. Today my 2GB daily data got expired by 8 am. No one to whom we could lodge our Complaints. No. 198 just gives recorded msg with no 2 way communication. Very sad, the customers are in hapless condition. Pl. Help us

@reliancejio @JioCare It has been 15 days since i raised a simple request for deinstallation and refund for a one month free trial that went down the well for me. What took a single day to install now has taken a fortnight with @JioCare saying they are helping but no progress
