    @JioCare the net speed drops to 0kbps even when showing full network at save location where the speed was excellent few min ago..

    @JioCare sorry to say it, but the network here is very much poor.. No connectivity as well as call drops too.. Do please look forward to it...

    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @JioCare No action untill now. Everyday I get a message of UNINSTALLATION being reschduled for tomorrow. They will probably act on this in 2100. Should we increase it's reach guys. Let everybody know about the worst services of JIO and their useless actions.

    @JioCare My JioFibre device has been picked up last year in August but i still haven’t received my refund. Your customer support team is just replying with template messages. Can you please refund quickly?

    @JioCare I doubt if any kind of jio support is competent enough to solve my problem. I live just a km away from JIO headquarters and despite tht my incoming or outgoing calls gets dropped! I did raise a SR but no help. the support team without resolution willfully closed the request.

    @JioCare I have taken Jio Fiber connection in July 2021(Rs399/pm along with 1 month trial 0ffer). I paid Rs 2825/- as advance for 6 months. (no installation and security if a customer pay advance for six months) . But bill has started coming from 5th month.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The quality of the service of internet has degraded significantly. Your technician fixed our connection merely 10 days back and since afternoon the problem resurfaced. This is not acceptable. SR000018KB7I. Very Dissatisfied with this level of service
