Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@JioCare we raised a request for new jio fiber connection. The agent named (Mohammad) who came for documentation promised that it will get installed in next 2 hours. Post payment he is not picking the call. Is this the experience you give to a customer ?
