@JioCare also, I was told by my assigned engineer that there's no internet in my entire locality. But my neighbours jio connection is working. I am sure it's a very small issue which can be fixed but you guys are not sending over anyone. Is this the support you provide?

@JioCare I was having internet and router problems. I called in jio technician and they told me they cannot change my router because it was the old single band router so they are forcing me to upgrade to the 999/- plan. This is how they reward there early customers. @reliancejio

@JioCare Excuse of pandemic, rescheduling visit & delaying. Clearly there's no problem in premises internally. Router has its own dedicated cabinet. It's not moved a centimeter there & there's no question of any need to visit premises. Problem is in your network. Downtime 48+ hours!!
