Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

Shashidhar Hatt (@shashidharhatti) reported@ali_rahat_ @JioCare Time to switch to local service provider in your city both jio and Airtel are lot of ego and attitude. Please switch to local internet providers or BSNL Fiber at least you can talk directly or scold them. Don’t wait for jio to fix it.
