Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

@JioCare Again a person called today asking what the problem is. I find it so amazing that after complaining for 10 times at least @reliancejio team still does not know what the problem is. I have asked many times to send the wiring team as it is a wiring issue in the main box.

I was promised by jio that the slow internet speed will resolve quickly. It's been 2 years since I'm complaining. Nothing's changed. Same crap speed. Attaching the image. Moving to voda after my plan expires on 4th feb. Even voda has good service than Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio
