Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

Last month, I returned 2 routers & 1 set top box of my old JioFiber conns. to ur engineer Manish (7827945733) but no refund has been done yet for the security amount I paid for the devices. Cust care refused to lodge a complaint & refund my payment. Pls help @reliancejio @JioCare
