Hi @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio We took new JioFiber at our old parents home at Nagpur ~8Oct. Jio engineer damaged our working TV while set top box installation. Our TV Not working since then. Jio Sales directed us to customer care and vic-a-versa. Please confirm whom to contact.

@AJIOLife cheats have picked up my return product on 25/10/2022 and are not refunding my amount. They’ve closed my complaint without resolving it and are lying that they couldn’t reach me on my phone number. What a thug company @reliancejio @reliancegroup third class attitude.
