Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@JioCare I was using jiofibre in 2020. In 28.10.2020 my joifibre connection stopped working. Issue taken up with your service engineer Divyesh ( same service engineer promised to resolve issue within 48 hours) after 3 days of intense follow up issue not resolved by your team.1/3

@JioCare When I disconnected my connection in Oct security deposit of Rs 2500/- returned by jio in next year on 20 Jan that to after deducting Rs 1000/- You guys and your customers service is not to help customers however they are just for customer harassment and looting their money3/3

@JioCare Tried calling your customer service, there apprised them 3 times. Every time after listening to issue they disconnected call without helping. Finally after no response decided to disconnect Jio services. I had recharged for Rs 1000 and used your services hardly 8-10 days 2/3
