    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @JioCare the net speed drops to 0kbps even when showing full network at save location where the speed was excellent few min ago..

    @JioCare , that too second time fault in span of 5 days, i started loosing trust and this kind of support will make me think move out to other service provider, even then no action and same dialogue of only next day it can be attended.(when i call at morning 9:30 and has to wait for next

    @JioCare Installation overdue. pathetic service. I need a refund, please. Order no. NO0000MAQ8GY. When the installation was not due I was getting calls daily. today when it was due, no one turned up. My message box is full of unwarranted scheduling and rescheduling messages!!

    @JioCare Do you train your call centre staff ? I called for a complaint today and the lady on the call was speaking rudely in Hindi. My complaint too stands unresolved, i would please appreciate if you could arrange a call back
