  @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

  Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

  @JioCare The video u have sent is of very old and most of us are aware of these settings. Mine is not a physical sim as I use it in iPhone as esim. Similarly this is not just pertaining to mine alone, my wife also faces the same issue irrespective of location and she has a physical sim.

  due to some emergency I tried contacting Jio Care Odisha from my brother's no. The representative didn't respond properly, didn't transfer the call to higher authority and didn't raise the complaint. Also very rude during conversation. @reliancejio @JioCare
