Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@JioCare Day 2 for the follow up of the jio fiber complaint. Shared email id, registered phone number etc but still issue is not resolved. Please schedule a technician visit. It will take only 10 mins to solve it or share with me my router admin username and password. I will do it myself.
