    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio why are you installing old router and set top box at new connection location? i understand you install old equipments at exisiting customer but old items at new connection location is very bad. noone would want that and the range is also less, looks too used

    @reliancejio Last 3/4 months se mere area me Theek se internet nhi raha h or kuchh dino se to coll bhi connect hone me time lg raha hai( indore MP jese shar me ye hal h jio ka to rular me kya hoga) care par complain ki to wo bas sympathy dete h koi solution nhi..
