Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

It amazes me to see how bad the @JioCare services can be. In the name of customer service, virtual bots provide zero to no assistance with limited options. There are no service agents when it comes to support. Despite mailing since 26.02.2026 there is no response.

@JioCare @reliancejio Dear Jio, I raised a complaint in the morning about my wifi not working. They gave me a schedule that the engineer would come between 1 PM and 2 PM. But until now, no engineer has arrived, and I haven't received any call or number either.
