Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

Dear team @reliancejio if there is continuously issues of network outage. You shall either fix it at once or shall withdraw your useless services & stop fooling customers. You charge customers for entire month and on daily basis there is outage of atleast 5/6 hours. @JioCare

@reliancejio the store keeper gave a sim, took photo and told the sim will get activated within 3 hours. i could finalise new mobile by night inserted jio sim and vodafone. vi started functioning but jio sim not active why such poor service

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Jio fiber is down from last 2 days in my area pune,pimple nilakh. No one is working on resolution and keep increasing outage time. Poor internet service by #JioFiber. Should have taken the local internet at least they are prompt in response.
