    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @reliancejio I have subscribed to postpaid plan of jio fiber of 1100 INR per month. The executive told me to pay 3000 inr in advance and told you donot need to pay for 3 months. However, every month i get a bill of 686 last two months and not able to contact any one. Plz help

    @JioCare It's not a problem on some time i get always slow speed on my home location at indoor or outdoor... @reliancejio has to improve internet speed but here @JioCare didn't work on it and giving suggestions to move favourable conditions what a joke... 1/2
