    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @JioCare the net speed drops to 0kbps even when showing full network at save location where the speed was excellent few min ago..

    @JioCare I was told only the security deposit will be refunded. Is it the way the Prepaid connection works? Am I suppose to pay for the days the service was down?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have already complained about it, I have DMed you the issue, I have chatted with two of your incompetent associates, Called 198 & talked to another one. No resolution. Issue I'm facing since 3 days : I cannot receive or make calls.
