Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@JioCare couldn't watch today's IPL match on JioFiber TV or JioCinema app. It said No Internet connection, which was not the case. Toll free number and JioCare chatbot on whatsapp did not help at all. I was asked to wait for chat with a representative but no one turned up.
