    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @JioCare It seems that Jio fibre would only try but can't do complete it's responsibility. It amounts to claim for mental agony given to it's customers instead of giving service. So highly brand of the nation and so lagard in refund of just amount of Rs2500/-. It's going on tweets only.

    Dear @JioCare as per the schedule your technician should visit by today EOD. But no one visited. Due to no internet my daughter was unable to attend her online classes. Who is responsible? Since two days no internet. I didn't expect this kind of worst service from jio.

    @JioCare U became worst service provider among others. Total 7 requests have been given, however the Jio fiber ONT device hasn't been picked up yet. Appellate authority didn't reply to any of my email and cust care has given lot of dates in which TAT is already over. Pathetic!!!
