    @JioCare Hello sir The problem is that the internet in my area is in very bad condition,it is not possible even to talk.I also talked about this problem in sitamarhi's Jio center 6 months ago but to no avail. So I request you to take some permanent solution to solve this problem

    @JioCare Suddenly from morning 9am my network gone and also all jio networks in this area. Unable to figure out the problem and solution from the customer care please look into it. Many are doing WFH by jio in my area.

    @JioCare Hi team thnkuu for ur response but ur ground team is literally nt at all supportive, they don't call back, this feeling of helplessness is impacting this customer experience. Resolution should be as soon as possible.
