    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @JioCare I have been told the prime video is not coming in my package due to a gap in the recharge package, but for your information, I have been recharging the package of JioFiber_1M_999 for JioFiber Service ID 299941948912 for the last 4 months, then why I am not given the Prime video
