Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

Finally, I port my jio sim to other Telecom Service due to poor Internet speed. I waited three months for better network coverage in my area but the situation remain same after three months. Stayed almost more than 4 years with jio. @JioCare @CustomerJio

@JioCare for the past 5 months Your network doesn’t work between 8:30PM to 10:30PM can you fix that? It’s really getting annoying. These are the hours when people actually use internet & jio doesn’t work!! If that can’t be fixed let us know so we can get another service.
