Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@reliancejio request no is SR00001DP0FT. I have recharged it on 6 th September since than my broadband service is not working i have called to customer care to visit engineer . Engineer calls me and engineer reschedule visit again and again.solution is not provided yet.

@JioCare @reliancejio service has been the absolute worst. Jio service people have me my setup box many days later and never set it up. The remote doesn’t work , I have placed a request 5 times and the service people put it on hold by giving wrong reasons. #badservice#jio

My jio fiber wifi is not working from last 3 days.Have already raised a complain about it.The technician gave a visit and was unable to resolve the issue and now the technician is simply ignoring the calls.The customer service provided is simply rediculous..@JioCare @reliancejio

@narsam87 @JioCare Raise it to customer care (which is pathetic), raise it to local nodal authority, if still not solved then raise the problem to appellate authority, that's how your problem will be resolved, speaking from experience
