    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @JioCare Is it better to stay with Jio or should I switch to another network? Today is 20th day without your service. Recharge pack has expired without use. Getting message to recharge before number is disconnected. Tell me why do I recharge when you have failed to restart the service.

    @DoT_India Thaks @DoT_India for quick response and action and now Jio was forced to provide me setupBox on 18th April (pre-Payment done for 1st-30th April service) But money was paid for 30 days of service and I get 12 days or service for full amount. Hi @JioCare , I need partial refund.

    @JioCare Guys, it's more than 15 days since I got my SD refunded and I'm asking about the remaining. This Clearly says u people don't have a track of what's the issue has been. And I get reply from random agents, I don't know whether u guys maintain proper cases or not.
