Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

Very poor internet connectivity and very low speed. Calling it 4G is a crime. Customer care doesn't care to pickup calls, keeps repeating their ads. Even MyJio app bots are useless. I will soon port to other network if not rectified by 11th May 2021 @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

@JioCare Today service engr came. issue Solved. he demanded ₹ by naming service charge, we knew there is no s charge. But while taking connection we agreed to give ₹ as a courtesy...he came after 7 days so we denied to pay courtesy money ...he removed the connection again.
