    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @JioCare the net speed drops to 0kbps even when showing full network at save location where the speed was excellent few min ago..

    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    @JioCare Service Request number SR00001FQVIK. No engineer visit till, given time of 1 to 2 pm passed...no call and message regarding visit till now... So please send engineer asap

    @JioCare Services suspended for JioFiber Service ID 299863349687. From 19Oct to 5th Dec (75 DAYS). No one pick the device from location even not allowd to shift another location, No update after multiple followup. What we expect in such cases.
