Absolutely disgusting service from @reliancejio @JioCare I am not getting otp from my bank or other service providers where I have used your number for registration. And your teleadvisor is deflecting the issue saying the problem is with them.

@airtelindia Why can’t a prepaid number update email on website or app! Your customer care is a merry go around!! Do you don’t wish to give eSIM to prepaid customers? I already have 2 prepaid and 1 broadband(with landline)! How do I get an e-SIM? Probably port out to @reliancejio

@JioCare If it is 1st come 1st serve then why it was Scheduled on 2nd, If this is the case then there is problem with Schedule, 1st it was Scheduled on 2nd Nov and it kept on delaying till 7th, Will be done on 7th or I will receive new Schedule.

@JioCare Refer DMs: Your team saying since 2018 (3 years) that our location is not adequately covered by jio network & that your network team is already working to improve. You've repeated the same on DM. BUT ZERO IMPROVEMENT SINCE 2018. NIL PROGRESS IN 3 YEARS. Things have worsened.
