Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@JioCare It seems like you've not read the previous tweets mentioned above. I'm not going to recharge further until your service gets working properly. You have cheapest data speed rate in my area. so I prefer idea or Vodafone rather than your service. think twice b4 you ask to recharge.

@reliancejio @JioCare why you keep sending text messages that you have used 50%,90% & 100% data in day & the surprising thing is customer has no option to disable this nonsense. So do one thing send alert from 1% to 100% so I have reason to port the sim.

FAcing issues with Vodadone idea network at my home since past 1yr, multiple tickets raised still the same issue persists. VI representatives just create ticket, ask for 2 days and close the ticket on their own without asking JIO's network is better @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

@JioCare Most of the customer care folks had less patience and lack of knowledge. When i ask to transfer call to lead or manager they respond saying there is no such an option.Even most of the folks don’t had enough knowledge in creating SR. And scheduling site engineers visit.
