    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    @JioCare Hi Team, SR000017RCOP ticket was opened on 2nd Dec and since then i am following up on this issue and it's not resolved yet. Today appointment is fixed for 6 pm evening and i know no one going to visit at that late, It's happened before as well. Please help on this.

    @JioCare Everyday I'm getting calls from installation team with the same response that there is no slot for new connection in the main line of my locality...more than 5 different installation guy has visited and informed the same thing with no solution...Please look into this asap...

    @JioCare User have mentioned that their overseas devices which have LT E and built in volte suport apparently are not supported by Jio. Does Jio whitelist devices ?if so where is the imei checker to confirm eligibility of devices to be used on the network ?
