    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    Still I didn’t received any update or resolution. Made a mistake by porting from @JioCare . No signal no internet speed everyday. Waiting to complete my 90 days to port back 😤.

    @JioCare No my concern is not resolved yet. I have a simple request, provide me hardware and pay for the service. how can you ask me to pay for service start my plan and wait and follow-up with you to get the right hardware!!
