Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@PurnenduKSahoo @JioCare Currently relocating option stopped working. Really worst service from Jio, why should we should we release the existing connetion/No if we are just relocating floor of same building or building in same area. Jio will obviously loose old customers if they do not solve this issue.

@JioCare Every day getting message of postpone of collecting jio fiber router which I returned due to router fault and jio reluctant to replaced. this is how jio earns money from customer ? Really sad
