@JioCare the net speed drops to 0kbps even when showing full network at save location where the speed was excellent few min ago..

Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@JioCare internet is my area is very choppy since 4-5 hours now. Is someone checking this. If u cannot deliver, never promise. Ur cust rep says that coverage in my area is bad and that he can't commit any time. What was the use of talking to him then ??

@JioCare Hi Nikita and Team I am paying for 100 MBPS plan but geting only 40 MBPS max in my Jio Fiber connection. I have tried to raised this concern to the Customer Care. But every time I was either handled by some AI bots both in app and in WhatsApp!! Please help !!

@JioCare @JioCare I will, the last 24 hours deadline which were given by #airtel customer support will end tomorrow and on monday i will come too that. I am with airtel just for my old no. Even though they don't have fibre in my area and jio plans is cheaper than airtel @airtelindia
