Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@JioCare This is the second time contacting you in the past few days. Few days back I got service on my jio care for slowness. Tech came after a long wait, just restarted the router once and performed router reset. On that day I got 23.3 Mbps speed ( plan 30mbps).

@reliancejio pathetic customer care service. I have been lied to by tour executives since yesterday that there is an outage of jio fiber in my area which is untrue. Internet not working since yesterday and no resolution bein offered by your absolutely useless customer care. Shame
