    @JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @JioCare Hello, I have already sent emails to that email id, but they refuse to help me. And the correction I'm asking is very very minor, just one digit is missing in jio database. No one is listening to me. Kindly advise how I can get this rectified ?

    @JioCare If you can't the resolve issue by tomorrow, just cancel the connection. We have better service providers in market. You can't be irresponsible with customer service.

    @JioCare Please send me the sms to use jio 5G internet, rather I have received welcome offer still I am unable to use 5G services. As I previously dm you and talked to your customer support, they told me that there will be one notice in the form of SMS to start your 5G service.
