    @JioCare the net speed drops to 0kbps even when showing full network at save location where the speed was excellent few min ago..

    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare had the most ridiculous experience of trying to get a broadband connection. The representative came and took the money and promised installation within the day now it is the second day the people have stopped picking up the calls. No help from customer care.

    @JioCare Hey man please read what i wrote earlier.i have ashtray checked this link. My state is there in your list and also i have requested for the welcome offer and also i have a 239 recharge but i don’t see any jio5g network on my device. I’m already on 5g network on another network
