    @reliancejio @JioCare I am fed up of your pathetic customer service and zero integrity. Your fiber team comes and installs a new connection everytime there is any issue without closing the previous one. Now they are asking me for additional hardware which was not given by team.

    @JioCare i hv switched from jio to airtel many years ago for the same reason.bad service,numerous downtimes & poor speed. unfortunately hd to go to jiofiber as it was only available in my area. nw i m regretting the decision. internet down since 2 days. SRM:- SR00001C699Y

    @reliancejio 4 days now and no technician of yours can come to replace the router which should not take more than 5 minutes. It speaks volumes of your inefficiency and the standards of the customer service you guys aim to provide. I no longer want to be your customer.
