Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@JioCare I am following up for last 20 days despite stupid and copy paste messages I am not getting anything from Jio care. I hv therefore decided to cancel my connection. I will close all jio connections in a few days. I appeal to all not to go for jio as it is a worst service provider

@TelecomTalk Not yet. @reliancejio had put underground OFC cable before pandemic. Still not understand this cable belongs to Broadband or else. No fiber broadband service started in our area

@JioCare I would love to,sadly JIO has connectivity issues in my area. PIN 444108.Hopefully JIO will resolve these issues in near future so that I can happily join network which doesn't charge for toll free numbers.

@reliancejio @JioCare ORN No. NOOOOOJSPK3K 24th December Payment done for Jio fiber. Still not install. Every day send a mail for Installation schedule but not install. Jio fraud me. Worst service. Don't buy jio fiber at kolkata 700099.

Fake product supplied by @AJIOLife @reliancejio ,ordered a pair of Puma shoes for Christmas on 16th Dec 2021 on COD delivered the products on 22th Dec 2021. when i contacted the customer care, after informing my call was cut by the agent from @AJIOLife

@JioCare We use jio prepaid connection and we are from Basti, U.P. As soon as the electricity goes off, the connection speed of the internet drops below 100KB. This problem is from many days. Get it fixed or we are porting to other operator in few days.
