    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    It's more then 20 days when my stop working and 35 days when I register application for deactivate my sim. I won't get my refund till now. I already pay my bill till 21 July. After that I deactivate my sim and never use it. @JioCare please refund my security amount

    @JioCare @reliancejio network in my area is pathetic no calls severe call drops from last few days. No customer support being a postpaid customer. Resolve it asap I'm unable to make & receive calls and internet is also very slow. I also have a jio Fiber connection.
