    @JioCare sent me pre-barring in my bill due date as I was waiting for service to resume first. Please explain me the reason why shall I make the payment to you if I am unable to use to services. Although I have made the payment and still waiting for you to restore the service.

    @JioCare When there is a policy to replace defective product in 7 days, why service centre need to make us wait for hours to get the approval from higher authority? Pathetic. Has been waiting for last 2 hrs at jio service centre, vidyavihar

    @JioCare Hi, I bought your Jio fibre plan on Saturday. Paid 6 month advance money. Since then the sales guy is not replying to me and no one has come for putting up the connection. This is in Powai, Mumbai. Can someone please help?
