    @harishwadhwani They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @JioCare,@reliancejio,@jio_fiber let see in how much time my conection get reconnected my wire broked again . Last time they resolve complaint in 3 day . A private co is turned to a government working style .

    @reliancejio are you really interested in taking actions to address the customer concern or simply want to do a good lip service. Is it so difficult to resolve a simple issue within 24 hrs???

    @JioCare Hi Team, Your jiofibre relocation policies are not practically valid. The grnd staff asking me to discontinue existing connection and apply for a new connection that involvd cost and disruption of service. I agree to pay for the inst charge but not agree new connection

    @JioCare I cancel my jiofiber within 1 month but service guy did not came for pick up now company denied refund. Jio company running scam and making fool of customer by offering free 1 month trial. Please do not take trial what ever sale guy told you

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet speed very much slow that in browser it is difficult to open Google. My area pincode is 766101. Can you please look into it in priority. WFH is getting affected a lot. Regards, Biswa
