    @JioCare Your customer service is worst Customer executive is not picking call Tollfree numbers are only automated response When i tried connecting jio customer store, they are asking to come to store without hearing whats the problem

    @JioCare stopped answering my calls. I have already contacted Jio Customer Care multiple times and raised complaints, but no proper resolution has been provided so far. I am extremely frustrated because I have been paying for a service that has not been properly installed or delivered

    @JioCare @reliancejio Applied for a jio fiber connection on Aug 5th. One agent came and made me pay for 1 year. Not got the connection nor KYC or cancellation. The guy tells that he wont come and set it right and that i can give police complaint. His mobile no is 7348936339

    @JioCare @JioCare Let us show some professionalism. I had DM'ed you all details including my FULL ADDRESS to you. Don't waste my time,asking for ADDITIONAL details like this. Be specific about, what you want? Will google map location will do? But, WHY YOU HAVE CLOSED THE COMPLAINT?
