@JioCare @reliancejio if u can't service customers stop enrolling new ones. Hv been asking for hm technician visit as our #jiowifi has bn fluctuating since the last 20 days, how difficult it is to send send a technician to check when a bunch of them keep lingering in the compound

@reliancejio Extremely unprofessional service, more than 10 days of registration and payment of Jio Fiber, still no installation or response to calls. Received multiple mails for rescheduling of installation because of reasons best known to your team. @JioCare

2/2. @reliancejio from last 3 months. I am not able to finish the your 50G package. Because as you know your internet speed is how fast in Uttarakhand.Please don't do us such a big favor, just give us the box. Whenever you call on your customer care, they have a rote dialogue.

@reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar activate.But Amazon Prime has not been activated.The customer executive says Amazon Prime has been deactivated,I can't use Amazon Prime.If not activated i will move to a different network.
