    @reliancejio PATHETIC SERVICE. Have been following up for more than 24 hours to get a technician to fix internet outage for my home Wifi. Keep getting the same reply from customer care ‘the technician will visit soon’. Guess you guys are busy installing new connections!!!!

    @JioCare since morning when i am trying to call some one my calls are getting disconnect sqme this issue i got before two months .and not only me my all coligues and friends all are facing same issue .very disappointing this from jio i was thinking that to change jio into airtel.

    @JioCare I would like to bring to your notice that I have got very bad experience from the jiofiber team working in Bokaro Jharkhand. I have asked to close my connection but my connection is still active and nobody is helping me out.

    @JioCare May I know what's your resolution time for any #JioFiber issue at customer's end ? It's been close to 20 hrs since I raised my issue still no action on it. Never faced this much of downtime from my previous broadband SP.

    @JioCare My jio Fibre complaint is pending since 5 days . I have called atleast 15 times in customer care but no solution. Feeling helpless with jio. Poor after sale.
