@JioCare I am having few contact Numbers of jio fiber service, Visakhapatnam but no one is responding and Even technician is not willing to share his higher officials contact Number. They promised me yesterday itself they fix New connection.

@JioCare Slow network due to many users using net at same time। Please change location or use at different time. What does it mean i change my home , i buy a new home near tower? Try to use net in net 2 Am when all sleep? Do u tell these terms n coditiins when u sell recharge packs ?

@JioCare My WiFi jio fibre has been not working since past 3 days . I complained at Jio's customer care a few times and they had the same answer- we'll fix it soon and now I think they don't care about my complaints. My SR no. is SR000013S5N9

@JioCare @reliancejio jio fibre down since morning. Called helpline booked complaint, was given time till 4pm. When no one came called after that says no person available don’t know when it will be solved! So much for your service
