I'll definitely file a complaint this time and go to the Consumer Court to file a complaint against Jio.

Also despite of enabling AutoPay their payment systems fails and they penalise customer without even telling why Autopay failed. @JioCare My port out code is valid so this time won’t be relenting. Someone Mr Mahesh from sr team called me 2 days back saying problem will be catered to immediately but 48 hrs later no network Did not want to post this but just wanted to highlight how hollow these people are
