    @JioCare Ordered a Jio SIM on 12 Apr 2026 (Order ID: NO00015D4MQJ). Never delivered. No refund in 3+ months. Your team sent written emails claiming refund was processed - later contradicted by your own team. All I want is the SIM I paid ₹349 for. Is that too much to ask?

    @JioCare Since last 3-4 days, jio fiber is working so poorly. I have to WFH, and I need proper internet. Even after doing a high speed internet recharge, I am facing issue with consistent connection. It's getting disrupted every now and then. WTH is happening? Please look into

    @JioCare @JioCare This has been happening for the last 2 months, and despite multiple complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Also, this is the 3rd network outage I have experienced this month alone. Please update your records immediately and assign the ticket to an active engineer

    @JioCare This clearly proves that your team has not verified my case. My device was picked up over a year ago, yet you're still claiming the pickup is in progress. Your own records, emails, and service history will confirm this. Please stop giving incorrect updates, (1/2)

    @JioCare Brilliant response Jio. Please continue this till you loose all customers. You don't offer proper service knowing that the customer has prepaid in advance and can't switch ISP? What about hours for which connectivity is lost? @jagograhakjago
