Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

@JioCare the JioFibre line is down 3rd time this month. It was down in June as well. Every time it takes 5 days for your engineer to visit. This is how a customer of 4 years is treated. Shame!

Worst service to go for. After experiencing the pathetic service I am going to discontinue all jio services which I am using currently. Apart from this I will make sure that I encourage people to go for @airtelindia instead of careless brand like @reliancejio @MIB_India
