@airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Will Jio 2121 plan exist even after dec 1..? There is no mention of it in new revised plan list.. Spoke with customer care and they are helpless and simply asking us to wait till dec 1.. Why customer care lacks such crucial information..?

Hello @reliancejio when are you going to pickup my device from last 1 month i have complain about the jio fiber but still no progress can be seen, your customer serives is totaly poor and useless every time i call your customer care and get a fake assurance. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Jio's network is very bad, I want to change the sim but have recharged for one year. And the network does not even allow complete net recharge to end. And it is not too far from the city but the tower was not installed. Contect number 9001142048
