Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

    @springkusa The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago location is Betnasia & pincode is 757018 Always it shows poor network and network stick showing always 1. Please solve the problem sir.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dont go for jio. Their after sale service is worst. Its bein 2 days the complaint didn't get attended. They stop internet every month

    @reliancejio you guys are pathetic when it comes to refund money i have been following you guys since 2 July but no response everybody is telling me to wait for sometime and the money will be credited in some it's already half a month. I have also mailed several time but no help!

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago Sir in my area no network coverage. Internet is very poor in my area, when I call to the customer care they said that we are trying to solve this problem but the problem not solve. I am complaining till 2020 but there is no solution.

    @JioCare hey jio I have Benn trying recently to see setup cloudfare dns but it turns out that ipv4 dns is etup but iv6 dns is not setup kindly help
