@airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

From one week am contacting 198 help line jio for my network they are not ready to speak with us when they need us they used us now they are dumping us. No network and data from 1 week if I call to 198 they are ignoring the call what the ******* service is this #jiojio #jiocare

@JioCare its been almost 2 years requesting for the service! All other broadband service are available except Jio. Kindly do the needful before the customers loose interest..!!!

@JioCare @reliancejio My Internet connection is so slow that it almost feels like Dead, Your customer care says, many people using jio internet in your area, so you're facing problem. I have paid my precious money and so has those 'many people' , so why such SLOW SPEED ?
