@JioCare I am facing very poor JioFiber internet speed for more than 1 month. Complaint SR00003481E1 was closed without any engineer visit and the issue is still unresolved. This is unacceptable. Kindly reopen the request and arrange an engineer visit urgently.

@JioCare This is the speed of jio internet. From the past 15 to 25 days you are saying the same thing. What is the use of paying for 100 mbps if it doesn't work . If we don't pay the amount will be accepted. It will be disconnected immediately
