    @airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

    By far worst system of customer care is @airtelindia . They don't even have an option to speak to a customer agent. I switched over to @JioFiberVoice . Double the speed at half the cost. Customer agent picks phone within 3 rings. Amazing @reliancejio . Keep up good work

    @JioCare Team, I have no update whatsoever till now even today. Looks like I made a blunder of my life by enrolling myself with Jio for fibre. Please fix this now or return my money. I’ve waited enough. Or let me know the next level of escalation.

    @JioCare @reliancejio internet down from last 24 hrs and the person who came to rectify the problem was out of his hand and raised complaint to technical team, So if we do not recharge the fiber they just disconnect, Now will jio give extra days as net is down coz of them

    @JioCare we are using 40+ sim and we notice jio team providing horrible service there is no single support from customer service team. Finely. we have decided to port all the number to other operator like Airtel. Tanks JOI TEAM FOR PROVIDING HORRIBLE SERVICE. 6352269140
