@airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

@JioCare Yaar ek baat batao, tumhara service Engineer aa kar ke mere JioFiber connection wale wire se baju wale ka connect kr ke gaya. Uss din hi meko pehla message aaya ki today your device will be picked up. IT'S BEEN 16 DAYS ALREADY! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!!

@JioCare I converted from prepaid to postpaid, opted for family pack with two additional number. 1st number got added but the second number gives an error. Retail store don't know the issue, have passed the ball by saying we have sent the issue and there is no response frm HQ

Facing lots of call drop issue with jio. Told them about this many times but u people dont even think of this are not even giving a proper statement regarding this.if there is no response will swith to some other network. @JioCare
