@airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

Hello @JioCare I have recently requested for jio physical sim to eSIM and all the procedure are finished. My physical sim has no network now but I am unable to see any network for eSIM as of now. Neither I received any activation number using which I could activate it manually.

@reliancejio @JioCare terrible experience,having call drops,internet disconnections several times, not able to get calls even in full network in gurugram on my new jio postpaid. customer support is saying that network issue in that area, while other users r hvng seamless connecti
