These people are ready to loot hard earned money. I am not getting any better words to tell this jio how hopeless service is.

And even if they make you wait 10-15 days they will come. @airtelindia guys have hidden that option behind AI. I can't even request for a Router change! Why India does not have a proper global reliable ISP!
