@airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

@JioCare I m living in kolkata pincode 700033 one of the modest city. Perhaps I was wrong when I thought jio gives its best to customers. I want to opt jio fibre but no cable connection here. Sad to inform. We depend on you.. I think you must resolve my issues ASAP.

@JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup still stb not installed, suffering since 22nd july, on 26th 2 people came with stb, installed and then took it back stating that they are facing some issue installing, it was working fine, complaint status got resolved.

Today I called @JioCare and asked the customer care executive to transfer the call to the senior and he replied that they are taught not to transfer the calls to the senior. Is this the etiquette @reliancejio is providing to its employees?? Very disrespectful 😠🤬
