My call was answered only once, and I was told I’d receive a callback from the Jio assistance team in my town.

Placed a relocation request and paid 1200/-, relocation request wasn’t fulfilled and haven’t received the refund yet for over 2 weeks. Upon calling customer care none of them are able to address my concern and one lady disconnected the call!

The request SR0002MBYGO was closed without any resolution and I had to raise new Request ID: SR00003AWJ9R. Still no resolution. This is so frustrating, last month also it happened. I am.paying bills
