  @airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

  @reliancejio @JioCare callback request of 12:15 pm is still not completed by 8:07 pm. @TRAI It is this hard to schedule an appointment of field technician or resolve a connectivity issue ? Why are we paying too much when we need to resolve our issues all by ourselves.

  Facing extremely slow internet on Jio for the last 3–4 months. Raised multiple complaints, but every time I only get the same “optimization in progress” response. No real improvement at all. This is unacceptable service. Please resolve this issue permanently. @JioCare

  @JioCare jio is nightmare for me. From past 3 month jio air fiber is not working. Multiple complaint,call email but koi bhi meri complaint register kar ke resulation nhi aarha. Mene advance me 4240 ka payment kar diya tha. 6 month ka and 3 month mera chal nhi rha.
