Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

@JioCare I paid money in advance for the the jio service 3 days ago I still cant avail the services, engineer is saying it will still take more than a week at least, . After taking my money Please return my money back. I will never recommend anyone to use this ****** service

@reliancejio I am repeating again and again that please improve your network coverage area . Since 2020 your network signals is working properly at my home. The calls cut in between due to lack of signals. Please do something. Please take necessary action.

Bro my stupid wifi keeps going down every day for sometime cause @reliancejio sucks *** and JioFiber randomly dies whenever it wants and the internet comes back up after a few hours shits not even funny probably gonna switch to someone else if they don't fix this irritating thing

@JioCare There is no such experience that- continue 1 hour jio internet service. In short, I told the customer service center many times. I didn't get any results despite saying that the problem will be solved and it doesn't seem that my problem will be solved. @JioCare

@JioCare i had a plan to switch my jio fiber account from prepaid to postpaid however the new postpaid offers attracts only the new customer and not the existing customers. Now I'm planning to switch from this network. What is the procedure for closing this account.
