  @airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

  Unacceptable Slow Speed with @reliancejio AirFiber, 100Mbps Plan. After raising my concern with Jio, instead of acknowledging and trying to fix it, Mr. Deblina Chakraborty from Jio said this, “We have checked your connection at our end and confirmed that you're receiving the appropriate speed based on your plan.” Speed test that I shared in the image are all through Router and not within any other device. Why am I paying for 100Mbps then if 30Mbps is all I get as “appropriate speed”? @JioCare #JioAirfiber #Jio

  @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio I am extremely angry and frustrated! Jio 5G is a total scam at my home in Delhi. Signal vanishes inside the house, keeps switching 4G-5G, and disconnects every minute. Neither works properly. Fix it immediately or I will escalate. This is unbearable! #Jio

  What you guys doing @JioCare i have recharged my number with 899 which comes with 3 months Jio hotstar but when it didn’t activated in my phone number I contacted customer care and they said they can’t help me @reliancejio
