    @airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

    @JioCare This is unacceptable. You picked up my JioFiber equipment after OTP verification for a relocation request (Ref: LR000015Q2VS), then silently cancelled it without my consent. Your IVR disconnects, chat is useless, and I’m left without internet. Fix this immediately.

    @JioCare , @jiocare, I have a problem. I paid ₹.599.00 on 11th June and I was again asked to pay to continue using Jio Sim on 17th June. I had to forcibly pay ₹399.00 again. What is happening and where did my ₹.599.00 go? I am attaching both the payment details.

    @JioCare 8 days have passed since my SIM request was processed and I still haven't received the SIM.The delivery executive number(Kunal Yadav 9310169085) remains switched off.This reflects extremely poor service,lack of accountability & unacceptable customer support.@reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Utterly disappointed with the service. It’s been more than 24 hours since i booked airfiber max but it’s still not installed…The guy who came to book said that i will be installed in evening or by tomorrow morning but nothing is done by now. (1/N)
