    @airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

    @reliancejio waste class jio mobile service now a days by jio , no network, call dropped ,not working 5g or limited network , it is happening last 1 year, time has come to switch

    Hello @JioCare please provide customer care number for my fiber connection here only , do not advise other things . Please provide direct customer care number where some human can talk as I am facing Internet issue from last night , do not force me to change the service .

    @JioCare I raised a JioFiber complaint on 6th July. Every day I’m given a new technician slot, but no one visits. Customer care keeps giving false assurances that it will be resolved in the next slot. This has been extremely frustrating.

    @JioCare We don't have any weather conditions..I live in ahemdabad bopal area where there is no rain or weather conditions issue ...it's totally open with no rain from entire week

    Dear @JioCare, I now have emails, SMS, service requests, X replies, and call recordings. Every channel acknowledges my issue. None of them resolve it. That's the real problem. @reliancejio @jio_fiber #jio #fiber

    Dear @JioCare For the past 4 days, there has been almost no Jio network in Gass, Nallasopara West (PIN 401203). Even after the rain has stopped and water has receded, the network is still not restored

    @JioCare The internet speed at my location is absolutely pathetic. I am paying for 4G/5G but getting unusable speeds that feel worse than 2G. Please fix the network infrastructure in [Khagrabari, Pin-781344, Baksa, Assam] immediately.
