    @airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

    @JioCare My recharge is still valid, yet I have been left without service. I request Jio to: Restore my JioFiber connection immediately. Take strict disciplinary action against Mr. Chaand and the staff involved for their unprofessional behavior, threats, and damage to my property.

    @JioCare Engineer visit has not been scheduled yet, I had raised a request more than an hour ago. How much time will it take ? Also I am not able to talk to anyone on your customer care number, why ?

    @JioCare @JioCare, are your engineers stuck in a time loop? You keep closing my tickets (SR00003BMKLB, SR000038MJ9D) with the exact same automated script: 'temporary outage, resolved in 30 days'. I’ve been hearing this since February! 5 months later, the only thing 'temporary' 1/2

    @JioCare The app is not showing any earlier time slots, and I do not want a reschedule. I need a solution right now.P lease escalate this issue immediately and arrange a technician visit or provide an immediate solution today. I need my internet connection restored as soon as possible.

    @JioCare There's something drastically wrong wth #jiofiber today in mahim matunga west area. Been down from around 5am the mandatory sms promising connectivity in 4hrs comes & keeps coming after that. 1/2

    @reliancejio @IshaAmbaniReal @AJIOLife backend. So as per me someone from customer care shared my details to that scammer and probably its that customer care representative with whom I talked yesterday, so please check who is the culprit. I am really very scared and disappointed and i will never trust AJIO now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your network constantly goes down. 5G has never worked properly; it directly drops to 3G or 4G, and even 4G doesn't work well. What a rubbish network this is! Please fix it. How many times do I have to tell customer care? Is this my only job?
