    @airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

    @JioCare Hello Jio care team, my number successfully ported to Jio and seems my moment to regret also started. My request for eSIM is still not resolved and there is not network on my mobile now. So good example of ‘good for nothing’. Kindly tell what to do?

    My Jio mobile number 7240933698 has been deactivated due to some reasons, but when I contacted the nearest Jio outlets for help, they said you should contact your previous service provider(IDEA), because this mobile is MNP based which is no longer in our records @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare Yashoda, when you sent me dm there was right above details by me was provided of contact details of executive who had picked up equipment and date of pickup again I have provided JUST FOR YOU, CONFIRM AGAIN. PLS IF YOU CAN'T HELP TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE THAN SAY IT.

    Hi @JioCare, #JioCare #JioCustomerSupport I've been using my Jio mobile number for over 10 years, but it was deactivated while I'm working in Jordan. It's linked to my banking and other important services. I kindly request your help in finding a way to reactivate it.
