@airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

@JioCare I got a new Jio Fiber connection and have not been able to get Zee 5 even after having it in the available ott platform list. Contacted customer care but got no response please help This is something I do expect after having a brand new connection
