  @airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

  @reliancejio @JioCare My old number 9215188033 was with Jio and got disconnected by mistake. I even went to Gujarat Airtel, but they clearly refused and told me to contact Jio as they don’t have this number. Please check Jio records and help me reclaim my old number. 🙏dm for any

  @JioCare I have never seen such bad customer care ever. Neither the email, nor the customer care on the phone cares about the issue. They just want to wash their handoff the issue and prove its customers issue even if it's theirs. I feel pity rn, seeinf such awfull customer care

  @JioCare my fiber plan got exhausted yesterday at 10 p.m. Today I changed my plan and recharged it but have to wait for 12 A.M to use the broadband internet because that is the company policy. Who is that idiot heading Jio Fiber operations?
