  @airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

  @jiocare, @reliancejio Escalation - Complain with regard to #jiofiber 01203684926. 3 days, 8 emails, 5 customer care voice calls and Zero resolution on refund. No internet connectivity. 100% failure and 100% deficiency of service. Refund my advance payment if no internet.

  @JioCare You’re saying there are “many users,” but this is a small village. The network works fine as soon as I move onto the main road. The problem is only near my home and in my lane, where the signal is so poor that even talking on a call is difficult. Please don’t give generic excuse.

  If @reliancejio and @airtelindia cannot provide customers with reliable network service, they should fix the infrastructure instead of charging people for poor service. Consumers deserve better connectivity and value for their money.

  @JioCare The message received from Jio says internet service will be restored by 4.43 PM on 16th Aug 26. It's, 5.32PM now. When will I get internet??

  @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare 6/8 Stop closing complaints without fixing the problem. Stop sending meaningless copy-paste responses. A complaint being marked “Resolved” does NOT mean the issue has been resolved. Customers deserve an actual technical investigation not a status update to close the ticket

  @JioCare Actually the alternate number to receive otp is not working , and jio store in our area closed due to Sunday
