    @airtelbank Spoke to a total of 6 customer executives. Hope it is solved within 24 hrs. @reliancejio @JioCare do you offer services in Leh, would like to change network for self and my employees if problem persists.

    @delhi_swachh @JioCare It seems I am not the only one who is unhappy with @JioCare's services. I hope this thread acts as an eye-opener for Jio and prompts them to take corrective action to fix it.

    @JioCare Hi, I've been scammed twice by your engineers the support links and telephones numbers are automated and either don't work or are dead links. I there a human I can speak to? I ordered tv set top paid for it, 1 month later still no service box

    (1) Dear @JioCare, This is beyond frustrating. I can’t use either my JioFiber Wi-Fi or my Jio mobile data—both are down. I’ve called customer care 4 times today. My call was answered only once, and I was told I’d receive a callback from the Jio assistance team in my town.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Friend, I have never seen a bad network like yours in the company and employees like you who have been saying for the last 6 months that work is going on in the network and it will be done soon but it has been more than 6 months but your network .

    @JioCare shameful service received! Placed a relocation request and paid 1200/-, relocation request wasn’t fulfilled and haven’t received the refund yet for over 2 weeks. Upon calling customer care none of them are able to address my concern and one lady disconnected the call!

    @JioCare My Internet is not working since 5th July and I have raised multiple complaints. The request SR0002MBYGO was closed without any resolution and I had to raise new Request ID: SR00003AWJ9R. Still no resolution. This is so frustrating, last month also it happened. I am.paying bills
