It's been two days and no any network coverage of @reliancejio in my town. And the mobile tower is just few steps away from my home. What a shame for telecom operators like these. 😠😠😠 Now I have decided finally to port from this nonsense Jio network.

@JioCare Jio is not working consistently in my area, sometimes speed goes upto 6Mbps, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. Please help, as I am working from home. I have 3 Jio connections, same issue with all of them.

@reliancejio @JioCare Be cautious if u r going 2 opt 4 JioFiber in Delhi NCR bcoz Internet usually remains down most of d time in a mnth & u'll b forced to pay the entire mnth bill. Last mnth my internet was down & resolved 21 days later. This mnth again it's down 4 last 3days.

@reliancejio I want to surrender my jioFiber connection & schedule ONT box pickup. I wrote mail last week but received no proper response. Tried calling customer care number, it's switched off. Useless MyJio App chat bot gives scripted answers. Pathetic service/experience.
