It's been two days and no any network coverage of @reliancejio in my town. And the mobile tower is just few steps away from my home. What a shame for telecom operators like these. 😠😠😠 Now I have decided finally to port from this nonsense Jio network.

@JioCare Jio is not working consistently in my area, sometimes speed goes upto 6Mbps, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. Please help, as I am working from home. I have 3 Jio connections, same issue with all of them.

@reliancejio when i called on 18008893999 i.e. Appellate Authority, IVR gives 2 option one is for mobility & another for gigafiber. When i choose mobility my call transfer to 198 customer care executive instade of appellate! Plz don't make ppl phool? Where is appellate officer?

@JioCare Hi it’s my no +911203520544. I still have Airtel which is not working so you took another connection but when electricity goes off, than it doesn’t work in UPS. I have microtek 2 battery. I called up the same guys your sales and installation but of no use.
