@JioCare I have recharged 300mbps plan, I am getting 120 mbps, I was getting more speed in in my 150mbps plan, I talked to customer care , he said this speed is absolutely fine, can you tell me why I am not even getting 50 % of speed and that's okay?

@sandeep05946 Their services have went from bad to worse. The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

@JioCare Yes, issue is resolved. But I want to know the price of Jio STB remote. Technician took Rs 599 for the replacement of remote and did not give receipt. So just want to confirm the price.

@JioCare Still no resolution. Kindly update the status and timeline to get resolution. The issue still not resolved. In the latest version of MyJio app I am not getting options to Link/Delink the wallets. Check DM.
