    @JioCare Sr no-- SR000015UVIN It has been more than 2 days that my internet is not working. Rishi and Devinder from jio team promised me that it will be resolved today but there has been no resolution yet.i do not expect this kind of service from such a big brand.Kindly resolve.

    @JioCare No, you don't understand. I have been hearing this thing for the last 3 months. Tell me a certain time after which this problem will not happen, then something will be thought of further. Now the time for such things is over.

    @reliancejio @JioCare your customer care guys told me to recharge with 401 to get hotstar subscription but after recharge and i didn't get the hotstar subscription and thn thy send me some terms and condition to show that i done mistake.....never recommend jio to other...

    Very poor customer service..last 1 - 1.5 months I have registered 4-5 complaints till date, but In my area still slow Internet issue. there is no suitable action taken of my complaints. I Hope @reliancejio @JioCare take action and resolve my issue.
