Rohitsai (@rohitcrills) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Extremely poor experience with JioFiber. Paid ₹2221 on Apr 3, installation pending even after 7 days. Technician demanded extra ₹700 (unofficial) and disappeared. No support, no response. Is this how you treat new customers? Resolve immediately.

I’ve raised multiple complaints, but every time a technician comes, they say “ye mere se nahi hoga, koi aur aake karega” and leave. This has been repeating for weeks.
