    @reliancejio Hi Team Jio. I am facing internet issue with fiber connection. Tried to run diagnostic on app but it shows router is not on where on toll free number 18008969999 call is getting disconnected. I have tried 15 -20 times but no support. Please check.Fiber no 1203633753

    @reliancejio I made a mistake taking jio fiber connection. My internet is down since yesterday for which I tried to complain, my experience - Nobody picked up the call at 18008969999, tried 6 times -engineer who intially shared his no. didn't picked the call - No reply on email

    @JioCare I am experiencing the worst internet connection since the last 3 months and that is exactly when I shifted to Jio Fiber thinking that it would be better experience than my last Internet service provider but it is turning out to be worse. Please look into it🙏🙏

    @JioCare Jio fiber is not working since yesterday in Faridabad and all lines to customer care are busy. There is no response on email also.
