    @JioCare Hi! We're really disappointed with Jio's pathetic service. My mom has a JioPhone, and she watches JioTV on it. However, recently, from morning to evening, she isn't able to watch anything. The channels just don't work, and automatically, they are back up again at night!

    @JioCare Dear Team, I am talking about my mobile phone which is unable to access 5G network in Bhubaneswar. I am not holding my phone and sitting at my residence 24x7. Please understand, I am roaming in Bhubaneswar from it length to breadth and not finding 5G in my phone.
