    @reliancejio @JioCare i just ported a VODAFONE number to JIO. But after i porting i am fedup..no network in my area.. I tried to complain in 198 but no response they said me to wait.. I am tired of JIO network in my area..I want to go back to VODA I has happy in Vodafone.

    @reliancejio I want jio fiber connection today, your executive told me that connection will be installed by evening but your executive cannot provide today they told me not possible today reschedule it tomorrow. Because of jio i face so much problem so I call toll-free and cancel

    @JioCare i have submitted application to change at your JIO service centre for ownership change on 10 July 2022. And it's still pending. Been to service centre twice to ask for update, but no support from your team. Extremely dissatisfied.

    But neither the recharge was successful nor the money has been refunded yet and jio customer care simply denied accepting any payment. Dear @JioCare, would you please bother to explain what the phrase "SENT TO JIO@YESBANK" means?

    @JioCare what I hve been observing is you people are not interested in resolving the issue instead just want to close the issue with some weird excuse. It is not about money now but the quality of service provided from your end.
