@reliancejio One of the most poorest service provider. I am complaining about internet not working issue since past 1 year but still the issue is same. No one is working on our issue. I have complained more than 100 times. My mobile no is 8700369614 and area pincode is 122505. @JioCare

@JioCare We already discussed in DM but you are not allowing SIM replacement charge to waive off. I'm using you SIM Card for and service for more than 5 years and now it has a problem so you have to replace it free of cost because I'm paying U for the service already
