Again @JioCare has given me standard procedure to take the JioExtender to service center which I have already done 3 times and the issue is still not resolved, what kind of customer service is this?!

@JioCare I have paid for Jio fiber new connection 4 days ago and till now no one came for installation. The service manager is giving fake promise Everytime. SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICE EXPERIENCE FROM JIO 😑😑

@JioCare : Took fiber connection 1203612848. Requested relocation, but you said it may take 7 days, Instead take new connection. I did. Now from last 10 days I am requesting cancellation (SR000017GXAQ), but not processed yet. Never seen a customer care worse than yours!!

@JioCare I am available at the location. Today 1415 hrs was the appointed time, but that too has laspsed without anyone coming. I continue to be a jiofibre customer at the same location as well.

@shashankjha18 When I ported my sim from Jio to BSNL, no such problem arised, all was done quickly, but now want to port from BSNL to @reliancejio, they are not allowing to send message on 1900. Very frustrating BSNL. Now they left only one choice, to change the number.

@JioCare purchased Jio Phone from @reliancejio store on 15th September. And now within 2months phone is not working. Waste of money.
