    @JioCare This is not the first time of instance. In Oct 21, this had happened, that time I had to raise 5 queries to get my problem resolved. I think either you service technicians are not upto the mark or they seriously lack resources.

    @reliancejio 20 percent price hike how this is justified. And you people first provide free sims and now you force for a recharge which is very bad for India. Slash your rates 50 percent immediately at least. You people do not care for India actually.

    @JioCare this is where your services lack professionalism. Fake commitments by your sales team, rude installation team. No way to connect CS to cancel the order and get refund. Don't know even will be able to connect the CS team post installation.
