    @JioCare Jio is not working consistently in my area, sometimes speed goes upto 6Mbps, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. Please help, as I am working from home. I have 3 Jio connections, same issue with all of them.

    @ChaturKiMemes @airtelindia @reliancejio Ex- at same place i get 850mhz-- 5signals 1800mhz- 4signal 2100mhz-1signal And the mobile stay on 2100mhz with one signal... I set the band to 1800 MHz and now I gets good signal everywhere.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Outage in my area since 24 hours. Customer care executive unable to escalate, transfer call to senior, give local manager contact or help in any way just reassured service will be up soon. Service could be way better.

    @JioCare I move from #BSNL #FIBER to #jio FIBER because of your professionalise and perfect customer service. Although I am paying higher for this. But if you provide such service then I have no option to switch back to my old one. Altist they are providing proper solution for customers.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what's wrong with you people? I have recharged with 666 plan and the due date is 29 days later. Why am i getting sms asking to recharge immediately else the service will be stopped in a day? Also no one is responding on support number? Team is on vacation?

    The service of jio fibre was worst in Dhanbad Jharkhand, the issue isn't resolve in 24 hours , the customer care people only telling that some issue some issue .I please refuse to use jio fibre in Dhanbad Service request no SR00001DGQ46 @reliancejio @jio_gigafiber @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi … there is no issue with internet …. It is just that I have not been provided with amazon prime with 999 plan as promised

    @JioCare The previous request status was moved to resolved by them but there was no visit and the issue was not resolved yet. Again raised a new request SR00001DHRT8.

    @JioCare I have already received complaint closure message with claim that engineer visited and complaint is resolved. No such thing happened. Just take action on engineer and manager. Also give details of higher authorities of jio who can help
