    It's been two days and no any network coverage of @reliancejio in my town. And the mobile tower is just few steps away from my home. What a shame for telecom operators like these. 😠😠😠 Now I have decided finally to port from this nonsense Jio network.

    @JioCare Jio is not working consistently in my area, sometimes speed goes upto 6Mbps, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. Please help, as I am working from home. I have 3 Jio connections, same issue with all of them.

    @JioCare Super slow internet speed despite being within only 100 m of a jio tower. If you can't provide high speed, than you don't have any right to charge as much money as others. Been for 5 months now, complained multiple times for no use.

    @JioCare Don’t teach me how to use the app and check the status of request. You should focus on fixing problem related net connectivity and better customer care where user can find the resolution and same problem do not arises again and again. Don’t want boat like reply atleast.

    @JioCare Hi Shubham, Refrain from using scripted words like 'appreciate' and 'inconvenience.' I believe these words hold little meaning for JioFibre. Actions speak louder than words. I am still waiting for the internet service to be restored.
