@JioCare Thanks for the prompt response. The recharge was wrongly done as i have two Jio Fibre Connection one prepaid and another postpaid. I wanted to recharge the postpaid connection however prepaid number was recharged. Please help.

Disgusting @reliancejio I'm frustrated now using Jio sim. Net speed is getting down but prices are up. Now Jio is losing honest and regular customer, having worst experience with jio services these days. Expectations ended from Jio. @JioCare
