    @JioCare I have never seen a bad service provider like you. I have your connectivity at Nungambakkam, Chennai.The connectivity went off on 10/12/2022 and it is not restored till 15/12/2022. No reply to mails, phone calls and WhatsApp.All interaction is through computer system.

    @reliancejio I am unable to browse with mobile data due to low network. Although, there was no problem happening in voice call rather than data surfing. Please do needful for full coverage. Thank you.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI the technical team is not resolving the issue with the jio fiber. Every day a team is coming and saying the s1 line is disconnected . How long the jio is planning to take our money without providing service It's been a week almost

    @JioCare I got 5G welcome offer and I have also completed all the procedure. I don't get 5G network continuously, it only get few minutes in every hour and for the rest of the time phone remains on 4G network. why my phone switching network even I am sitting at one place?

    @JioCare setop box not working when switching the input. @airtelindia setop box works fine. But not jio. So can u get me a resolution?
