  @JioCare I don’t understand what you are trying to resolve and why this is taking so long. If someone has raised a complaint so many times, it should have been resolved by now. Seeing the same responses for almost two weeks makes me doubt how and when this will actually be sorted.

  @JioCare Can you just fix your damn service already? My JioFiber has been down since yesterday. I even booked a service visit, and no one has shown up. When I call customer care, it says there’s an outage in the area—but somehow I’m the only one dealing with this. Is there any actual fix for this issue?

  @JioCare Today trying to activate Jio number calling 18008901977 as suggested by customer care but it says number is not available for IVR verification use app I am stuck again with unpleasant experience. Please help ASAP. Customer care representative is unable to resolve the issue.
