Operational efficiency shouldn't just apply to collections; it needs to apply to resolutions. Charging late fees on a non-functional service that has been reported for a month is a quick way to erode customer trust. Standardizing a "pause billing during outage" protocol should be fundamental.

If you face a perticular problem with your number you won't be able to connect to Jio care through that number . IVR will block you at a dead end with I fixed recorded
