    @JioCare This is happening with every jio users since 30-35 days. No proper network for calling you can says weak network so that's internet is also not working. Many of users port there no in others telecom. I'm using others service providers hot spot so that's can send you msg.

    @JioCare @TRAI why is jio allowed to change customer sim iccid without customer knowledge ? I never requested for new sim or anything in past and for the active sim the iccid has changed and now same sim shows different number when I insert into my device. Please look into this.

    @JioCare @JioCare Its so disappointing. I just told the JIOCARE customercare ends in 5 minutes WITHOUT RESOLUTION. Sametime I have received this SMS from Jiocar. "Your Service request number SR00003FE8VD has been addressed." DISAPPOINTING. So far, PATHETIC experiencd with @JioCare.

    @reliancejio Frequent outages + repeatedly changing restoration times are unacceptable. Please investigate the root cause and provide a permanent solution, not just another revised ETA. @JioCare

    Hi @JioAirFiberIn @JioCare @TRAI I applied for a JioAirFiber connection (Request No. LR00000RWZ4X) but the service was never provided. Despite repeated requests for cancellation and refund, it’s been over a year with no action. Please resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare @JioCare @jagograhakjago My service request got closed without any resolution. What a pathetic support service you guys provide. After almost 20 days without resolution. I even raised a consumer forum complaint for it. SR00003DGDVH I have raise a consumer forum Docket No:9877319
