@reliancejio Hi, I am sorry to say, that JIO services are not as good as it used to be earlier. 1. First, my JIO SIM doesn't recive any singnal throughout yesterday. 2. The JIO Customer service, nor their tech ppl have ANY IDEA, what's the issue.

@JioCare Hi, I has engineer visit me and told me it should work and it doesn’t again those red lights blinking. Then i was told this router is old and I can get a new one if I pay for 3 months in advance for 1100 plan. Like you serious? I need the service .. change tbe router!! @JioCare

Today i called a friend from my @reliancejio number which lasted for 1 hour 50 mins during that time my call dropped 12 to 15 times which i found very poor, disturbing and weird service. Please improve your service. @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio Hey Jio,I migrated to JioFiber postpaid on 27/07/2022 and the STB delivery was scheduled on the same day. Guess what after 16+ appointments,50+calls to customer care,3 complaint and 10 days, I still have no STB and u continue to me bill for the same.
