  This video isn’t from my town, but the situation is exactly the same here. Around 2 years ago, @reliancejio offered excellent service, but now the quality has deteriorated so badly that many people have ported their numbers to Bharti Airtel. Ironically, even Jio technicians are saying: “Jio won’t work port your number to Airtel.” Both mobile and fiber services have become highly unreliable. Customers are lured with promotional SMS offers, only for the company to later deny them, calling it a “mistake.   Despite multiple complaints and even a response from JioCare, the network issue is still not resolved. The tower in our village works only for about 2 hours a day, causing poor connectivity for the entire day. This is unacceptable. Why is the tower not running properly? @JioCare
