  @JioCare I called 20 times on 198 but not able to connect in any dail, and reaching to customer care is worst experience from jio why m I doing recharge of company, should I swich the company for telecom use?

  @JioCare Issue is still not resolved, so just give me a reason why I should stay with Jio if you guys are taking 4 days and counting to resolve my issue and this is happening every week. Fyi- therr is no issue in my area so stop using these tactics.

  @JioCare Since same condition, area details - Madambakkam, 25th Street, padmavathi Nr extn, - inside home signal totally weak....ur team may check only outer... Ur subscribers need to speak in middle of the street??

  @reliancejio I have already emailed the Tower Installation Team at the IDs provided by you, but no one has contacted me yet. Repeatedly sharing the same email IDs is not a resolution. I am ready to provide land free of cost for a tower, subject to feasibility.

  @JioCare Worst internet and data inside office area on ground floor, address new annad nagar behind sarswti school mandia road Pali. nerwork always turned LTE automatically with poor range of signal. Internet feels like 2G Do I recharge for this pathetic service ? Plz look into this
