@JioCare change in Netflix plan to be done from Netflix website. From ther I upgraded from 149 plan to 199 plan as Netflix revised their plan w.e.f. 14th December 2021 not 19th December 2021. If you updated your system late, then why customer will bear the loss? @reliancejio @netflix

@reliancejio @onemanbandindia Worst service. My number is not getting networks. Forget about internet. Networks are fluctuating. I'm not using Jio anymore. I wish I had not done the recharge of 3 months in advance.

@Satya_jg Network services does they really have any such thing! I was frustrated with the services the same way you have been until I switched to @reliancejio I will suggest you to try the same @JioCare takes good care of their customers...
