    @JioCare I said that’s fine as long as the work gets done, but I asked whose fault it was that a customer had to suffer for 6 days. As soon as I said this, the Basni JioFiber staff got angry. It seems they don't even have two minutes to talk to a customer properly.

    @JioCare Can i get a refund please. No one has called or shown up till date. Your service is pathetic. You have no power over your vendors, thats what happens when you don't own anything and have these 3rd party vendors in place for every work Your service request was cancelled.

    @JioCare What is the procedure to submit my jio fiber box, which i have been using for 6 years. You guys have too many customers, so you dont need me to buy a new airfiber connection. Hope you guys will at least help me close my jio fiber connection in Coimbatore.

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection has been down for the last two hours. I am unable to raise a service request through the MyJio app as it is currently unresponsive. Please register a complaint for my connection and provide an estimated time for resolution.

    So the new @JioCare model is: take payment → no delivery → say “escalated” → disappear → ask customer to collect from store? SIM ordered 5+ days ago, agent took my address 2 days back… still nothing. If I have to go to the store anyway, why advertise doorstep delivery? #JIO

    @JioCare I was told the technician would reach within 30 min of scheduled time, yet nobody came. I didn't receive any call. I informed same thing to your sales person, Mr.Shamsher & now he is also not picking up the call. Using JioFiber since 2015, I have never faced this kind of issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your 4G, 5G and AirFiber (ODCPE) all are down from 5 days ping goes to 600+ from 20. And speeds are dead especially UL speed is 0Mbps unable to do gaming, video calls, messages. Kondrikarla 505325 Telangana. #JioAirFiber #JioDown #JioTrue5G
