    @JioCare change in Netflix plan to be done from Netflix website. From ther I upgraded from 149 plan to 199 plan as Netflix revised their plan w.e.f. 14th December 2021 not 19th December 2021. If you updated your system late, then why customer will bear the loss? @reliancejio @netflix

    @reliancejio I m trying to reschedule my jio fiber from 10 days bt there is no respoding from jio staff.when did i go jio office it park i met mr SUDHANSHU kannoji nd i shared my problem which i m suffering from,then he told me why r u relocating jio fiber just take new jio fiber

    @reliancejio @onemanbandindia Worst service. My number is not getting networks. Forget about internet. Networks are fluctuating. I'm not using Jio anymore. I wish I had not done the recharge of 3 months in advance.

    @JioCare reference number – MR00010AI5SJ. This ticket is closed without providing any resolution. No technician ready to visit my place. No network at my place from last 3 weeks. No customer support.

    @JioCare @JioCare I just spoke to customer care, they say that I have by mistake paid 1000 for device, which cannot be refunded. Can you look into that and refund my ₹ 1000

    @Satya_jg Network services does they really have any such thing! I was frustrated with the services the same way you have been until I switched to @reliancejio I will suggest you to try the same @JioCare takes good care of their customers...
