    @TRAI where can I check your policies for broadband connections their TAT, compensation in case of outage what are the further actions one can take etc. This is serious matter as @JioCare is denying refund in case of termination of the contract due to their inability to fix issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI New JioFiber connection taken 3 days ago. STB not activated since day 1. Person came, took the STB box with him & has not returned. Raised complaint & emailed for 2 days. ZERO response from Jio. Paid 4 service I'm nt getting.pls give full refund ASAP.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber no connectivity since morning and every few hours the restoration time is being changed now it’s showing 11:15 PM for service restoration. Today entire day no show, WFH impacted.

    How long does a customer have to wait for a basic internet issue to be resolved, @JioCare? The Wi-Fi service is not working, and the lack of prompt resolution is unacceptable. Kindly address this issue immediately before I am forced to escalate the matter further.

    Most Worst Network Jio doesn't see customer feedback as they don't do anything on customer complaint... There is no internet working in my area both showing 4g and 5g .clearly showing most poorest network in noida sector 19 area @reliancejio @JioCare

    @VenomsTech @reliancejio @JioCare I was also faced this type of problem during my visit to Saudi Arabia, and the other end, Airtel & Vi, worked fine at the same time.

    @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India Zero Jio network in [Ghatladki/Amravati/Maharashtra] as soon as the power goes out. No calls, no data. As an annual plan user, this is unacceptable in emergencies. 99% of users here are suffering. Fix the tower battery backup immediately! #TRAI
