    @reliancejio @reliancegroup @JioCare its been 5 months my issue was not resolved.Reached out to appellate multiple times through email since 5 months yet didn’t receive any positive response/help from jio Fiber team/jio. Jio Fiber is giving me a lot of mental pressure.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Kindly check my DM. I am unable to connect to my office VPN network. The same works from another Jio number. This issue is being seen since yesterday. It was working till then. I would be forced to opt out from Jio using MNP if this does not get resolved.

    @JioCare But my request, please have a better customer care call number, which can be accessible from Google too. So that customer can directly explain the issue to the support team and can know the status of the problem.

    Jio is the wrost network for last few day in bhiwandi @JioCare @reliancejio please look for maintain call stability . Also for internet connection

    @JioCare Please do me a favour and provide me any contact number for registering complaint through calling Kindly make note your staffs neither gave any landline number nor they gave any id number. That’s belong to my neighbour who is a senior citizen who don’t know much about this things

    @JioCare I'm going to surrender jio fibre now and go for Aircel extreme atleast they do not fool their customers to upgrade the plan . U guys suck at being customer care
