    @JioCare The matter is of 19th may on suggestion of executive (as old router was not working) I paid for new connection and the it was activated on same day. But later on when I enquired about cancellation of previous connection he said that it will soon be processed.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio I’m trying to catchup your service engineer and the person who took the payment but no one is responding. In the morning I got a call from your engineer that service cant be completed. Your CSA assured me that it will be installed today

    @reliancejio jio fiber support had been pathetic and they haven't been able to solve a simple case for the last 6 months due to their negligence and bad customer handling. Feeling sorry about other jiofiber Rajasthan customers.

    @JioCare Every time a different person comes and gives consolation, so many employees of such a big company are only to give assurance, no one has the solution.

    @JioCare Jio Fibre was supposed to be the best broadband service in india but unfortunately every single day we face issues. At this moment i can say that they have the worst customer service, not sure about technology

    @reliancejio @JioCare Experiencing worst network connectivity from you from last 3-6 mnths with dead slow mobile data speed and server is unreachable while making a phone call. Cnted CC many times and still no use. Is there any end for this problem?? Thanks if you give answer.

    @JioCare So, escalations doesn't work in @jio_fiber No engineer visit till now from Monday Afternoon. Just getting to know that engineer will visit soon, today, tomorrow etc.
