    @JioCare you have recruited utterly and foolish customer service agent at your service location who never understand what is problem and never provide the resolution and disconnect the call each time if asked for complaint. Pathetic service #JioFiber

    It has been around 2 weeks when JioFiber FFTX was setup in our locality. I have registered for JioFiber connection. The service center has been ignoring request, whenever i try to connect to them they decline and ignore calls @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima Dear sir your JioFiber not working for past 30 hours. Service Request number SR000016HY66 has been logged No response till now. Customercare says short of technicians. Is there any time limit for resolving complaints? increase staff or stop new connection

    @Dinshastic @JioCare Not only jio but every service provider has exempted the SMS service from all the plans except unlimited plans. I had to recharge my Airtel number with Rs.123, just to get an otp verification. It's very inconvenient.
