    @JioCare The appointment has been rescheduled for evening 7-8 pm And no-one will come today even. As earlier schedules were 4:30-5:30pm. I will recommend my peer and every known, not to invest in jiofiber. Poor customer service.

    @JioCare @QamarAnchor My experience is better with jio @JioCare , using from the launching , and never disappointed .Data is better , cost is better,I m getting min 30 to 65 mbps/sec. I have remember that era when we recharge 999 for life time free incoming, extra recharge for data and msg with 2g 🙏

    @JioCare there is no network in both my Jio sim cards and even my Jio AirFibre Wi-Fi is not working.

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio Since morning, there has been no improvement in the AirFiber outage. Is your team unable to identify the issue, or lacking the skills to fix it? How much longer do customers have to wait for restoration when the same response of “4 hours” is repeated.

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare can you see the competition and response and your team is still least bothered to still fix the issue and respond in a prompt manner. It’s been more than a week in metro city to get this hardly 15-20 min job.

    @JioCare It's been 4+ days without usable mobile internet in Shriram Colony Rau, Nehru Nagar & nearby areas, Indore. This is an area-wide outage affecting hundreds of users. When will it actually be resolved? @TRAI @DoT_India

    @JioCare i hope you already have my number 581321 comes under belekeri post place is bhavikeri sometimes it will be 4 stick or 3 stick when it will go to 1 it will be like no service from 3 days its the issue and i know even power issue is there here

    Hi @JioCare , SR000039Y6CF has been open for over a week with no resolution. We both work from home, and this issue is affecting our work. Please provide a concrete update and resolve it at the earliest.customer support also not helping much apart from saying we will escalate
