    @JioCare Hi @JioCare Its been 8 days since I raised the request and still my issue hasn't been resolved. Only if the backend team was as good as social media team I wouldn't be bothering you. Kindly escalate the issue as I was promised a resolution in 24 hrs.

    @JioCare worst service ever and very worst customer care executives . Raised relocation request 5 times and every time it gets canceled and nobody is able to answer why is it getting canceled. @reliancejio

    @JioCare As if I was not aware of this thing that it stops after recharge. My concern is why does it keeps annoying on every call and spam texts and pop ups when plan is about to end.Customer is not fool in the telecom era.They wl definitely recharge.

    @JioCare I dont care if a billion people are trying to access the network at the same time. Will you consider my excuse if I dont pay my bill since your services were affected? No. You ll simply disconnect my service. So save these petty excuses…
