@JioCare I applied for a choice number on my Jio and was allotted a agent after chosing home delivery, however I only now realized that the number can only be postpaid, I do not want a postpaid Sim, and there's no option to cancel the order in my Jio app. #choiceNumber

@JioCare I sent a port out request due to internet issue. I got a call immediately from jio team and they misbehaved with me. I lost trust on jio. I recommend everyone to don't use jio. Wrost customer support and poor network management.

A weird @JioCare employee called me today to inform me their network is fine and I should visit service center of my handset for resolution. Idiots don't even care for customer service. She had a sleepy voice the whole conversation. Who gave these people jobs???
