@JioCare my no 7830417018request for cancellation of connection on 15 aug and on 20 aug but no pickup has been arranged till now call many time to customer care but same reply 48 hours after so many days very bad customer satisfaction and response time as not aspected

@airtelindia How many days we should suffer from your poor network quality in the Navi Mumbai Region near Ulwe Node. Now no service in my mobile. When power goes off your network never work for even calls. Did mistake by porting from @reliancejio 😟

Pathetic service from @reliancejio with 3 month’s 75GB plan. Not even page loading with that plan, whereas it’s working superbly for daily 1.5GB limit 😡. Even restart of mobile not worked. @JioCare

@JioCare When will i receive my money. I have been informed that amt will get credited 15th Aug. Today 23rd Aug still not received. Can't understand what type of customer service you provide. @airtelindia provide better service n hand customer better than jio. @reliancejio
