@JioCare pathetic service! Customer care is unresponsive. Service requests are closed automatically. No network connectivity since afternoon. WFH getting impacted and can't even make calls. Will port to other service provider immediately.

@JioCare @JioCare Your people simply want do copy paste and on and off routers. Not intrested in doing more scope work. Simply they want to get paid at salary date by doing easy jobs. Instead exploring these issues.

@JioCare As you guys said today the work will be done, but none of your technicians came down to my house. I can’t bear with you people. One thing state me clearly if you people can fix my internet or not, if not just cancel my connection and return back my money.
