    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio only issue card via ekyc not using by documents. I m now in trouble by using jio card. I m unable to get my jio card which was lost and not giving support to get it back. I feel that i m stuck.even tho i m ready to give all document they are very rigid

    I love the SIM delivery at home service from @JioCare in India. $239 for 28 days unlimited calling and 42GB data. Apply online and they will come and take a photo of your documents, take your photo and activate it right away.

    @JioCare I disconnected jio fiber connection on 21 July with my registered number and it has already been 2 months, everytime I call customer care you guys say refund is in process how much time it will take to proceed the refund? Didn't expect this kind of poor service from jio

    @reliancejio Why Jio fiber is not available in my area? I already complaint about that but there is no response from your team even whole city enjoyed jio fiber except me and my neighbourhood. A coustomer from Lalitpur (U.P) 284403, Azadpura.
