but now it says your connection got disconnected and you have to pay more 1500 for new connection and have to return back old device my question to @JioCare is when customer has not requested for disconnecting the fiber who are you to make the decision is this right please help

@airtelindia is the worst telecom service provider. Yesterday i recharged my number is 265 rupees pack, which i had to get 1.5 gb data daily but they are giving me 1 gb. @reliancejio missing you
