    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 3 days since my Jio fiber is not working, I have complained about this but no engineer is visiting my place. I'm from Aurangabad and the people lying to me are Dinesh Gujrati 9284005027 and Imtiyaz 8668481046. Sadly I'll have to switch to Airtel.

    @JioCare @reliancejio No internet since 2nd Aug. 1st complaint got auto closd n 2nd is pending since 7thAug. Unable to do my work. Its been 8 days n counting nw. Unable 2 watch my fav shows on jio STB either. This is plain mental harassment. #poorcustomerservice @consumerforum_

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio postpaid plan comes up with one year subscription of Amazon prime but when you successfully completed one year they started charging this facility. Same plan, old customer less benefits. Instead of enhance benefits to old customers they are degraded it.
