@JioCare Actually we never been faced such problem I think it is intentional act however we are free to decide as you have limited network because there is not any single issued with other service providers at

@ViCustomerCare Thanks for the response, but the unlawful deduction of the amount from account balance and repeated network problems especially the 4G network leads me to for this decision. Now I should give a chance to @reliancejio

@reliancejio very poor service no body to reply properly .I request for invoice copies of my last four months .customer care doesn’t have authority to do same. no seniors wants to come on call .switch the Airtel .asking to write email ( need four months invoice for 912235420065)
