    @JioCare Actually we never been faced such problem I think it is intentional act however we are free to decide as you have limited network because there is not any single issued with other service providers at

    @Airtel_Presence dear airtel in my village there are nearly 100-150 jio active users .we are sick from jio non responsible internet issue..if your company provide us a better internet facility than we all port our jiosim in to airtel..if any quary u can contact me.@reliancejio

    @JioCare Your executive are saying different kind of thing they are directly telling that if I took new connection they will put in a day otherwise they will not authorised... If jio don't have connection transfer policy then why you people give word's to customer....??

    @JioCare If my connection not transferred as your executive said previously I will escalate the issue to your higher level.. then I will go to consumer forum.. I want my connection transfer. I will not invest again 2000 rs for new connection..

    @JioCare The problem is that it has been over a year and now the past 3 months it has gotten worse. I dont think Jio is interested in improving because it should not be taking so much time. Assuming they are working then it will take forever which i dont have the time.

    @JioCare I tried everything thing. Finally, I stopped using my Jio number. I will never recharge my plan got expired. since last 6 month, I am not getting network at my home. due to this no calls no internet. i have complaints several time but no solution provided.

    @JioCare Hi JIO Team, this is to inform you that today I called customer care again, they said that the engineer will visit today. But again I see no one visited. This is the continuous issue I am facing from 23th April till date. Please help.
