    @Airtel_Presence dear airtel in my village there are nearly 100-150 jio active users .we are sick from jio non responsible internet issue..if your company provide us a better internet facility than we all port our jiosim in to airtel..if any quary u can contact me.@reliancejio

    @JioCare Actually we never been faced such problem I think it is intentional act however we are free to decide as you have limited network because there is not any single issued with other service providers at

    @reliancejio Very bad service it ' 12:30 am and i never used 0 kb but when from last half and hour to showing that i use my day plan and recharge again what a bad service. Shameless shameless.i.chang my opretor. Today is Diwali tyohar and on right 12 am showing i use all data 😡

    I am a user of Jio sim . It's been a week your network and internet connectivity is too low that it less than 2G and up-down all the time... I faced a lot of trouble in my work. I'll port to other operator if this problem isn't solved quickly. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Doesn't keep the privacy of customers. Once you port the number to @reliancejio. number is exposed with local Jio agents,who keep calling once your validity is over. Isn't an automated text message enough for customer privacy?

    Recharged a jio number through cred app but recharge is not received. Theres no customer support option in app. Paytm,phonepe process recharges instantly. Wrost experience by cred. @JioCare @CRED_club

    @reliancejio please refund my recharge amount as you're unable to provide internet service. Name 4G, worse than 2G. Tweeting this using @airtelindia internet.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio Both Airtel and Jio towers are available in our village Sohsa but internet service is not working properly at all Village+Post :- SOHSA PIN CODE:- 824127 DIST :- ARWAL BIHAR

    @JioCare When you do not have any solution for us related to the network, then why should we talk to you for the last 6 years, we were calling for continuous help, even then you did not do it, then what will you do now.
