    @JioCare Actually we never been faced such problem I think it is intentional act however we are free to decide as you have limited network because there is not any single issued with other service providers at

    @Airtel_Presence dear airtel in my village there are nearly 100-150 jio active users .we are sick from jio non responsible internet issue..if your company provide us a better internet facility than we all port our jiosim in to airtel..if any quary u can contact me.@reliancejio

    @JioCare This is the speed of jio internet. From the past 15 to 25 days you are saying the same thing. What is the use of paying for 100 mbps if it doesn't work . If we don't pay the amount will be accepted. It will be disconnected immediately

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Team, My jio fibre network isn't working since 23 April and I had raised a SR which is put on hold for "exceptional reasons" as mentioned in the app. However, Jio is working fine for other members in the building.

    @JioCare The issue was finally resolved on 24.04.2026 at 5 PM, after a full 6-day delay. Yet, you claim there was 'no delay.' Had this been a government service like BSNL, the engineer would have faced strict action or punishment by now.

    Hello @JioCare. Raised a service request for wifi being slow for a few days. It was closed 4 hours later without any resolution. No one even reached out for help. Hire better people on ground please.

    @reliancejio @JioCare this is highly frustrating experience..despite of all efforts from my side ..my jio fiber is down with no internet access..you guys charged 3 months advance from me for this kind of experience..zero ratings from my side.
