    @JioCare My internet is still down…the engineer can’t fix it. Escalate I am a working professional and I have meeting today and the internet on my phone is also from Jio. Please get it fixed and I will move to Airtel like your engineer suggested

    @JioCare Your technician has been cheating for the last 3 days. They put my request on hold without informing me and marked it as an OTP issue. Jio is no longer reliable.

    @JioCare Why is Jio wasting time? I just spoke to customer care and they are telling me that I will raise a new concern, please wait for 24 hours again, otherwise go to Jio store and activate it, tell me this kind of arbitrariness. Why do you waste our time?

    @JioCare Installing another service like JioAirFiber is not a solution for the mobile network I am already paying for. You have acknowledged the limited coverage but continue to avoid giving a timeline. If you cannot provide a specific date for the resolution of this issue, I will...
