    @Airtel_Presence dear airtel in my village there are nearly 100-150 jio active users .we are sick from jio non responsible internet issue..if your company provide us a better internet facility than we all port our jiosim in to airtel..if any quary u can contact me.@reliancejio

    @JioCare It’s been 48 hours and no engineer is yet assigned to the ticket SR000035Q875 Pathetic service. Can’t even call the toll free number to talk to an agent. What’s the way out here?

    @JioCare Due to this harassment and irresponsible support, I am now turning to Airtel for my connection. Jio is really a rubbish ISP. My complaint SR000035L5K1 was closed without any engineer visit or issue resolution. Very disappointing service and zero customer support. @JioCare

    @JioCare Poor internet service from JioFiber for the past several days. Frequent speed drops and intermittent disconnections are affecting office work and online meetings. Multiple complaints already sent, but only generic replies received. If not resolved soon, will switch.

    @RIL_Updates @JioCare "It seems like a standard response that I receive every time. Every time there is a network issue, your team gives the same excuse about 'temporary issues in the area.' It feels like a way to avoid addressing the problem seriously. I am tired of being given the same vague response instead of a permanent solution. Please take my complaint seriously and fix this issue once and for all, rather than making excuses."

    @madhukar_m35446 @reliancejio Worst customer support experience. Your team only sends copy-paste generic replies and does absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. No installation update, no accountability, just endless frustration

    Today is6th day since the complaint ws raised via cal & d 2nd day of continuously connecting with u through email & X platform.Still no resolution,no technician visit .Is this how you handle your customers? Extremely disappointed with the service Reff#SR000035HLA9 @JioCare @TRAI
