    @JioCare hi team, I have booked my migration request from prepaid to postpaid in ur new entertainment plan. Paid the quarterly fees but I have not got any option to schedule STB booking. Pl help, I called ur customer care and they couldn't help.

    @JioCare What is this internet speed. I need internet for many thing in the evening but only at evening to almost 1 am , internet becomes so slow that it doesn't even work. Please fix this issue, Jio. Location is added. Or else I am switching to @airtelindia cc @reliancejio
