Technician asked extra ₹700 (unofficial), no response since then. No support from customer care. Forced to run on hotspot.

Ajay kumar (@ajayn1729) reported@JioCare Thank you for reopening the request. However, please note that the issue was never resolved earlier and the complaint was closed without any visit or OTP verification. Request proper engineer visit and permanent resolution, as the problem is still ongoing.
