The Jio tower has been out of service, and hundreds of customers are facing serious inconvenience. All of us have recharged with 5G plans, but we only receive a 4G network.

Will Jio automatically schedule an appointment when one become technically available or do I need to call ad infinitum? Thanks in advance.
