    @Airtel_Presence dear airtel in my village there are nearly 100-150 jio active users .we are sick from jio non responsible internet issue..if your company provide us a better internet facility than we all port our jiosim in to airtel..if any quary u can contact me.@reliancejio

    @JioCare We have logged the complaint again (SR000018A7R0), The support came and checked the issue. He told that router is not proper, The connection has taken recently and if I face this kind of issue in fresh connection it's very much disappointing for me

    @reliancejio I recharge my number by using jiomart cashback which was not successful but cashback was dedicated. It was not refunded. I call many time to 199 198 1991 but not find any option to talk with your representative. Please help. Improve your service

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have been struggling since morning to lodge a complaint as someone broke the Jio fibre cable. All my work is stopped. Customer care is disconnecting my call after listening to my concern. Local jio technician are not picking up the call. What to do?

    @JioCare Its been 12hours with no resolution provided. Neither we have option to speak to customer service. After recharging as well plan is not activated. #worstcustomerservice

    @JioCare so as i tweeted earlier somehow i got connected to #customercare. When u ask the representative they mute the call and tell name such a way that customer cant understand & then tell customer you are responsible for payments u made. Customer is wrong

    Worst condition @reliancejio Fiber Request raise amount paid but more than 2 days are passed & still fiber not installed.2 times engg come & 1 said your distance is 140 mtr 2nd says box is full right now. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Why you not checked before giving me connection.

    @JioCare I am struggling to make outgoing calls while I am on international roaming since last 2 to 3 weeks but it’s not getting resolved no TAT aswell is this the way Jio supports the customer
