    @JioCare Actually we never been faced such problem I think it is intentional act however we are free to decide as you have limited network because there is not any single issued with other service providers at

    @Airtel_Presence dear airtel in my village there are nearly 100-150 jio active users .we are sick from jio non responsible internet issue..if your company provide us a better internet facility than we all port our jiosim in to airtel..if any quary u can contact me.@reliancejio

    Barely 15 days since your engineer visited my home and the Jio Airfiber has started acting up once again @JioCare BC send a competent executive who can diagnose the problem properly and provide a lasting solution. And BC, update your app.

    @JioCare i have talked to the customer care they said that both going to expire in same date So at last i have taken 1 month loss I want you to refund the amount i have paid and activate the free one which i got from 3 month recharge for activation Or adjust this free nxt month billing

    @JioCare SR no SR3F57QR. It is very surprising that in city like Mumbai, Jio Fiber service is not working at my place since more than 24 hours. 2nd time Jio service engineer assigned for tomorrow noon. Hope, service disruption does not extend more than 48 hrs now.

    @JioCare Done. But, can you look into changing the terms? One minute of delay in recharging leads to disconnection of internet. But one day of service shutdown does not change anything. @reliancejio

    ISSUE since 2 MONTH COMPLAINT RAISED 14 days back If alive, Den respond @JioCare @reliancejio Ur network really sucks. I hv raised d complaint SRO0003DTOFP nothing improved. Y did u mark it as resolved? Wn u ll be resolving d issue? Say NO to JIO #unsatisfactory #annoying

    Worst service by @reliancejio @JioCare inspite of complaining for jio fibre since 2 days, no response, the service guy says speak to jio do not call me.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber Engineer visit after 5 days to resolve the issue is this kind of service we expect from Jio or who is responsible for non activation of plan since 19/08/26 to 27/08/26 who will pay for this period as I have recharge for 30 days
