Got a complaint for my jiofiber technician came fixed it and immediately asked for happy code which i said shall share in an hour as will check and confirm if its working fine. Technician cuts the wire and net is nt wrkn agn. @reliancejio @JioCare didn’t expect ths rude behvr.

Dear @reliancejio recently i have ported from airtel to Jio. Unfortunately i regret this because of weak signal at my place. I could not manage work from home with this. Airtel was good. Only concern was over charges. Would be glad if it is fixed asap. Thanks

Jio Network connection caused Behind jamnagar S T Stand area. Though there was a coverage signal, but phone was showing out of coverage area. Before a week it was causing same issue. Repitadly issue is causing. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Service request ID is Your service request number is SR00001AMH2I. You will receive an update by 26/04/2022 12:09. So far issue is not yet fixed. This is ridiculous.
