    @Airtel_Presence dear airtel in my village there are nearly 100-150 jio active users .we are sick from jio non responsible internet issue..if your company provide us a better internet facility than we all port our jiosim in to airtel..if any quary u can contact me.@reliancejio

    @JioCare We are not getting the proper network for making the calls. The network is fluctuating. Need solution please. Tower is located with in 1km from our house.

    @JioCare i spoke 2 days before with Jio repersentative & confirmed OTT app will available on 5 screen based on that confirmed to install and paid 2500rs But yesterday when installation guy came he confirmed it is limited to 1 device.Pls cancel connection & revert booking amount.

    @JioCare very disappointing customer service jio wifi stop working every weekend with FULL RECHARGE already done. On raising an request and specifying to jiocare as very urgent issue and raise it as HIGH priority, they promised someone will show up till evening NO one showed up👎🏻
