    @JioCare Actually we never been faced such problem I think it is intentional act however we are free to decide as you have limited network because there is not any single issued with other service providers at

    @Airtel_Presence dear airtel in my village there are nearly 100-150 jio active users .we are sick from jio non responsible internet issue..if your company provide us a better internet facility than we all port our jiosim in to airtel..if any quary u can contact me.@reliancejio

    If you call Jio care for escalation the executive simply replies :- * There is no senior executive, no supervisor and no Manager to whom the issue can be highlighted/escalated. Can only re-schedule request to get new 24hrs resolution TAT.... #Jiofiber #RelianceJio

    Jio calls services are worst with @reliancejio #jiofiber service ,monthly we are paying 1170(including GST) but the service we receive is literally not worth the money @JioCare .. please do provide proper call and internet services

    @JioCare @JioChat I have disconnected Jio Fiber service and device has been picked up on August 18. Till date I haven't received security deposit refund. Call center call didn't help. Can you help in this regard ?

    @JioCare This copy paste reply I got more than 15times,i am ready to wait if you give me specific time,it isn't rocket science to resolve a simple payment issues,if this is your pace of resolving issues,i think all subscriber have to rethink,i had to disturb your Chairman for petty issue

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio there is no internet past 6 hours. Raised complaint SR000017A3H0, still there is no action taken. Kindly look into it on priority.
