Had a 200rs voucher for jio fiber used it for recharge but the payment was unsuccessful. Now the voucher is gone from my account.Customer care told me that I actually used my voucher coz i applied it even though the recharge was unsuccessful.Makes no sense @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare 18008899444 Jio Business Helpline for Corporate Jio Connection, Executives do not pick up calls even for more than 20 minutes. What a customer service. Deserves Nobel Prize in customer service.

@JioCare The issue has been solved now but our 5 days were waste I was not able to do my online class and my father wasn't able to do his office work so I hope that further your company will not repeat this mistake

@JioCare jiofiber installation scheduled at 4 got auto rescheduled at 5:30..still no sign of any jio personel at 6:22..could you please have a look as it's not possible to take half day leave everyday? It was already prescheduled time, can't understand this poor time keeping.
