    @JioCare Actually we never been faced such problem I think it is intentional act however we are free to decide as you have limited network because there is not any single issued with other service providers at

    @Airtel_Presence dear airtel in my village there are nearly 100-150 jio active users .we are sick from jio non responsible internet issue..if your company provide us a better internet facility than we all port our jiosim in to airtel..if any quary u can contact me.@reliancejio

    @JioCare Dear jio. Services are pathetic at my place Krishan vatika Sudamapuri, we are unable to use neither data nor voice At least installed one tower in our area so that the network can be improved.

    @JioCare @reliancejio your finger print scanner in your mall at Laxmipuri Kolhapur Digital Store is broken. It is not scanning properly and our Aadhar is getting blocked, resulting in us to get it updated. Please look into this.

    My issue is still unresolved. I changed my connection from Airtel to Jio thinking service will be better but this is pathetic. it is not enough to have a slogan JioCare, it needs to be translated into Service Delivery and Resolution

    @JioCare No one has visited to fix jio .it's been 9 day's now. Very poor service. who will bear the loss of my work and data.
