Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

Pathatic @reliancejio service. Their Sales Service team hand in gloves forcing customer to take new connection everytime instead relocating their device. Our relocation order CO0000QSMTET within same pin462026 pending since Nov7. If this is not corruption than what @pib_comm #jio

@JioCare @reliancejio Still no resolution. I recommend no one should use Jio, pathetic support. Specially, when you stuck in an international location. Last 5 days, paid extra 20 USD but no resolution.

@JioCare IR activation service, an absolute unprofessional, unpractical & nonsense customer care service. unable to understand a simple request, demanding for documents details which isn't required to activate services. Just can't rely on thier services for international travel.
