    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare From last 15 days I have facing issue from Jio connection,No call connecting and internet issue as well..have already chat with Jio Team, no solution received, so if the problem is not resolved then I have to move other service provider.

    @JioCare Does this help u understand the issue? Although the complete details are there in the tweets above, Still it was asked. Had u have the intensions to help, it wud hav been resolved by now. But what all is given is EXCUSES, FALSE COMMITMENTS #jioFraud

    @JioCare Kindly help to improve jio fibre connectivity I'm using at my home for just a TV and two laptops(offc work only) working at a time and won't believe even VPN is not getting connected. Called ur cust care but to no avail.

    @JioCare facing issue with Jio fiber from past 1 wk. Raised complaints multiple times, still no resolution. Your service man just ask me for OTP over phone and he marks issue as resolved. PATHETIC. Your customer care team is clueless. Service request no - SR00001ITXMG

    @JioCare We are located in Raheja Tesla, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, 300 MSME's & 5000 people are also in same premises, We are facing network issue, Its extreme level, Please resolve it, Or we have to do mass porting to Airtel.

    @reliancejio @JioCare SR00001IU6SY. Guys no one called me & got a message that request is rescheduled. Then got a message that request is on hold. What's going on. Send an engineer to my location for addressing the issue or raise a cancellation SR for me
