    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare i live in Shastrinagar jaipur, I am a customer of jio wifi, it's been over 2 days since wifi is not working and their is no update from customer care whatsoever. I don't expect such service from jio. Can i get update here or we can't expect anything.

    @JioCare @JioCare I am extremely concerned as my recharge for the last seven days still hasn’t been updated, and I have not received a refund either. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating, and I urgently need a resolution.

    Submitted the relocation request with device collected from base location on 06.06.2026 with relocation scheduled on 10.06.2026. Still no person called or messaged regarding the same. 5 days have passed. Pathetic service by Jio. @JioCare

    @JioCare Are you using jio? How you feel the jio network. I also use jio but I face lots of problems in jio and i call the jio I don't know who is speaking same of things 😔. My network stick is full fill but where is the network not working any social media application fix now.

    .@JioCare For the past several days, residents of Krushnapur, Raypur, Khordha (PIN: 752020), Odisha have been facing severe network and internet disruptions. Mobile signals disappear, calls fail to connect, and internet services become unusable from morning onwards. @DoT_India
