    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio no network coverage of jio fro from 6 hrs it always happens whenever rain starts very poor network coverage thanks to bsnl

    @JioCare There was no option to cancel this ₹200 plan, which effectively forced one to get the ₹349 unlimited 5G recharge instead. The Jio app displays "Unlimited 5G" for the ₹200 recharge, which is incorrect.😡

    @reliancejio @JioCare JIO is a fraud company. I strongly advise not to take internet connection from JIO. I m also going to register complaint in consumer forum.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber I raised a Service Request 4 days ago for my Jio Fiber connection. Still no engineer is visiting. All of them are marking them as Hold saying door is locked. No one came to visit till now. What sort of service is this?

    @JioCare As I said, I was on 700 plan which is outstanding. Plan has by default changed to 1111. I want 399. You are asking me to pay 700 (outstanding) +399 (only to change the plan). That's not fair. Now what's the solution?

    @JioCare @reliancejio There has been JioFiber service disruption for the past 3 weeks. After multiple complaints, calls, incidents raised; not even a single representative has taken into consideration of visiting the vicinity and resolving. No escalations made whatsoever.

    @JioCare @JioCare, are your engineers stuck in a time loop? You keep closing my tickets (SR00003BMKLB, SR000038MJ9D) with the exact same automated script: 'temporary outage, resolved in 30 days'. I’ve been hearing this since February! 5 months later, the only thing 'temporary' 1/2

    @JioCare I don't understand why you are not understanding the problem. The GREEN LED is already showing but the wifi network is not showing in devices. Before replying atleast understand the problem
