    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I am getting worried when I want to go to home town. Bcoz the jio network is worst and I cannot do WFH. Really frustrating. Raised many complaints but no use. Stupid service from jio care.

    @JioCare @reliancejio what about jio 4G. Why it has become such a poor network service at the moment. No action or survey taken to improve it .

    @JioCare - Why I am facing issue of internet all time and when we try to connect to customer care - phone is directly disconnecting. If you don' t want to give this facility then why this option has given in IVR ???

    @JioCare Keep customer care number working. You have 2 numbers to complain i.e. 198/1991. Not able to connect either number ever. Please stop looting customers.@reliancejio @jio

    @reliancejio Very slow speed and disconnect automatic many time every day If my problem not solve on time, I will never continue with you, as my plan renew on next month If your service is not satisfactory I will go with another company in next month
