    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Despite of closing the postpaid connection last month, i got a bill due for this month. Service ID SR00001CDG7A. Please look into this and also i dont have any option to pay the bill (if its valid) via myjio or billportals.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Omaxe Cassia, New Chandigarh. Only half the Colony has been provided with network while the other half waits patiently for Jio to smile. Totally unprofessional approach.

    @JioCare @reliancejio while I'm changing my plan from 199 to 399 why it is asking for security deposit of 500 hundred rupees. No other services provider is taking security deposit. I had a word with jio customer care the person from customer support he ask me it will not charge
