    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare service is too bad. My pack is going to expire and I felt that's why my internet speed is decreased to 0.25 Mbps in download. Happens very frequently. @Airtel_Presence I want to port my number.

    @JioCare @Shivamsatyarth3 @JioCare you knowingly decrease the internet speed before 3-4 days of expiration of the internet pack. My experience is too bad.

    @JioCare @reliancejio very disappointed with the after service provided by jio fiber personel .Have raised an complaint regarding non availability of internet for the past 4 days haven’t received any solution yet just an update it will be solved soon.

    @JioCare Since 7 days your fiber box was damaged i paid for 7-8 days without using your service is this way to making fool to customer. Whenever i raised reqst everytime get closed without resolved many times i raised issue regarding OTT amaxone prime app. Regarda, Ujjawal

    @JioCare membership too. It is a mistake from your end since I had paid separately for it and it is valid till December 03,2022. Please restart my prime membership. I spoke to amazon prime customer care and they have also informed that the membership has been cancelled by Jio
