    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Same copy pasting of msgs. Your ground team doesn't care at all. Customer care team dont know anything beyond copy paste and raising request.

    @JioCare But why was I lied about this, I was said that I only need to carry my device and the same will be collected from my location, my new location is just 15 minus red away from old one, all this to save 1500..this is ****

    @JioCare Apparently I think for me to rectify Jio Service I have to go to call the customer service everyday. I have no idea if anyone is even bothered? 4th day and counting when my service is down. I have got a call from a Jio technician half hour back. He said he is working for another
