Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

Hey @AxisBankSupport, @JioCare @reliancejio has taken advanced payment from me for jiofiber installation but are now refusing to provide the same. They are also refusing the cancel the order. So, I have to file a chargeback. Could you guide me on this and sort this out legally?

who are not able to visit Jio store. When asked for the reason one jio official behaved very rudely. Customer care, twitter no one able to provide a resolution. Is this a behaviors I should get after paying 1200 per month? I don't know what is exactly going on. @JioCare

@JioCare As expected, more lipservice! Read the 100 emails and listen to 100s of phonecalls with you to understand. Do some homework. You're not displaying an iota of inkling to make any effort whatsoever to provide a resolution.

@reliancejio @JioCare i have applied for jio fiber on 8th May. Executive came to my place and took payment for 3 month advance. since that i am only following up for the connection but getting no response. I was not expecting such a pathetic service from you guys.
