    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio It has been 2 years long after launched of jiofiber still it is not available in my area worst customer service of jio

    @JioCare Still this issue hasn't resolved. How can all the banks e-commerce websites have the issues simultaneously? This is definitely a JIO problem and not their issue. Let me know the solution else I will be forced to port my number.

    @JioCare My mistake... I paid airtel for 1 year of 200 mbps plan and now I am suffering with issues since day 1.

    @IGLSKID23 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @JIOFIBER8 @reliancejio raised a complain "SR00001A13Z5" for frequent wifi disconnection on 5GHZ on 22 March. Still issue is not resolved. Engineer schedule was for 23march but till today no one came. Customer care is pathetic. They disconnect call when I ask about dely.

    @reliancejio worst postpaid service younate running around. You are just using people's sentiment, emotions and time. I have switched my vodaphone number to jio on 26th Jan and was running smoothly until on 12th March, I have received a msg from your end that I havean outstanding
