    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Your service is very Poor.i will never Suggest to Anybody for #JioFiber . I have installed Airtelfiber and the service is too good Within 30 minutes Installation has been completed into my shop.This is the way of service.

    @JioCare Dear sir I would like to inform you that employees of you jio kanpur office are asking for 1000 to 1500 rupees extra and giving guarantee to provide jio fibre connection and if customer is not ready to pay this amount they cancel the request with some improper reasons.

    @JioCare network a nuisance, causing trouble for last 4 months, resulting loss to my studies and other works, technicians visit and just update router, of no use. Recently jio stopped picking my calls, a new trend. Speeds sometimes goes 0 in 150 Mbps plan. Matter of grave concern

    @JioCare i am facing internet issue since day before yesterday. I have lodged complaint against it on yesterday also. But till today internet is not working in my area and this is 3rd time jio service is down in my area. Jio customer executives also don't have any answer for that

    @JioCare one one of the worst service in recent times my bros sim card number has been diverted to some other number without any permission though the recharge was done on time he is not able to make calls or receive please close the the sim permanently

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio my wifi has not been working properly since the last 8-9 days. today my family wants to watch the match but again it has stopped working. I tried placing complaints but your engineer was unable to fix the problem.

    @JioCare Could you provide Mr. Vijay Anand contact, it is almost 79 hrs. What do you mean by priority. We feel cheated now. This is worst customer support and worst service we ever seen.
