    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare The hypocrisy is unbelievable. You’re fast enough to cut off a connection when you want to, but suddenly you're 'incapable' of handling a transfer? I’m done with the scripts and the excuses. I want a resolution, not a story.

    Complaint No- SR000035G1MV Have been trying to get my jio fibre connectivity issue resolved since 3 days now. The response to the complaint is absolutely pathetic. There is no option to directly speak to anyone if the technician does not visit. 1/2 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Complaint registered on 6th May with resolution promised by 11th May, yet no fix till now. Only false promises and negligence. My e-commerce business suffered losses due to your service failure, and my bill is due on 12th May. Expecting proper compensation.
