    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare What **** is this,when delayed ? We notice from our records that bill payments for your Jio Number 9971792535 have been delayed in the past resulting in overdue charges. To avoid overdue charges or suspension of services, kindly make your bill payment before 12-03-2021 .

    @ACTFibernet has the worst possible customer service ever, 10/10 would not recommend. If you have @airtelindia or @reliancejio in your area go for it. Act is not worth the hassle and their 6 months commitments.

    @reliancejio I do not understand why your customer care is just not responding to customer queries! There has been numerous calk cancellations and still I haven't been able to connect! How are we dealing with this now?
