    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_bank Internet speed has become very slow in Nangal Khanjadi village of Laxmangarh tehsil of Alwar district of Rajasthan for the last 10 days. Get it corrected. Area pin code 321607 internet speed is approaching 5.00 KB/S.

    @JioCare This is not at all temporary nor intermittent Since last 3 days pathetic network from jio without any resolution. Even voice calls are also breaking or not getting connected. Requested for earliest resolution @AshwiniVaishnaw #help

    @1ntelligent1nv @JioCare @reliancejio "will escalate further" is telco code for ticket closed and forgotten. relocation cancels with no reason logged means the process itself is broken, support is just the messenger

    @JioCare I raised a JioFiber relocation request on June 28. While the modem was collected on June 29, my new connection is yet to be set up - it was supposed to be done on June 30. I haven’t received any update and can’t contact customer care. Please resolve or refund my money.

    @JioCare @JioCare It is now the next day after 11 AM. Neither has my Jio AirFiber been installed nor has my cancellation request been processed. Despite multiple follow-ups, the local manager is not responding. Need an immediate resolution on Service Request SR000039YK4V.

    @JioCare You guys are charging me extra without any reason. I had never asked for my pre paid service to change to post paid and yet your team did what seemed convenient at their end.
