    @JioCare @BaluBalaji37377 Making fool of everyone with the same reply but nothing much after that they don't have support to fix a broken wire only. I think you will not able to resolve the issue please help to disconnect the connection, I am opting other providers which is providing far better service

    @reliancejio Hi as per latest reply I tried to contact the Jio care.. again nobody is responding and helping.. I have been waiting and trying reach you guys from last 5days. But , No luck. I’m not getting any Network or signals in my phone. I am in UAE presently

    @reliancejio , Jio customer support very worst service and I never seen this kind of support. My Jio Number is not working on UAE .. I am not expecting any IR special packs.. I need to get my OTP. That’s all. I’m not getting any Network.. why? My Jio number- 8919458589

What a world class service provider? MoTelecom must ensure a timeline to address grievance by appellate authorities
