    Worst service experience @JioCare @jio_fiber .my jio fiber is not working from last 2-3 days , yesterday book appointment and got scheduled visit on yesterday evening 6pm , but no one came , today i spoke to jio care customer care , they said they will take my request on 1/2

    @JioCare I have restart and checked LAN properly but router is not starting even no light singal is showing over there. What the issue is we don't know but our work is stucked due to no internet.

    .@JioCare Paid ₹2,221.46 for #JioFiber on 21 Jul 2026 (Order: NO0001ERC87A). Installation promised on 22 Jul but never happened. After repeated follow-ups, still no service. Now asked to wait 10–12 more days for refund. Very disappointing. Please cancel & refund immediately. #

    @JioCare Please improve the service in my locality, my number is 7002258055. Just check how many times i have contacted your customer service and how many service request i have raised regarding my airfibre and mobile. But no proper resolution was provided.
