    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_bank Internet speed has become very slow in Nangal Khanjadi village of Laxmangarh tehsil of Alwar district of Rajasthan for the last 10 days. Get it corrected. Area pin code 321607 internet speed is approaching 5.00 KB/S.

    Even after multiple follow-ups and escalations, my JioFiber installation has still not been scheduled. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I no longer wish to continue with such a pathetic customer experience. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, I am facing a hardware issue with my JioFiber router where the green light is extremely dim and it takes an unusually long time to boot up. This has caused the router to show 'Offline' in the MyJio app. (1/n)

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please follow a clear, transparent refund process after a failed service instead of repeatedly saying “wait a few days.” It has already been 10 working days. Stop the generic replies and provide the actual refund status and a definite date.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This isn’t the first time! My TV supports only 2.4GHz, but your router sends 5GHz. I also have Airtel postpaid. Please fix this permanently, or I’ll switch to @JioCare .

    @JioCare Not getting any responses on the DM, it seems a good way to sideline an issue. If you can’t help , say so and refund . Never expected anything of this sort from #jio @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @jio_fiber you will never change and never improve your customer service. Whoever has designed your My Jio App and that system generated response on help line number has created a perfect recipe to trouble and painstakingly keep following Jio for help and support. It is nightmare. Your service is pathetic, your connection is never stable and you are never promptly available for help. Have been out of connectivity for hours with no one resolve.
