@JioCare As i have already mentioned in my previous tweet , 2.4 Ghz frequency is not working for my devices and I have performed troubleshooting of restarting the router and checking settings for any devices which are not blocked from connection as suggested by customer service attendees.

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat it's been a month since I complained but there is no solution. Jio network is broken in Nagpur area futala, no net is working, your customer care never picks up the call, & picks up the call quickly, do something, otherwise people leave Jio. 🙏

@JioCare Just for your reference, My SR is keep on rescheduling without any proper updates Is it that hard to resolve an Issue? When it comes to customer service @airtelindia is the best in Fibernet. @JioCare need to learn some serious service related knowledge from Airtel.

@JioCare I have JioFiber. Speed not very good even though i just use 1 device. I tried checking the app and it shows several paired devices even after i have set a limit of 2 devices. Pls help
