    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_bank Internet speed has become very slow in Nangal Khanjadi village of Laxmangarh tehsil of Alwar district of Rajasthan for the last 10 days. Get it corrected. Area pin code 321607 internet speed is approaching 5.00 KB/S.

    @JioCare My JioAirFiber ₹599 plan is valid till 11 Aug 2026. I recharged the ₹10,000 Freedom Pack on 26 Jul, which was supposed to activate after my current plan ends. But I received an email saying it will activate on 28 Jul. Please fix this ASAP. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare Pathetic broadband support in Bengaluru. My broadband has been down since 13/07/2026 despite repeated complaints, and it's still not restored. I run an advocate's office where reliable internet is essential. Please resolve this urgently. #JioFiber

    @JioCare Still now no information related to person coming for relocation of fiber device... What is this service from jio.. no person want to come and provide service till now..if jio cannot provide service, please ask to cancel and revert my deposit and subscription amount.

    I have filed a complaint since July 25 that the internet in the office is not working. Your technicians are coming again and again and updating false resolutions and leaving. We are also suffering losses. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio why you have terminate my postpaid SIM overnight without any prior notification. I have paid all my bills on time. Customer care gives second number to call, and on second number after listening your recorded tap of 5 minutes,they disconnect the call.

    Facing major network issues with @reliancejio mobile network in P Block South Ex - II, New Delhi 110049. Most of the time network remains absent, somehow if it works quality is extremely horrible. Looks like @JioCare wants people to port out of their network. @DoT_India
