    @JioCare Dear Jio, it means that you have surplus subscribers in this area , hence we are facing network issue in our locality. If this is right statement then it is better that we should switch from Jio to other service providers so that atleast we can use mobile services

    @JioCare absolutely horrid service. 25 mins on a phone call before. Service request registered. It takes 30 seconds on the airtel app. We are not in 2004, have app!based support

    @JioCare @reliancejio my jio fiber is not working , and your Kanpur team is not ready to check saying our duty is over now,so we can't help, is this type of customer service you people are providing, kindly check it else take out your fiber our Airtel is better

    @JioCare @jiofibergurgaon @JioCare If I’m not getting the service am I not entitled for a refund? I’ve paid till Sep’22, losing business and credibility since I’ve taken Jio. If I get late in payment I get penalised, what about your delays?

    @JioCare my mobile data on my Jio sim isn’t working. So much buffering and no connectivity in my area. You guys either get it fixed or refund me my ₹239 which paid for your bad services.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio is world's Worst Telecom service provider company. They are just fooling Indian public by showing free data but they do not have any service quality. Service Req # SR00001BMFV6 is not yet resolved while the expected resolution was given 18-06-2022 12:05
