    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_bank Internet speed has become very slow in Nangal Khanjadi village of Laxmangarh tehsil of Alwar district of Rajasthan for the last 10 days. Get it corrected. Area pin code 321607 internet speed is approaching 5.00 KB/S.

    @JioCare I had discussion with jio care 3 times now and they said necessary action will be taken soon. Past 3 days i got msg that service engineer will visit but till now no one has come and its still pending. kindly cancel my connection and refund initial deposit @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio the last customer service rep that I spoke to, "Dharmendra Vishwakarma", has "escalated" my service request with the promise of resolution in 1 hour (highly unlikely) ... I betcha that this issue will not see the light of the day for another 24 hours

    @JioCare No calls, no emails, no messages—absolutely no update from the Jio team. Worst service experience so far. Should've gone with Airtel AirFiber. If this can't be resolved today, cancel my request and refund my money. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare thank you for the update. Please confirm whether this wiring rework, including replacement of the damaged water-filled cable and any affected PoE equipment, will be done free of cost. The issue is due to faulty cable quality and not because of any damage from my side.
