    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_bank Internet speed has become very slow in Nangal Khanjadi village of Laxmangarh tehsil of Alwar district of Rajasthan for the last 10 days. Get it corrected. Area pin code 321607 internet speed is approaching 5.00 KB/S.

    @JioCare JioAirFiber down for 30+HOURS. SR: SR00002NNI3E Technician visited & couldn’t fix it. Customer care failed. Now Jio keeps rescheduling visits instead of fixing the issue. Even escalated to Karnataka Appellate Team. Enough rescheduling. RESTORE MY INTERNET NOW.

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago @ConsumerHelpli5 It's been a full week since my Jio AirFiber refund was confirmed as cancelled — still no money back, no date, just excuses. Order ID: NO0001F5179Y. Filing a formal consumer court complaint over this. Refund my money now.

    @JioCare pathetic service in Eluru Andhra Pradesh (pin code 534002) Fiber connection (wired) disconnected on 22nd August wire cut off of because of road construction work,made a service request to restore connection. And they say they don’t have permissions beyond 20mtrs

    @JioCare We have recharged our phones and activated the recharges but when we try to phone we are told we need to recharge. I've tried all the helplines and customer care numbers and all methods suggested. Please help.

    @JioCare No need now, I'm in the process of registering a cyber fraud complaint with appropriate authorities against Jio and the scam agents, I lost 3333 to your fraud company but no worries I'll make u scammers cry in court.

    If your @JioCare own system is unable to confirm an engineer visit date and time, then what is the purpose of your support team? I have already waited 30 days. I don’t need another assurance—I need a confirmed appointment and an actual resolution. @reliancejio
