    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I have Piad advance toward jiohome order no is NO0001F136I0. Itโ€™s been month now. Process refund or provide service. Your representatives are also not picking my call. Is this some kind of fraud???

    @JioPlatforms @JioCare @reliancejio Promise a 5-6 PM slot today, let it silently expire without a call, and then auto-reschedule to tomorrow! ๐Ÿ›‘ Service down since Aug 28 for paid account 410601143173. Ticket SR00003F9QWR is just stuck in an endless bot loop with ZERO real human contact or engineer details.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Applied for a jio fiber connection on Aug 5th. One agent came and made me pay for 1 year. Not got the connection nor KYC or cancellation. The guy tells that he wont come and set it right and that i can give police complaint. His mobile no is 7348936339

    @JioCare What the irresponsible system u have to solve the issues,i should raise complaint and wait fews days to get back the connection,u simply reply with automated message no engineer available or no slots available,if u don't have sufficient engineers why r u providing service

    @JioCare complaint: I received the same refund-related message from Jio on 11/08/2026. However,despite the assurance provided by Jio,no refund has been credited and no satisfactory resolution has been provided to me even after several days. Kindly clarify what is meant by โ€œnext few daysโ€
