Need to reconnect every time when switching from Data to Broadband 🙏… Connecting to TV is Horrible 🤬… Chnage the Model or Improve your service ASAP… @reliancejio how’s your services?

No technician reached out — I had to call and get it fixed. If customers have to follow up for basic service, compensation for those 4 days is justified.
