@JioCare Hi Team, jio network stops working whenever there is power cut in my area Lajpat Nagar near Lala Lajpat Rai school, Pundag Ranchi 834004. As long as power is out jio network will also not work. Please rectify this issue ASAP as we are working from home depending on jio.

@JioCare mere paise abhi tak nahi aaye hai 20days ho gaye hai 2500rs maine kafi baar call bhi kiya & tweet customer support chat bhi ki but abhi tak paise refund nahi hue. Service Request no. SR000014O5PX to get it fixed at the earliest asap. I want refund.
