@reliancejio @JioCare I am trying to get a jio postpaid sim. Everytime I raise a request, the support agent asks for otp saying that they won’t dispatch without otp and then neither I get the sim nor the person picks the call. It has happened 4-5 times with same agent.

With reference to Service Request Number SR00001C9RQW, visit of Jio service engineer for my JioFiber connection is on hold. I’d raised the request at 9.49 am yesterday i.e. 17/07/22 and it’s been more than 24 hours yet my issue hasn’t been resolved. @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio
