@JioCare @reliancejio this is the 5th complaint in 20 days for the network outage. Complaint no SR000016VOVE. Last complaint was on 26th. The frequency of network outage just amazes me beyond comprehension

Hi @JioCare I was migrating my sim card pre paid to Post paid connection and store owner charged 99rs for prime membership which I was already I had. You are charging for same service again and again ?
