It's been 5 days without internet, and despite multiple complaints, your team has done absolutely nothing except send automated replies saying a technician has been assigned. If you cannot provide the service customers are paying for, please come and take back your equipment and disconnect this connection immediately. I have completely lost trust in Jio AirFiber and have no intention of continuing with such irresponsible and pathetic service. Kindly arrange for the pickup of your device.
