    @JioCare what's going on with your network.. Network is showing full but I'm not getting any calls if anyone calls showing as number is in switchoff stage

    @airtelindia changed router from Nokia to airtel.. but still connectivity is too pathetic…. Need to reconnect every time when switching from Data to Broadband 🙏… Connecting to TV is Horrible 🤬… Chnage the Model or Improve your service ASAP… @reliancejio how’s your services?

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. I faced a "No Internet Connection" issue, and despite raising complaints multiple times, it took 10–15 days for a technician to visit. Instead of fixing the issue, I was advised to apply for a new connection.

    @JioCare Your service is extremely awful. I had raised a relocation request for 3rd June. No one has visited to fix the connection and today is 5th June. There is no proper support and the app is completely useless. Either fix my connection or disconnect it.

    @JioCare If someone doesn’t pay on time, your don’t understand so why should a customer do the same. I request to discontinue my connection and refund me the security deposit. Take your setup box etc, they are useless.
