@airtelindia changed router from Nokia to airtel.. but still connectivity is too pathetic…. Need to reconnect every time when switching from Data to Broadband 🙏… Connecting to TV is Horrible 🤬… Chnage the Model or Improve your service ASAP… @reliancejio how’s your services?

@JioCare Why do you need weeks for replacing a lost sim. I have lost my sim can you help. Your outlet says 7-10 days. Complaint 198 doesn't accept complaint but just your payment details.

@reliancejio i dont think so it is ur protocol. these things indirectly harassing ur costumers and diminishing the name of ur and nothing. im writing all this to u so that u ll take an action and further no one else woould not suffer such issue

From last 3 days there is no network in kumbharwada, mumbai 400004. Many people are facing network issue .please resolve as soon as possible. Othewise we will switch to other network @JioCare @reliancejio

Jio 5G available in my area and before 23 March i use this 5G service but from 23 March at the same location(Puri,Odisha Landmark-Near DAV School Pin-752002)i can not use jio 5G.check all settings according to customer care executive and all are correct. @JioCare @reliancejio
