Zero customer care, only BOT reply, their outlet (Pin code : 561207 - Bagepalli ) is busy with new business not time to service issue. Every time no person is available come tomorrow. I’ve been reporting that your network completely dies during power cuts in Anandnagar, Pharenda (UP) since 2023. It’s 2026 now and nothing has changed. 2.69 Mbps on “5G+” is a joke, not a service.

Opted for a new fiber connection. sales exec came home morning and ensured payments made within 30 minutes. also promised- engineer will do the installation on same day. 2 days over, still no call from Jio and Installation not done.
