@JioCare very bad service at my home Internet connection doesn’t work and very slow when i call customer care then they said we work on this issue and solve shortly and said in your area many people’s use jio sim so this problem occurs @TRAI

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare The data speed is extremely slow and it has not improved. My relatives also face the same in bhubaneswar just like I am facing in Berhampur Odisha. Kindly look into this issue and resolve the same.

The worst part in you is : neither mobile data will work nor normal messages won't come when on a call. Such a big drawback it is, not even OTP also not coming till the call ends. Just wondering whether I'm only facing this or every jio user. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare took your 28 days roaming package only to realize it never works and not one hour has it performed even poorly (considering poor is a compliment here) bad roaming plans and even worse roaming network
