    @airtelindia changed router from Nokia to airtel.. but still connectivity is too pathetic…. Need to reconnect every time when switching from Data to Broadband πŸ™β€¦ Connecting to TV is Horrible πŸ€¬β€¦ Chnage the Model or Improve your service ASAP… @reliancejio how’s your services?

    Absolutely ridiculous how a broken WiFi fiber complaint gets pushed to β€œ visit after 2 days,” but the moment it’s a new connection request, they magically show up the same day.Paying for downtime I didn’t even get? Unacceptable. @JioCare @reliancejio very poor customer service

    @JioCare Ordered a simcard at least a week ago. The agent was proactive in completing the details and making me pay. I was promised the sim card delivery within 24 hours. Then it became 48 hours and 72 hours. Yet to receive. You get the picture. Cancel and refund for god's sake!

    @JioCare No delay”? Then how do you explain service outage from 8 April to 21 April (~13 days)? Multiple visits, router & ODU replacement, and even your technician confirmed backend issue. Issue was NOT resolved within normal timeline.(1/2)

    @YogiF71861 @Airtel_Presence I never thought I can use OLA, uber, mobile banking in my life!! I never thought I can use phonepe in my mobile!!!! All are now in reality bcoz I changed my SIM from Airtel to @reliancejio
