    @JioCare last month I got offer from jio "recharge one month and one month free" now my recharge will expire tomorrow and am getting message to recharge it again. Why? Am not able to connect with ur customer care help desk?

    @JioCare Refund of Rs.4240.92 has been initiated for cancellation of JioFiber Order Number NO0000NTQHHB. The refund amount will reflect in your UPI account within 10 business days no customer care number is working sales executive & maneger is worst any body don't now how to solve this .

    -2- be done by checking My Jio app. 3) No wonder @JioCare Twitter handle is bombarded by complaints, because there is no other way to contact Jio customer care. 4) Namesake appellate authority Appellate authority is supposed to take over unresolved complaints right ?
