    @JioCare I have been using jii finer from 4 years paying high premium of 2k per month but this month I have recharged 2 mins late so that they have removed access to Amazon prime this is very bad experience with jii finer #jiofiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare Even postpaid customer need to call 15 times to connect your customer care. Executives disconnecting the call without any answer. Cheating happened in my postpaid bill. Took 399 plan but bill received for 1053 rupees. None of your executives know the reason.

    @JioCare Still no improvement in your data speed . I am facing worst data speed & even text message 2 min. take for delivery. Really upset with Jio with vashali sector 2A. Only Jio team promise , it will be solve but result is noting.
