    @JioCare The local Jio Fiber guys are simply playing around with me by promising me successful connection every other day. But that day never comes! Its been already 15+ days. Please look into the matter asap! @reliancejio #JioFiber

    @JioCare @JioCare Engineer changed the adaptor even though it was working fine. The real issue is with the router and internet is still not working. Still, the request was marked as resolved. Please reopen SR0000368ESZ and fix the issue properly.

    @JioCare Your engineer came yesterday. Telling us to check cable which was connected to your device on roof. Who will check that cable? Customer or engineer? Without any solution he left.what to do now?

    @JioCare I have not received anything as of now. The Technician told me that there is no ODU whitelisted so that he can install it. I want to cancel my order ASAP
