    @JioCare For context: ODU reorientation & reset were done around 4:30 PM, and I was told it would stabilise within 1–2 hours. It’s been several hours since then, and the connection is still unstable with very poor speed, in-fact worse than before. Clearly, this hasn’t been resolved.

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been down since this afternoon due to a cable break. I scheduled a service visit for 6-7 PM, but no one showed up or called. It's impossible to reach a human, only bots! My work is suffering. please help, or I'll have to consider other options..(1/2)

    @reliancejio Called back to customer care.. Cc person repeated same escalation story... Then transferred call to senior executive as they say! Who repeated the same story ditto!! Then again one level up transfer but finally they cut the call b4 senior's senior gets connected!

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Please Remove Ai girl from the Customer Care and make it easy for the customer to contact with customer care executive. Aged between 30-60 yrs calls customer care and becomes irritated for not being able to watch Reels undisturbed.

    @JioCare what is this ? Sim delivery one issue . After solving it . Now activating major issue. Dont you guys understand number is very important for one person. Reply will be like we are working on it. For simple activation in offline is much faster than your in app mode. Bad .

    I never thought this would happen - @BSNLCorporate call quality is now superior than @reliancejio on 5G with Voice over 5G enabled. 🤯 Experimented for a week to see how degraded voice calls on Jio are 🙏🏼 Hoping for more reliability upgrades from BSNL in days ahead!

    @JioCare I am on a 300 Mbps JioFiber plan, but getting only 40-60 Mbps over WiFi and LAN. Complaint SR00002KP0EY, raised on 24 April, remains unresolved. The technician rescheduled multiple times and did not show up today. Very poor service. Please resolve urgently.
