I'm tweet 7th times for this same issue but @JioCare have zero response,They every time say's we are work on it. It was 6month but they don't fix it or try to fix. I'm leaving Jio. It's the worst network in India. Just Provide 2g service in the name of 4G and Now 5G.

@JioCare I'm faced too much latency in your network. Every time I called your customer care they just hold the call and disconnected. In my area every single jio sim user is faced this issue,They don't create or receive a single call,YouTube, facebook website doesn't open.

Had a call with @JioCare. They understand my issue and I understand theirs. But there is no way I get refund on my recharge. I did recharge for 4G connection which @JioCare isn't able to provide.
