After 8pm ,@reliancejio 4G works worst, like a 2g network. I think even 2g used to work better than reliance 4G. A whatsapp msg takes 10 20 sec to send . @JioCare

@JioCare Jio fiber sucks Its 5 days and no one to attend the problem so far. How to connect to jio support as its helpline number does everything except talk to customers. Pathetic app and pathetic helpline number. Leaving Jio finally. Will #Airtel now.

@reliancejio It has been observed I am not internet from last 1 month. I have chatted with support team. They are saying still to be patient which is ridiculous. If you are failed to provide service after being payed, please give me refund.
