    @JioCare Hi Team, I am unable to make the postpaid bill payments using all the modes in the MyJio app. Kindly look into the issue. I have highlighted this issue in the DM as well.

    Dubious service from @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio. I paid 3 mths advance for Jio Fiber connection at my place & was committed today itself within 15 mins. Been 3 hrs now. Post payment the guys go missing, no installation & not taking calls. Going ahead with cancellation.

    @JioCare last 5 days 5 service request for jio fibre wifi issue including 2 escalation requests. 3 closed without addressing. Killed my money and time still no resolution. Is any higher person or someone can sensefully handle it. I have all big list of proofs. Need big support

    @JioCare not sure where to complain about the very rude and irresponsibile behaviour of jio service center employees. now not sure how will I get new sim. batter to switch to some other service providers.
