    @reliancejio @JioCare Recharged for 2GB/day 4G + Unlimited 5G, but whenever 5G drops, speed drops to absolute ZERO instead of falling back to 4G. Paying for both but getting neither! Please resolve this. With your 4G network speed I can't even open the myjio app what a shame.

    @JioCare Shshank, thanks for sharing the details. Even though your message is as usual "promptly working towards resolution" From 2.5 months. I am praying that this time you can prove me wrong by tranfer of refund in my bank by tomorrow. Pls make it happen this final time πŸ™

    @JioCare The situation became even more confusing. The Jio app said my service stopped because my data was exhausted, yet I was advised to pay the bill to restore the connection. Those are two completely different explanations.

    @JioCare @JioCare , I have received refund thanks a lot πŸ™, Feedback :- for non jio user no way to track service request, we can't to customer after payment of account and before installation because jio account is not created, apellete authority not responding

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber connection was interrupted due to external line brakage. I have been facing this issue since June 25th. I also lodged a complaint SR00002M2K94 regarding this, but the issue has not been rectified to date . (1/2)
