My #jiofiber isn't working with 2.4gz since 10 days since I switched to jiofiber. Support came almost 4 times but the issue is not resolved yet. I need 2.4 gz for range. Also live tv doens't work since day 1. No 1 ss able to fix the issue. Kindly take box and refund @JioCare

@JioCare I still dont have any resolution for request no. SR00001GEXDZ which was promised to fullfil by 17th Jan. I didnt see a cmpy like JIO which is so much helpless to resolve their own issues. I urge all people to keep distance with this fraud company. you are looting your1/2

Worst service by @JioCare @reliancejio have purchased a sim and i meet all requirements for the 5g but still not getting welcome offer. No point of purchasing a new sim totally useless

@JioCare I am not happy with service of, Jio, I was told that your bill per month would be less than 600/- I paid 3495/- for six months payment in advance, but after six month next bill sent to me is 706/- which is unethical business practice.
