@reliancejio SR000016YX8A I have been facing issue with the service since 2nd of Oct 2021 and multiple complaints been registered. All of the time technicians visit the property and checks the service line and states it is working fine and recommended power level is there

@JioCare Atleast provide any number of engineer, if the issue is arises again and again it should be fixed on priority rather wait for 24hrs daily. Everyone is apologies only, that I don’t need, just need a quickly resolution and for sure will not recommend this pathetic service provider.
