    Worst customer service of @reliancejio . I'm using jiofiber and facing lot of connection issues. Service engineer who visited my place is also #fraud he told me router needs to be replaced and now he is not answering calls. When called customer care, they simply disconnected call

    @JioCare Jio service and reacharge are not affordable to common man, m not happy with the service. Want to move out of Jio. Today M alone but tomorrow another one.

    After having my jio fiber connection disconnected and device picked up, 1.5 month have passed but security deposit has not been returned yet. Tried complaining on multiple ivr numbers but to no avail. Please help. @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

    @reliancejio @JioCare Sarkari Jio Store, For a sim replacement I visited Ji store,Mandoli Road, Delhi Yesterday evening and today morning at 10:45 AM, yesterday their server down today they can give sim card at 12 PM as they are yet to clean their store and cant serve #sarkarijio

    @JioCare Recharge amount increasing, but network speed very slow like 2G and we paying 4G charges.
