@JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India Still no resolution. Yesterday night engg came and fixed issue but after some time again broadband is not working.customer care again raised new SR SR00001CKFTY and they scheduled appointment after 3 days.

@JioCare Why you need alternative number? Simply your support team people will call on alternative number and say your issue will be fixed and ticket will be closed

I don’t understand about Jio @reliancejio, @JioCare . broadband, I called them for complain of not getting proper internet connection. some people came for change the s-box and take new connection, I said I won’t. From that day my Net got disconnected.But now connection is bad.
