    @JioCare From fast one month no resolution. The local service people are busy not able to answer my call. That's why I am worried. I am not expected the same from reliance jio. I hope the issue will be resolved ASAP

    @JioCare less!!! Since a week I have e-mailed my complaints on your portal about my Post Paid Mobile services as well as JioWifi nerwork at Home services. But so far no response, no resolution, nothing from you!!! Has your Turnaround service time extended to forever?

    @JioCare @reliancejio again same thing is happening, internet isn't working and engineer are not visiting. Appointment is getting rescheduled. Last time this happened for 3 days and you said, we do not have any policy to provide extension even if internet doesn't work for 1 week

    @reliancejio Recently the network is getting very bad at my residence and when I logged complaint got this reply that the tower in your area is congested and there are lots of users.If there are lots of users then please upgrade your network towers

    @JioCare Need no assistance. Earlier have told also that due to poor network and connectivity, Had to port out. Note : People are going mass porting here !
