    @JioCare No, you don't understand at all, go through this trail mail, I was tortured by Jio from 03/05 to 10/05 and in just 24 hours it happened again. Why can't you install a box at the nearby poll and solve the issue permanentaly? @TRAI @DoT_India When will you take any strict action?

    @JioCare Really??? Makes sense if you keep on changing the slots on your OWN the tech will eventually show up to collect the equipment. Still gonna post here so people know how **** your customer service is...

    @JioCare Hello, I had cancelled the Jio connection on 26th March & still waiting for the refund... Any idea how long would it take as calling on your customer care number is not helping with the matter at all

    @JioCare @reliancejio after giving every detail through email and DM to almost 8 different persons the same details once again I was asked to provide same details because BOT like so called Technicians of @JioCare don't understand the issue due to poor training &hiring process .

    I have tried getting a connection of jiofiber from a long time everytime they forcethe customerto buy a costlier plan that the customer doesn't need i need a jio fiber connection please let me have it asap @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    Dear @vodafonein1 i think due to your Poor pathetic service you should packup from India now as you have lost business, just to change my damage prepaid sim card your store employees advise me to get postpaid service, i think that is why @reliancejio @airtelindia have boosted.
