@JioCare When I book a connection, @reliancejio people don't ask for some time. When I cancel why you need 7 days? you take any number of days, as I am not using it, but refund my full money, you should not deduct any money from the day I raised cancellation @VijaySingh.

@reliancejio please be noted any issues as a customer we are facing when we call up customer care your executives are very rude instead of solving our query they just disconnect the phone. What is the point of using ur service. Ur executive harrassment is too much.

@reliancejio @JioCare When I booked jio fiber, they came at my door steps next moment. After getting money they need 1 full day for initiating installation. When I cancel the connection, they need complete seven days - as per Radha Nair (DGM) Navi Mumbai. Good business ethics.😢 Inference???
