@ViCustomerCare This is serious issue, please take action. I had port my number to @reliancejio in March. At that time I paid all outstanding amount. After 2 months, I got call from customer that I havnt paid the bill, my question is then how my number got port to jio? Continued

Dear @JioCare pls make a different helpline no.for postpaid,no one is free it's getting connected to prepaid care,n after putting a call on hold they r saying they can't help,pls provide a better service, the sim also is stopped is this that service u r providing?
