    @reliancejio SR No.C00002JTAMYY. Service Enginer Manoj cms to collect devices after my request for disconnection. Says Set Up box serial nos does'nt match but ready to pick the router but no reciept. WEIRD. Did I manufacture this stuff at my home.Pathetic JIO. Happy to get Jio disconnected

    @JioCare @JioCare I first requested termination of my JioAirFiber connection on 13 July, but no action was taken. I raised the request again today under SR00003BH0CR and explained the complete reason during the call at around 10:20 AM. Despite this, I am receiving repeated calls from 022-31019087, asking the same questions again and again. These unnecessary retention calls are causing harassment and distress. Please stop these calls immediately, complete the termination within the promised timeline, and provide written confirmation. Any further unnecessary calls will lead to a formal complaint with the DoT, TRAI and National Consumer Helpline.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiber Today I even received an SMS saying my JioFiber installation would be done, but no one came or called. My order is neither installed nor cancelled. This is total harassment and extremely poor customer service. Please resolve this immediately. #jiofiberfraud

    Thanks alot @JioCare your lethargic social media support and frustrating dealer call made me install @BSNLCorporate broadband connection, atleast they respond on time while your agent are arrogant, lack of customer care and above all worst customer care

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, What is happening with your customer support? I requested you to check my recharge history because my plan expired much earlier than expected, forcing me to recharge again. On X, you keep asking me to send screenshots via DM. I've already shared 3 times.
