    @JioCare @reliancejio this is worst of worst experience for me from Jio regarding corporate sims as executive isn't responding me and not activating sims from one week. Is this the way jio works? I go to consumer helpline if i don't get proper response @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare From last one week I am facing slow speed of internet. It's not 4G it's like 2G. Sometimes even a single page in chrome is getting open. ..may be it's a some specific area problem. So kindly repair it fastly otherwise I m going to switch in some other netwrk

    @JioCare Their is no internet on my jio fiber wifi router and this problem arises every alternate days, during this period of work from home can't even rely on your jio fiber service, I had drop my service request no on your message box....Unreliable Internet Service Provider!

    Hello @JioCare team i am facing a problem since last 3 days. The daily high-speed data quota is restored at 01:24. So the data gets lost without using it. If you give services in this way, then I will have to port my number to some other company.

    @JioCare Such a horrible experience.What kind of customer care service do you guys have? Been trying since earlg morning and till now nobody has resolved my issue.Such long waiting time and if somebody picks up also, the call gets disconnected.
