@JioCare Without no one visiting the house, received an SMS now that engineer has visited and ticket is closed. Reopen the ticket and fix it. You folks thinking people are fools? What non sense this is.

@JioCare I am getting tons of random calls saying that i have called them. They are getting a call from jio fiber landline number. When they call back on that number that call gets redirected to me. None of your customer care service is helping to fix my issue.

@JioCare @reliancejio worst customer service as well. Yesterday your engineer told me they will fix my issue today and none of them are picking their phones now. My wifi is not working since Friday so I'm not sure what am I paying for.
