    @JioCare It has been almost 40 days and my JioAirFiber speed issue is STILL not resolved, despite multiple complaints and escalations. Complaint SR000036CY75 was falsely closed without resolution or my confirmation, which is completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare Complained raised in the morning, was told that technician will visit around 1900-2000 hrs. Now being told that it is not yet confirmed. SR000036TVNT. @JioCare : can you be more attentive towards customer grievance?

    @JioCare I have complaint on dt 12.05.2026 to till date no any progress on my register complaint. Already I have given you complaint no with screenshot...and day to day update screenshot of internet speed...last 3 days- Shradha

    @JioCare This is absolute nonsense. Someone has called me and rudely just said your refund is not eligible because 250 mb was used. What does that mean? 95% of the time i had ZERO network. I could not access maps, communicaiton, internet, NOTHING. I was with my family and my young daughter and we were often stranded in a foreign country because there was ZERO connectivity. Kindly look into this on priority. I am only asking for the refund at the moment. If this escalates I will explore other measures as well.

    @reliancejio What kind of network is this? There is no proper internet connectivity in any area, even though the 5G signal is showing full bars. This 5G network is worse than 2G. You are charging so much and advertising it as ‘unlimited,’ which makes no sense. I think this
