    @JioCare Hi i am Jio user..Last 1 month data Speed is very low like other networks..Suddenly calls are not connected ..Called customer care..But call waiting for connected more than 30 mints .So i cut my call . What will do? You will launch 5G.... So..?

    @airtelindia has the crappiest 4G network. They advertise fastest speeds but don't have the speed of 3G. I rarely get speed above 1 megabit/sec. It is literal garbage. Their infrastructure is worst than BSNL in my location. Switching to @reliancejio.

    Jiofibre is pure fraud. Even on you bills you mention cycle as past cycle but you ask customer to pay for next cycle. Frustrating, didn’t expect this from Reliance group. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Are u seriously looking into the problems faced by your customers. I am facing an issue while having a phone call or using the internet I tried to contact the jio care. I think it will take 10 more years to get the solution or to receive a call back from u.

    @reliancejio Sir such an annoying system you have made, its been 8 executive asking the same question in private msg, tell one person to call me and clear the issue, no-one are trying to see the previous conversation. I applied for fiber but ur executive is dragging the issue
