Jio is absolutely horrendous, internet not working for hours, kids school getting affected and their customer care number disconnects you. Free things in life never good and the aren’t free anymore @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat

@reliancejio @JioCare ID# NO0000FWAYGS , was promised connection same day , its 3 days no one came, Sales person Harish - +91 93461 37011 is just not responsive. The booking was on if i do not like it after one month, it's even before service started you are gone with money

Very bad service experience from Jio Fiber. Took connection in September. Cancelled one month ago. Jio people didn't took the set top box back, didn't refund the amount. Complained to customer care, but no use. @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio

@JioCare #JioFiber one of your representative Mr. Balwinder Singh from Ludhiana has given wrong information about surrender of Jio Fiber connection 4 transferring frm one location to other location in same city, i suffered loss of Security deposit & Plan charges please help!!!
