    Nothing to worry about @JioCare from 9 April you will not see me as a JIO subscriber. Because in our area your network is constantly fluctuating. So we don't need a network, if we have an urgent think to do and there is no network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio earlier people are fed up of ur mobile network now jio fibre speed has reduced significantly upload speed is too less at times and downloan also coming less as per the plan of 30 mbps..both downoad and upload speed shud be constant, resolve asap

    @JioCare No use. My view stands. This hanging Junction box can’t be resolved without physical visit. Without moving in inch from the seat all SRs are closed saying - resolved, couldn’t come due to technical issue, rescheduled, didn’t get access to the premises. I’m sure some more coming..

    @JioCare placed order for Koi Set top box for our Jio account since old is not working properly. Delivery 19.02.22 10 am to 11 am but so far no response no phone call Very poor service

    @JioCare It has been more than 32 hours and i did not send me any complaint order reference number nor the sim delivery guy visited my residence. What a pathetic customer service it took you guys 14 days and still i didn't get my query nor I got my sim. Pathetic customer care @JioCare
