    Jio fiber pathetic service if problem is there engineer came to home and asking for extra money everytime. If Monty give they will fixed if not and close SR and go back.please check in ground level otherwise it's a very bad reputation.@JioCare @reliancejio @abpanandatv .

    @JioCare applied for one month trial pack in april,And requested for connection transfer, before one month.They,Refused for connection transfer and device also picked up after 2 months. As per rules All amount should have come back,but they deducted the amount.kindly help in same

    @JioCare @jiocare @JioFibre Any update? I don't see you are taking it on priority? Because of this issue my 24 hours went useless. It's not some big issue. Someone just needs to come and connect the wire but you are not doing anything. Your Team leads are also same as you, rude.

    I am a tutor. I ported my sim from airtel to jio but the network is almost the same. 2 of my classes were interrupted last evening even after having more than sufficient data balance. It costed me a lot. Please see through the issue if it's possible. @reliancejio @JioCare
