    @JioCare When ?? Am getting same answer from a past year. If you tell correct date of future up gradation I can think of PORTING to other network. Need a resolution for this problem immediately. I can't miss my official meetings due to bad network.

    @JioCare What is jio doing from their end? Such a pathetic service.. Call center people don't even talk properly and they simply cut my call. What nonsense is going on? When will this issue be resolved? My work is getting impacted because of this?

    @JioCare You have a very pathetic service and accountability. I have not received my refund for more 45 days now. I have to cancel my account just you employee mentioned wrong address. You have incapable and inefficient staff with lazy people. You have worst process.

    @JioCare pathetic internet connection.. From past 13 hours facing internet connectivity issue. I called customer care, not getting any resolution. Registered mobile no is 7977604708. Jio fiber very bad internet service.
