Hey, @reliancejio @JioCare, what an abysmal customer care service you guys run. Your Reps have absolutely zero technical knowledge and when prodded they go ahead and disconnect the call. I mean could your technical team be worse? Please provide a solution ASAP. #eSIM

@JioCare highly disappointed by the on call customer care executive i interacted today morning who was trying to convince me that i used 3000Gb of data and thats why my Internet is not working. However my data usage on jio app doesn't exceed 200 GB. Disgusted

@reliancejio @JioCare , i visited Nearest Jio store, they told me to visit relaince digital , but teliance digital is closed because of 144 section may be , kindly help me with duplicate sim please , please dont make things complicated for customer!

@JioCare Then atleast convey the same to the customer. What is this - "We'll be there next month" I'll just choose another provider then. You are not even willing to check. I don't live in rural area. You guys are providing services 300m from my place. Pathetic.
