Hi @JioCare It has been more than 3 hrs since my jio fibre worked. Despite giving assurance that the problem will be fixed in 2 hrs it is still not fixed and your customer care is asking for another 2 hrs . Please help

@reliancejio I was approached by a jio fibre sales guy for jio fibre 30day trial. The trial was not great experience and I asked for the disconnection before the 30 day period. Today even after 20 days and two service requests closed from backend, I have not got the refund

I never faced such issue with @airtelindia. One should just be wary of @reliancejio. Their service levels have gone down drastically.

Dear @JioCare , It's impossible to raise a complaint for Jio Fiber connection not working. Whatsapp, Phone call does not let you choose the option for 'Fiber connection not working', neither does it let u speak to anyone.

@JioCare So i must wait till April to just be able to use wifi and resume working from home? As strategised by Jio, i was forced to get a new connection. After a stressful registration, i was waiting for the promised setup today. The service guy has given me all kinds of reasons.
