    @JioCare in livetv+ I am stuck on otp gateway! I have an active subscription for JioFiber. But I am not getting otp on my number and when I press resend otp it says bad request/parameter please help asap !

    @JioCare @JioCare A technician visit has now been scheduled, but that does not address the 48+ hours of service loss. I expect a validity extension or appropriate compensation for the downtime on a prepaid service that I have already paid for.

    Poor support from @JioCare @reliancejio AGAIN Happened last year. Happened again. Internet gone . Compain 40 hours ago. 1st message was for an engineer visit at around 1 pm yesterday. Changed by Jio to evening yesterday Then showed Engineer is on the way. Then he vanished. Complain paused. I will surely go for another company this year because the after sales services are very poor. Three cheers for Jio .

    /2 Please process my cancellation request immediately before the next billing cycle. A customer should not be forced to continue paying because cancellation channels are inaccessible. Kindly register my request and provide an SR number. #JioAirFiber #JioCare #ConsumerRights

    Had ZEE5 Premium with Jio AirFiber for over a year. Never opened the app. The one time I do, specifically for the World Cup, it turns out that's the one thing my subscription doesn't include. @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    @JioCare @JioCare State Escalation SR000038383F has been reopened as the issue remains unresolved. Service is still down, LOS light remains red, and SR00002LP1IY is still OPEN. If not resolved immediately, I will proceed with a DoT complaint.

    @JioCare @DoT_India I have network issue in Bengaluru (Mahadevpura) location. I connected to escalation department at 12:00 AM on 11th June and the customer care advisor advised me to port out to other network. The advisor clearly told that there will be no improvement.

    @JioCare @JioCare Internet has been down since 6 June 2026. SR No. SR000037OTEN. No engineer assigned, no resolution timeline, and repeated follow-ups have resulted only in apology messages. This is causing significant inconvenience.Request immediate intervention and restoration.
