    @JioCare booked a jio fiber connection in my wife's name. Payment made on 8th June. Installation not yet done. Contacted the staff who handled sales. No response. Not lifting calls. Tried help through jio care, even after repeated requests..

    Paid over 15k for the **** IR in last 4-5 months. I demand a full 100% refund of the **** IR. You can check all my WhatsApp chat history with IR customer care as proof. Iโ€™d rather take a local sim every time, would have saved me over 12k. Or switch to @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @ASHOBA @JioCare they are lot of other service providers in the market go with them they have very good customer service team jio is useless they don't have any dignity towards their customers the first take money and I don't know where they are now it's been more than 15 days no connect

    Paying premium prices for 5G only to get 2G speeds. @reliancejio takes our money instantly, but when the network crawls, itโ€™s absolute silence. Yet, if my recharge expires for five minutes, they spam call my phone every few seconds like a loan shark.
