    @reliancejio my internet serv in Nashik is dwn for the past one week. Multple attmpts to get it rectified has failed. Only response is a regret msg and a new deadline. Worst service. Want to discontinue. Pls let me know the process to deactivate and refund of security deposit.

    Doing jio port is looting to customer … if call from jio app … to port our .. they will charge money ..!! An while doing port in Road side … they giving free data 1.5Gb for 30 days … need to ask @JioCare why they charging money .. if we call to port … it’s been looting ..
