    Pt 1: @reliancejio @JioCare Worst customer care service I have ever received for my order id NO0000O4JBDB which automatically got cancelled from your end. It's more than 15 days since I have not received my refund and also not received any proper response over calls or mails.

    @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber team am in 999/- plan and want to switch to 699/- plan, I was told by customer care it's not possible and if at all I want that plan, I need to cancel current one and book new connection. Is that so complicated?
