    @reliancejio hi what a lousy support service, I have opened service request on 23rd Jul 22 since there is some technical error while opting relocation in same building. Today app shows ticket is resolved without informing you, problem still persist

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear jio, I have requested for a fibre device return. It's been more than 1.5 months, thousands of calls to ur customer care and without informing me, u guys kept rescheduling device pickup. Do u want the device back, or should I put it in trash? Let me know

    @JioCare SR00001BSLAH - Rather than regular, stupid, repetitive responses get some action done on this. Its more than a month and I have called more than 50 times to your Customer Care. There’s a limit on patience too.
