    @JioCare Very poor service. Internet been down since last night. Complaint SR00003B6ECR registrd at 11 PM on 13 Jul. An eng. was scheduled for 11 AM today but never arrived. Another eng. was assigned but didn't come & no call. Unable 2 reach customer care. Pls resolve this ASAP.

    Dear @JioCare, It's been more than 6 months that the JioFiber/Jio AirFiber network quality in my area has been extremely poor. Your app continuously shows "Network outage in your area", yet the issue remains unresolved.

    @JioCare @TRAI It appears JIO is inclined towards not restoring the services, which means an intentional suspension of services. Jio is liable to compensate for the period of NO service.

    @JioCare *Again n again switch on airplane mode then switch off to get network for temporary network... Here data is working like lower than 2G services...

    @JioCare The issue is still not resolved. I sent a DM today but no response on it. Still getting just 1 signal bar with 4G signal not 5G.
