    @JioCare Also we called his Boss Irfan, he told him also I will not fix it do whatever you want to. Now I am on verge of abusing Jio, whats my fault in all this. Can you simply close my account and refund my money. I cannot take this kind of stress.

    A new business model by Jio wifi. First they gave free wifi for a year. Now they are recovering. I pay for a month and invariably 120 hours/month (5 days) @reliancejio is not working. I got 365 days free but paying 5 days * 12 months * 8 years = 480 days effectively @trai

    Hey @JioCare & @GoogleIndia, I need your help to resolve a support loop. My Jio SIM was temporarily deactivated and has now been reactivated. My complimentary 18-month Gemini Pro plan is active on MyJio, but Google shows "Offer already redeemed" because of the brief interruption.

    @JioCare I need a prompt resolution, it has been more than 10 days now, as per the representative I was supposed to receive a reference number within 3-4 days. Am I supposed to visit the store again and again to know the status. As they don’t even bother to pickup the call.

    4 issue in 3 month avg of 2-3 days means i am paing 8-12 days Fees without even using it ab calculate karo all over india main agar har user inko 500-600 Rupay aise hi de rahe hain bina use kiye huwe hi…Aise banega Digital india inko bas bechne se mtlb hai @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare If my issue is still not resolved by then, please disconnect my JioFiber connection and refund the remaining balance of my prepaid plan. I will switch to another internet service provider, as this level of service is unacceptable.(4/4)

    @JioCare what is with your connection!! WiFi has been down since afternoon, I called and you ask me to call again in 30 mins. Then it’s starts itself but can’t be connected to laptops ? Now no one is answering on complaints?? What is this ?
