    My @IPL kit: -Jio Fiber Internet -Jio Mobile Data Pack -Jio Hotstar This is by far the worst combo. @hotstar_helps keeps buffering. Video quality goes from HD to blurrr. I can't watch the match for 10mins in one go. The entire experience of watching IPL on @reliancejio platform is AWFUL!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Unacceptable service. Account: 520173108292 ₹1000 advance not honored, no April bill, forced recharge (expires in 2 days), and false 50GB usage shown. Fix this immediately, or will escalate to the consumer forum.

    @JioCare Raising issue on MyJio app did nothing, they keep rescheduling it.

    Poor mobile connectivity in Hafaluting, Sivasagar, Assam has persisted for years. Just 10–12 km from town, Airtel and Jio barely work. Everyone depends on mobile data. Why is this still unresolved? Authorities must act now and ensure a permanent solution.@airtelindia @JioCare

    @reliancejio Just a simple question. Is it possible to switch my existing Jio AirFiber connection to Jio Fiber connection? If yes, then please help, because I cannot pay 700+ for a 30mbps plan. CC: @TRAI
