Most of your executives have no clue about this "Pre-payment Postpaid" connection. They call it prepaid instead. But i the customer sometimes has to pay at the end of the month as the connection has 'postpaid' in its name. Is this some kind of tax saving plan from @reliancejio?

@JioCare @JioFiberVoice First day payment done for Jio fiber, 2nd day got the connection, 3rd day onwards NO internet. NO RESPONSE FROM Mr Raju the sales representative, NO RESPONSE FROM the technician. What kind of service and employees you have.
