    Hi @JioCare , I recharged my JioAirFiber today, but the internet is still not working. I’m also unable to view my pack details, and there’s no proper customer support available to help. Payment has been made, but I’m not getting the service. Please look into this urgently.

    Time to quit @reliancejio Enough is enough! No 5g network for even 30 consecutive seconds in any 15 minutes since May June.. And it's happening in throughout Bihar even after they're charging 899 for recharge.. Port to BSNL or other network is only option

    @JioCare 13th was the date previously when it was suppose to be resolved and now 15th is the earliest possible resolution time. There is no rescheduling available for 14th also. This has been the worst resolution experience @reliancejio @JioCare #jioairfiber (1/2)

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio The JioFiber connection has been not working since the last 2 days Your technician fixed the issue temporarily yesterday and the issue came back after a few hours Raised a new ticket this morning at 7am, I didn't get any call yet from anyone.

    @reliancejio @GoogleIndia MyJio shows Google AI Pro ACTIVE until 4 Nov 2027but Google One still shows 15GB and asks me to pay ₹1950/mo.I've tried multiple solutions with Jio&Google Support,but no one has resolved it.Both keep redirecting me.Pleaseinvestigateandresolvethis issue.
