@JioCare I have a jio fiber connection in Hyderabad and not able to connect to internet for 2 days. I have raised the service request, engineer was supposed to arrive yesterday but nobody visited. I have called customer care more than 10 times already.

@JioCare I first raised my issue in Oct '21. After that, kept pursuing it at local level through your agents and at Jio store. Nothing happened. Now I've raised the issue 5 days before, here. In my DM your executives keep telling me to be patient. You're services are deplorable.

@JioCare @reliancejio India's worst network provider is Jio where customer service is pathetic. I called them & requested again & again but they just send me text, nothing else.its been more than 2 months. Really it was worst experience.
