@JioCare Hi, it’s been 4 days have passed applied for a jio Fiber connection and still nothing happened. Everyday am getting msgs and notifications over my mail that appointment has been reschedule by the request of customer. And I am just surprised

@JioCare I had submitted all documents and money for the jiofiber connection in my house on 18-April, 2022. Still I am waiting for the installation. What is the issue? Are you guys going to the installation or may I cancel the connection?

@ACTFibernet when did you stop providing service and still charge the customer? Internet in my place is at the mercy of a person who turns off the hub located at his shop. Any solution to this problem or this is an indication to switch to other network? @JioCare can you help?
