    @JioCare I want you to escalate this to the concerned team so that I can get the Air Fiber installed today. Can you do it or do I need to file a case now due to the lack of service ? Even the grievance officer hasn't replied to my mail.

    @JioCare Experiencing serious network issues in this area Maholi, Uttar Pradesh. Calls are dropping frequently and internet speed is extremely slow. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. #NetworkIssue #PoorConnectivity

    @JioCare I have done the recharge for 3 months. Now I am not able to use it. Nothing is working No internet No help nothing. So if you are not able to provide service then refund my money you stupid worst telecom service you idiots.

    @reliancejio air fiber not working its been going on and off 12 times in a single day. Multiple complaints raised still no resolution provided. Installed it on 16 of may. This is the worst experience ever. Connection no - 1205261543

    Seems tht evn wth multipl channls for complaints, there r no real channls to connct to cust care for filing a complaint. I'm stuck with smthing tht breaks almost daily bt no way to raise a complaint. Pl registr my complaint & fix my issue. Thanks @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India
