    @JioCare I've been a user for your network for quite sometime now. I am facing network issues at my workplace where I spend most of my time. Even sending a WhatsApp message is difficult. Kindly look into this issue.

    @JioCare I just had a word with one of your stores and they told me y’all are very well aware that all Mumbai stores are out of stock for the dongle but you continue to misguide in the name of social media service. This approach is disgraceful on the ORM front! Please note.

    @JioCare @reliancejio There are some serious issue in our area with pincode 400060. Kindly resolve the same or give us the refund if you can't solve it. I recommend everyone not opt for jio if anyone stays in said pincode.

    @JioCare +91 98839 29538 I got a call from this no just now claiming to be from Jio care and wanted to solve my issue. He was trying to share my screen and asked to recharge but I found it suspicious. Pls check. Also I have updated to latest iOS and WiFi calling option itself is not found

    @reliancejio @JioCares .. In spite of being a postpaid client ,why is your stupid IVR saying that there isn't sufficient balance to make calls outside the Jio network. I have faced the same issue last month too. You have made me impossible to speak to a human being.

    @JioCare ZERO network in my factory area in Palghar, over 500 people with Jio connection none able to make or receive calls. Complaining since a year now. service request no SR000012UMYK. All tried to port out but were requested to stay & were assured resolution immediately.

    @reliancejio Hi Team, Due to covid 19 we are working from home but after I complaint multiple times against connectivity slowness issue still it's not fixed ,last 3days internet is not working at all in our area,I could not think whom I will contact.please take on prioritybasic
