  Jio Fiber disconnection..what a pathetic experience. Have raised disconnection request for over 5 times..no one visits and request automatically closed by reliance jio fiber team.. no Refund till date..No answers to followup..no service.. Completely unethical practice @JioCare

  @reliancejio writing this tweet after 2 days of no internet service provided by jio fiber. The network engineers have straight up denied service to me. I request @reliancejio to stop providing internet service if you cannot maintain it and cant have a proper team set up.

  We installed jio fibre at our place last year. Till date, we have complained manytimes about the poor connectivity. And every time the jio fibre people told us to change the modem. (This has happened thrice.) Still we are getting poorer connectivity. @JioCare @reliancejio
