    @reliancejio @JioCare I have been trying to take a trial pack of one month but I am not getting any support. Jio providers are denying for giving me the trial pack. They said they will not provide the free trail. I have contacted them many times. Please help out

    @JioCare Even after 10 calls, my issue of inflated postpaid bill remains. The appellate team isn't replying to my mail either since 5 days. I'm being asked to pay 3 times my usage even when your customer executives have checked that my bills have been cleared. Resolve this ASAP!!

    Immediately call me 9149962307 @JioCare I recharged but my jio says you don't have active plans More than that, I am not even able to contact jio care customer. Pathetic service Please call asap Improve your service

    @JioCare Team, I am really very upset about the way your ground level installation team works for JioFiber. None of them have the slightest interest to provide the connection to my home. All they want is to process the booking and then cancel it on my request after few weeks.

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ I feel that the jio customers are increasing way faster than jio's speed of erecting towers accross the country. Does it mean that either people from other countries are taking shelter in our country and only using jio's network or our children are aging faster...

    @JioCare Third class jio fiber service. I have booked a relocation request on 06/05/2022 wide order number CO0000LZH13H but it is still not resolved. I call on customer care daily and they are just playing that it will be done tomorrow. @reliancejio

Earlier little internet data was stolen but now from few days till 1:30 am 100% of my data is stolen and I find it very difficult to work whole day. Internet is not working even after recharging 10 gb add on pack. I have no choice but PORT
