    All Cellular Companies should refund the amount which they have taken for 4G Internet Services from Kashmiris.time has come to fight for this in the court of Law.When 4G Service remains suspended often in Kashmir why should we pay. @reliancejio @GreaterKashmir @RisingKashmir

    @JioCare what a pathetic customer service support you hv. I wish I could hv opted for other broadband service. U r just rescheduling the appointment and it's now 10 daz. You gonna bear the loss i am facing at office front #pathetic #disappointed

    @JioCare I am unable to activate Sony LIV subscription through settop box. Called customer care twice, everytime they told me it's resolved. But it's not, every time they reopen my request. I have reinstalled the app and even factory reset my settop box. Waiting since 4 days

    @gtplkcbpl_ really frustrated with customer service, no response from operator or even ack. from operator for the issue. There is always physical connection issue every week. Multiple follow up thru email, no permanent soln. @JioCare, @airtelindia need you in Kolkata (Kamarhati).

    @JioCare 91-4223588674 My registered jiofiber id i have assumed for the service engineer visit Today no one has responded my jio device is not working from Friday it is high priority but no one is looking into it even tried customer support no response i need to escalate this issue
