Vishal Agarwal is a new guy assigned, but he has not contacted me. Not fix the problem. This is so terrible and disgusting, no Customer Care, no service provision. I’m suffering badly.

Only an IVR that keeps hangs up, the technician of the area doesn’t answer his phone- when will it get fixed? Will our bill be adjusted as well?

Only behind money. I had paid for number and one month plan in advance. Update the Sim delivery status. You are already late.
