All Cellular Companies should refund the amount which they have taken for 4G Internet Services from Kashmiris.time has come to fight for this in the court of Law.When 4G Service remains suspended often in Kashmir why should we pay. @reliancejio @GreaterKashmir @RisingKashmir

@JioCare such. Shame,since one month there is no signal in my mobile,even after restarting daily for 5 times,i cant use this in my home. Do something about it,else you are useless just like other fake network providers

@abhibhalla92 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

@JioCare My free JIO Fiber trial was valid till 31/3/2022 and the cancellation request was made. For uninstallation no engineer showed up. Same issue was mailed to JIO Team & they did appoint next date and again no one shows up. This cycle is done more than 4 times.

@JioCare I was having the same issue 4 months before . In January i also tweeted for same problem FAT not activated in4 months is this your solution process?? So fast u guys want me to wait for more 4 months or what?

@JioCare Some jio assistant person unfortunately cut my wire and said everyone getting issue of connection and you have to change your old router and purchase a new one by paying 1500.

@reliancejio @JioCare The Jio Mobile customer care advisor, was rude and cut the call, did not even bother calling back. I had asked to speak with her senior.
