    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare there are lots of problem with jio connection every 4th or 5th day the internet is down in my area and even the team does not come to check every time some one comes for other complaint and breaks our connection wire please get it checked

    @JioCare There's no issue with the Jio numbers! The issue is with the app which I have already mentioned.

    Service: @reliancejio Service is quite appreciable. Installation takes place in 2 working hours. While @airtelindia takes around 3days or more than that. After service is also very fast in Jio in around 4hrs it is resolved. #jiofiber

    @JioCare The user is helpless because of limited reach, employees at Customer Care sometimes do not listen & keep on repeating same sentences learnt at the time of training. Their casual approach to resolve an issue often ends up in loss to the Internet Users. I strongly condemn this!!

    @JioCare I don't know what to say. Everytime I call or someone from your call center calls or even in twitter, they are saying please wait for sometime. Your 18008969999 is completely useless. It's been 6 days but still you are unable to provide any suitable resolution!!

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare JioFiber connection with Order no. CO0000UT281I dhas been scheduled on 03-Apr-2023 between 15:00:00 - 16:30:00 first relocation shifted from 31march to 3rd April and now no update. Not able to connect to customer care .. pathetic service

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am unable to activate eSim in my iPhone and at the same time current sim has been deactivated. Can you resolve the issue at earliest.

    For last 4 days....call center saying wait for 24 hours ..then 48 hours etc...now it's almost 4 days @JioCare @reliancejio kindly help
