    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare Hi Team as I have given complaint regarding the cable issue earlier and it was addressed by your field teams and removed the fiber cable but they have not done the work completely due to which I am facing issues again.

    @reliancejio @JioCare 311/1 gram-gotha , tehsil-jawad , jila-neemuch, is the address of my factory , all employees,me&nearby village people are using jio service , there is no tower near by ,call dropping is the main issue here , we have applied on myjio app

    @JioCare Do you guys provide public ip to datacards? I want to enable port forwarding. Which is there in the jio datacard. But it's not working,
