    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare It has been resolved today. After complaining so many times in a 13 day span. I complained on the 8th of May and it was just a broken wire which had to be repaired took 13 days. Thanks for this prompt service.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare, the Jio tower is literally in my area, yet Spotify keeps buffering like it’s 2G era internet. If this is the network quality before getting Jio AirFiber, then maybe @airtelindia deserves a chance after all. Work on the network first, marketing later.

    @JioCare I am having worst experience with Jio’s team. Never ever go with jio! As you can see in the reciept. I paid the initial refistration cost or whatever tht is for jio fiber. And the sales guy talking to me said he is going to send somebody for installation and KYC. And it’s already been more than 10 days and he has stopped picking up my phone. He does not reaponds to my messages. What a Fraud!!!

    Finally giving up on my journey of 3 months to get my refund from these companies Also i will stop using slice bank card, if you have one please burn it and any service from jio @JioCare @slice_cares @Easebuzz

    @JioCare Even while travelling there should not be any connectivity issue and we should not feel network glitches, go and see how mobile network works in other countries even while travelling

    @TRAI @JioCare jio network has big issue of network coverage in major areas of city, normal call will never come , missed call alert msg will come .. so if companies can't improve network shall say clearly and refund our balance so we can port to other operator @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @JioCare I don’t need the same automated response again and again. We are requesting genuine help to reactivate the number from here, as travelling to India only for SIM reactivation is not feasible at all.
