  @reliancejio I also request Jio to consider providing a “Preferred/Nearest Tower” option in the MyJio app, allowing customers to connect to the strongest nearby Jio tower whenever technically possible. This could significantly improve the customer experience.

  @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare days after already reporting a service outage? This is absolutely unacceptable. The network service is poor, and the customer care response is even worse. Stop delaying the complaint and send a technician immediately. I need the connection restored, not another rescheduled
