  Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

  @JioCare The router has a continuous red LOS/Internet light with zero connection since yesterday. This means there is no fiber signal reaching the modem. Please escalate this and book a technician visit immediately to check the physical line

  @reliancejio is the worst 5G out there. Even though I have an unlimited 5G pack , I was forced to use 4G bcz of the poor 5G connectivity. Always same enquiry in DM. Planning to port to other operator after reporting @TRAI

  @reliancejio @JioCare I had registered complaints many times and also try to port to another operator. After port message,used to get call from jio saying " it Will be resolved soon" but nothing came out it. This issue are being faced to all people of this area ,not only me.

  My name is lokeshsinghal my mobile no.9719720881 . I'm your a valuable customer but Whenever there is a power outage in a 3 to 4-kilometer radius of my area, your Jio network completely disappears. As soon as the power comes back, the network is restored. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare you guys charge premium for unlimited 5G but then fail to deliver even basic call services. And @TRAI do you guys even exists? It's been over 6 months, your 5G service don't work in my area but no resolution has been provided yet. Pincode:813107
