  Raised a compliant on 9th Aug for Fiber connection is not working (SR00002N9JCI). Status is assisining an engineer for the past 3 days. Explored all options in Myjio amd all lead to this ticket. Frustrated.. @JioCare

  @JioCare Keep on regretting and assurance. Better cancel my order and refund money. I don't have faith now on JIO service. I can get it done in couple of days from other services where I have friends or known people @reliancejio

  @trramesh @JioCare Ji, my complaint to Jio on connectivity issues for the last four years was not attended despite regular follow-up. Finally ended by porting to Airtel.

  @JioCare @reliancejio I have raised multiple requests through customer care calls/application but there’s no actual update. The service has become severely poor and the issue I have been facing for multiple days regarding wifi connectivity is still unresolved. Very disappointed.

  @JioCare Soon soon soon.. I'm tired of this. Even for Ajith Kumar films updates I didn't hear this much soon 😭😭 Man.. Literally Jio is the worst ever in customer service. It's been 5 days already!! Guess what? Today also they won't resolve the issue! I'm damn sure about this!
