    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare From May 05 I'm following for the refund. NO0001D9SAVCis service request Number. They are telling, Air Fiber can't be installed in my location. So, refund the amount at earliest

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio. Applied for Home reallocation—old connection cut on time, but no installation! Scheduled for 28/05, nobody showed up. Emailed for 31/05, zero response. My work is completely stalled. Fix this ASAP

    @JioCare are you liar abhishek? You talk to my mother as I was unavailable and said you will call back. But never did. And guess what!? Again the idiotic wifi stopped working. And next slot? After 1pm. When I have office from morning. Call back ASAP. (1/2)

    @JioCare Extremely pathetic service. Still no resolution. I asked for my paid invoice & was tol, Jio can only provide 1 year of invoices. Older invoices are "NOT AVAILABLE". How is a customer supposed to access their own billing records? #customerRights #customer @consumerforum_

    Really disappointed with JioFiber service. Facing internet issues since Fri and it’s been 3 days now with no resolution. The engineer only keep restarting the router, but the problem is still there. Now I’m being asked to wait another 2 mo day. Need immediate resolution. @JioCare
