  Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

  @JioCare Getting your internet back online never happens without multiple follow ups, without your engineers rescheduling at the last minute for unexplained reasons, without you losing work time. As a 6-year old customer, seriously considering switch back to my previous provider.
