    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare Why do you have a support service that does not help in resolving customer problems or answer queries? You can do better for what you offer us. The user experience in terms of obtaining support is painful and a time waster with useless automated emails @anand_padmanabn

    @JioCare Your self care user interface and support systems are the most unfriendly ones. Please enable the systems to help in troubleshooting so that we don't have to contact you. Getting to contact you is also made impossible through your well designed IVR system. PLEASE WAKE UP

    @JioCare In the last few days, I have been experiencing very poor internet speed at my location... Please look into this and restore 4G speed at the earliest. Not sure what's happening with Jio these days 🙄
