    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    🚨 53+ hours without #JioFiber in Hyderabad. SR: SR00002MTV5K Complaint was raised immediately. Engineer visit was scheduled for 25 Jul, 10–11 AM, but without my consent it was rescheduled to 6–7 PM. It’s now 10:30 PM—no engineer, no call. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have air fiber max plan. Do u understand ?? R u educated and I hope u have brain also. I m getting speed of 90 mbps and I m paying for 300 mbps. This is the issue.. this issue is not being resolved.

    @JioCare Im live in Ahmedabad, Satellite and waiting for jio fiber get connect since last 3 days no contact number for customer care. Called on this number 1800 896 9999,34 times but no solution. ONE OF THIRD CLASS SERVICE. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONNECT THEM. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

    @JioCare Fibre services are not working from more than a week and there is no scope of communication from you guys. The calling no is getting cut after an ivr msg and your twitter guys are replying the same copy cut msg. Not interested in continuing this service any further

    @JioCare @JioCare Again, a generic reply. Your assurance has failed. The engineer made a decision without any signal-testing equipment—just by looking for tower visibility with the naked eye. Please stop sending template replies and call me ASAP to resolve this issue. @reliancejio

    From last 7 days internet stop working at night time (7 pm - 11 am) and now it's been 3 days my net is not working completely engineer's come n go but not able to resolve the problem only they say main line power problem another team will come to handle it. Service 0/10 @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare My issue is still not resolved, but you keep closing my SRs as “Resolved.” Is this a joke? We work from home, and your poor service is affecting our jobs. Stop closing tickets without fixing the issue.@consaff
