    Hello @reliancejio , I had ported my sim from Airtel to Jio due to poor network services but after port I am facing even worst services of Jio than previous company Airtel. Please resolve the issues otherwise I will have to abort your services.

    @JioCare Did I ask for validity extension? No. I guess you are not reading properly. Due to delay in installation by your side, my salary got deducted. My work is completely based on internet. I paid for that and got service after 9 days. Why? This was your fault, not mine.

    @JioCare @JioCare Please raise a request to permanently terminate and close my connection immediately. I do not want any further discussion or follow-ups. Due to the poor service experience and repeated delays, I have decided to discontinue the connection.

    Hi Jio Care, At the Jio Store (Store No. 8730) near Mandakini, Kolar Road, Bhopal – 462042, there has been no executive available to assist with converting a normal SIM to an eSIM for the last 1.5 years. Kindly look into this issue and provide support. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare , I am not able to register a service request for my internet outage. When I call customer care, get automated message that there's an outage in my area followed by an sms. The timelines get extended every #5 hrs. Happening for the past 48 hrs. .2
