    @reliancejio @JioCare worst ever air fiber service, custome care service. The internet is down every alternate day. Can't connect to customer care, call gets auto disconnected. Paying for full month and receiving half a month service.

    @JioHotstar @JioCare Such a **** scam you are running without giving exact information on Jio Recharges with the JioHotstar subscription and not offering complete the details of excluding The Hollywood content and much more .people waste money on rechargefirst then on upgrade .

    I’m a senior citizen. Since yesterday evening Internet not working. Lodged complaint yesterday evening around 4pm, technician was to visit between 6-7 pm yesterday but no. Again 12 to 1pm today, no, again 3 pm today and no. Jio very poor service. @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Your company is so shameless that they don't even regret losing a customer. I will make sure to make aware about this bad service in my circle & their circles too. Even your Maharashtra Appellate is also useless. Now I want my balance subscription & Relocation Charges back.
