Multiple complaints raised, but no proper engineer visit or permanent solution. Please escalate this to the senior technical team and resolve urgently.

I am paying too much just to keep my number active when you fail to provide basic network to call. I will ask my neighbours to do the same. And we will be forced to go to consumer forum for such practices.

The installation guy keeps stalling with excuses, and when I tried calling the team lead to sort it out, he flat out ignored my calls.
