    @JioCare I dnt kno in 2G,3G how much speed customr get,so not abl to calculat 4G speed using the formula given by you,so pl furnish the info how much speed customer suppose to get in 4G service of RJIL?So that sam can b compard with exact speed jio customr is gettng while using 4G service

    @JioCare She got the service request message just now. But she already received similar kind of messages and.But after that no contact from your side. If you are not competent and cant fix it,simply give her money back. @JioCare

    @JioCare it is very pathetic that there is no facilities to talk to customer support over the call. I recharged my number for internet but still same not reflecting. It is really struggling with Jio
