    @JioCare Reliance Jio Fiber fathetic customer care representative behaviour, not provide any resolution and not even transferred the call to any manager and not even log the ticket for my issue. Really bad experience. Jio also make fool there customers. I don't know how I get sol

    @JioCare How helpless is jio against its own employess who are running a fraud racket of charging more then the company rates & still poor jio cannot do a single thing & i know ur standard reply now we are trying to solve this on top priority which i am hearing since morenthen 45 days....

    @JioCare How do i get to know if we have jio fibre facility in my location. And is it necessary to take the setup box ? Actually i am unable to find availability of jio fibre in my location please help

    Hi @JioCare since two days i am calling customer care for the transaction refund. I have been in line for almost one hour but no answer. Pathetic service, if you are treating postpaid customer in such a way how could Prepaid customer can face the challenge

    @JioCare An engineer visited thanks for that, but the problem is still not resolved, this is a hardware issue, if possible then i would want to change my jio stb, because it's still lagging and restarting even after engineer hard reset the stb.
