While taking money they say it is refundable 2500 and will do installation immediately but this is not done and further i am calling customer care for refund as installation is not done no one answer ivr gets disconnected.Don't provide eta if ur team can stick to it @reliancejio

@airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio The network converage in Nagarbhavi, Manasanagar in Bangalore is pathetic. Every call we have to make or receive one has to come out of thier house, we pay for the connection, can you please enhance the coverage ??

@airtelindia Xstream fibre extremely sucks in my colony in HSR Layout Bengaluru - High latency, high packet loss and erratic disconnections. Airtel service says 'there's a server problem'. Frankly , expected airtel to be better than @reliancejio

@airtelindia ur Office in Chittorgarh looting people. They are charging 100 rs. For new SIM When I contacted customer service found only 25 rs. Can be charged. I complaint on 31Aug and was assured to get resolution before 10 sep. Yet no solution given I will port in @reliancejio

slow unusable internet speed 0.30mbps as per speedtest. jio care says we would work on network issue but no timeline & it could take months !!. earlier got good speeds. cant jio optimize network towers to improve speed like other operators do in a week ?? @JioCare @reliancejio
