Dear @JioCare your service centre procedure is pathetic. Let them accept phones for repair, check it then call, no issues. But, here they make us wait, they take a handset of 1 person, take his own sweet time to check, then next person, repeat..there is no log either or q system

Jio is not providing the quality internet service as compare to airtel. May be you should upgrade your BTS for increased no. of user
