@FindingNewWays @JioCare I have been chasing @JioCare since morning but their team fails to provide any committed timelines to resolve network outage. @JioCare No use. My view stands. This hanging Junction box can’t be resolved without physical visit. Without moving in inch from the seat all SRs are closed saying - resolved, couldn’t come due to technical issue, rescheduled, didn’t get access to the premises. I’m sure some more coming..

@JioCare Ending day 3 without any resolution. I am feeling bad that I referred 5 friends in my apartment. It's high time to convey my bad experience to the entire world. @Airtel_Presence always top notch and send their technician within 6 -10 hrs resolve it. #Jio @reliancejio never cares.
