    @JioCare @reliancejio I visited Reliance store Ravhuvanahalli, Bangalore, to get a new SIM as the calls were breaking. The store guy suggested the same but he said the server is down. I faced similar situation here before. If that is so, how would you serve customers?

    @JioCare i have been trying to raise a service request from jio app and chat bot, but there is no support there. Plus the mail support is also showing no interest. Please try to provide better fiber service in pandemic.

    @JioCare I just had the most horrible experience at My Jio Store. God, the attitude and the arrogance! The guy literally pushing people out and the violent argument. I was there to get a sim, not a self respect degradation.

    @JioCare I am twitting because I haven't got any solution for the delay in installing my new jio fiber connection. It's been a month and they still saying technical issues and will be resolving soon. When can I get an update. It's so frustrating when you don't get an answer.

    @airtelindia Airtel is struggling to provide us full bar signal on or above 20th floor.@reliancejio @vodafonein1 will you be able to provide good network to high raise apartments. FYI you can get hundreds of customers ported if you want.

    @JioCare I believe dis customer care is so incapable, once you file complaint of network, call drop they start harassing for details like our address which they will know from our address, which calls dropped, when I say all calls. This Ambani also started confusing.Time to exit.

    Dear @JioCare , SR000012RO15 is my ticket ID, there is internet outage since morning. We cant able to work frm home as well as cant watch #IPL2020 due to this. We r totally relying on ur service only. It was never down in my last 4 months of usage. Can you work on this asap?
